Picking out invitations was one of the hardest tasks I had planning my wedding. I'm lucky enough to have a fiancee that wanted to be involved. It's true you can get invitations cheap & many times use coupons to make it affordable, but theres not anything special about them. It's a bulk order to then & that's it. My fiancee & I must have gone thru 50 or more samples from wedding sites, & we could not seem to agree. Either the paper was too cheap, or you could only use the fonts they wanted to give you for that particular invitation. The layered ones were horrible, the only would provide one glue dot to connect them & didn't even allow you to purchase additionals.
Then I found Renaissance Writings & we could not have been happier. What attracted me at first was their damask invitations. They are gorgeous. We had liked the damask & other designs but went with the Damask. Becky was a life saver. She would send me proof after proof, proof to ensure we were happy. We basically designed it. We ere able to pick any font we wanted, and design, change any color. No change was made without a new pdf proof. They even addressed All my envelopes. I was so happy & sure I was a pain but they truly provided everything I was looking for. They make sure you get what you want for what you can afford. At first I saw the prices & said no way I can afford these. But I did, the price was a little more than I had planned but the money wasn't a factor when its something you love... I got my invitations & samples in less than a week. They truly are dedicated & one of the best vendors I could have worked with. Thank You Renaissance Writings!!!

We worked with them completely through email and could not be happier! Prices were reasonable and they sent us a few different options. After we selected and finalized everything, delivery was super fast. I was also super impressed by the fact that they double checked the accuracy of our wedding website before they printed, and when they found an issue, they called us to let us know! We couldn't have asked for better service.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. We wanted a unique invitation with of all things - a turtle on it. These guys delivered. The invitations were amazing and they were so easy to work with. The pricing is very affordable and your options are endless. I would recommend paying for the card stock sample pack in advance and using the credit towards your order. It makes selecting your paper choices that much easier. They also did our thank you cards so everything looked coordinated.

I loved this vendor!!! If your like me and REFUSE to send 'do it yourself' or cheapo invites AND you want something different, customized, and classy - this is the spot for you! The possibilities are ENDLESS! Staff was helpful-always offered several different options/designs and responsive-answered my emails within an hour or two. They have many different cost effective options so you can achieve the pricey layered look without using so much expensive paper. i got so many compliments on my invites...some folks even photocopied my reply card and sent ME the photocopy because they wanted to keep the set for themselves!!

Everything was done online, so it was easy to get wedding invitations designed and ordered while working busy season as a tax accountant. I could e-mail back and forth at my leisure. I was in touch with one person the whole time, and she was professional, creative, and understood exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Renaissance Writings!

Renaissance did my invitations and menu cards. I cannot say enough about Becky! I am so incredibly picky and just like to see things in different options and she came thru on every detail. She creates a PDF file and you just keep tweaking it however you want until its perfect. The price is reasonable and they are very understanding and helpful with making sure you stay within budget. I received my order way ahead of schedule and it was perfectly packaged and ready to go! I had so many compliments and have recommended them to anyone who wants to design their own invitations and not pay a ton! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I am still obsessed with our invites. They were SO easy to work with and so helpful as well. Helped kind of guide me when I was confused and sent me a proof very quickly. I had them edit and re-edit and edit and re-edit and never once did they get short with me. Our invites were beautiful and so many friends complimented them and want to do the same thing with theirs. They worked with my budget as well, quick to respond over e-mail and quick to get things in the mail. We got our wedding invitations and menu cards for our 10/30/10 wedding from Renaissance Writings. I started working with Becky back in November of 2009! I could not have asked for a more perfect invitation...they were EXACTLY what I wanted. We got so many compliments on them and we still are even a month later after our event. The colors and graphics were perfect. Unfortunately, the company who makes the papers they use for the invites, discontinued the original color we picked for our layers. Becky worked hard to find us an alternative until we were happy. I know I was most likely driving her nuts at one point but she never let on that I was. They were very professional and everything was printed and arrived in a timely manor. If you want to have gorgeous invitations for your wedding...do not hesitate one minute about working with rennaissance writings!

Renaissance did the invitations, programs, menu cards and thank you notes. People have said my daughter's invitations were the most spectacular they have ever seen. Becky is great to work with!

These invitations came out GREAT. We elected to just have them do the full assembly for us, and we couldn't have been happier. We had almost 2 years to plan our wedding, so about a year out, we started emailing around and finding pricing for invitations, and we found Renaissance because we were searching for the tri-fold invitation with the pocket for additional information cards that we had seen from a friends wedding. Once we found them, we made up a sample and submitted it to get the quote. Renaissance then had someone email us a pdf proof of what the invitation would look like, as well as different layouts and pictures and things that might look good if we wanted to change or add anything format or symbol or picture wise. We elected to keep it pretty basic, but what was amazing, was after our first contact, we waited another 2 months before we got back in touch with them (once we were actually ready to purchase), and they remembered us, still had all of our information and when we asked about changing the colors of our wedding - and thereby the invitation colors as well - they changed the pdf and sent off another example of a proof with more recommendations.

We ordered the sample and fell in love with it, and we ordered a couple of weeks later (wanted to put it on the next month's credit card statement). Then a short time later, we got the box of invitations and envelopes all printed and assembled and everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

Getting our invitations from renaissance writings was well worth it. They were even less expensive than the few other places we checked out, and the invitation cards seemed to be something that usually sells for more. We had no problems with our order, and it was delivered on time. Excellent service.

The thing I want to talk about is you can book and decide the style you wanted online, it made it really convenient. It took us about half an hour to decide and add elements to the invitations. Deciding to use Renaissance Writings to make my invitations and thank you cards was probably one of the best decisions I made while planning. Everyone raved about how elegant the invitations were (I used a 5x7 pocket fold, signature side style). I loved that they were so easy to work with, helped me through my millions of changes, and were very prompt with everything from response time to delivery. I had to make a last minute change to my response cards and they had them at my door within a week. I decided to have them put together the invitations, due to the complex nature, but I put the thank you cards together myself. Great product, great business. I can't give them more praise!!

I am not much of a DIYer when it comes to paper goods and was afraid I would not be able to get the pocketfolds I wanted because they are expensive, but with Goeff's help I got everything I wanted (and more)!! My invitations were beautiful I received so many compliments on them. The only suggestion that I would give is to make the ordering easier. Maybe with the website rather than have to write out the whole invitation do it with drop down boxes with choices . We decided to go with a business our planner chose for us to get our invitations. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection we had to choose from. The detail we had on our invitations were beautiful. If you want to get quality invitations and other printing needs like napkins or things I suggest trying this business. They are sort of slow to get back since they have a huge order line, but well worth every nit of the wait.

I was bowled over by how responsive the representative was that we worked with, especially after being initially apprehensive about ordering invitations online. The only problem we had was that a few of the invitations had imperfections when we received them (glue coming up, etc.), but since we had ordered a few extra it did not impact the ones we sent out.
