Great rental service. We browsed their inventory online when looking for a wedding arch as well as extra chairs. We found a beautiful white lattice arch for a very low price. The overall cost including delivery was very reasonable. They delivered and picked up on time.They have a huge inventory! We were even able to rent large coolers we needed for a cookout earlier in the wedding week. It was great to get everything in one place.

Great experience...would have liked chairs to have been wiped down prior to pick up and napkins had stains...but for the money the value was great!!!!

The arch we rented for our ceremony was beautiful and delivered on time. We also rented tables and chairs for the next day for a picnic at our house for just our family. The tables and chairs were great, we picked them up and took them back with no issues. I will definitely use them in the future.

After researching linen places, we decided to go with Rent All City for our tableclothes, napkins, and a small table. I picked up everything on Friday and didn't think to look at it all until we were setting up on Saturday evening (the night before the wedding) The tableclothes were all wrinkled and some were stained, half of them were the wrong color green. The napkins had grease stains all over them. Of course they were closed by then so I had no choice, but to make due. When I went to return them on Monday, they said they had no idea what color green they gave us, as they had never seen that color before. After refunding my money for that, I pointed out the disgusting napkins, of which they also refunded me for. If I hadn't been able to make due with what I did have, heads would have been rolling! I thought it was very professional of them to refund my money though... They're prices were good, but my only advice is to inspect your linens before you leave the store or they leave your venue!

We used Rent All City to rent our dance floor, tablecloths and a punch fountain. The prices were reasonable, except we wanted a larger dance floor however, after the size we picked the prices just jumped. The tablecloths were delivered on time and were in perfect condition. The punch fountain was also a huge hit! People loved it. I would recommend Rent All City to others because they have a good selection of rental items.

I would rethink before I use this rental company. When I placed my order they didn't have enough of the white chairs I needed so they upgraded me for free. I thought WOW! How nice. My delivery was set for Saturday morning. I asked Rob if I could pick my napkins up the day before. He told me "no problem." Friday came and my mother went to pick the napkins up. They had no record that we were suppose to get them Friday. The girl at the front desk said to come back in an hour and they would be ready. An hour passed.... there was someone else at the desk and they had no clue that we were told to come back in an hour. After another few minutes the napkins were ready. Perhaps it was partically my fault for not confirming the night before? I was frustrated, but too upset.. hey I got my napkins. The napkins had a few minor stains and snags on them. Nothing too terrible. The next day is where my nightmare begin... My Wedding Day!! Delivery was suppose to be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and they were suppose to call when they were 30 minutes away (that never happened). As I'm walking into my hair appointment trying to relax at 11:30a.m I get a phone from my brother in law..."when is the rental place suppose to be here?" What?! I called and spoke with one of the delivery drivers. He explained that they were running behind and we were at least 20 minutes out. Uumm..an I'm running late courtesy call would have been nice!! Since they were delaying our schedule the delivery man agreed that he would have his staff set up everything for me. Well... they finally showed up an hour late and drop off my items and LEFT without setting anything up. They delivered two different size chair covers and only one set fit. Two different sizes... what... pick a size! They also forgot to put my bar on the delivery truck. My dad drove down to the office and they scramble to find another chair cover set... two of the same size. This is when they finally went back to my venue and then set up the upstairs only (we had two floors). During all this... I was on the phone with the not so helpful "customer service" staff who kept giving me one excuse after another. "We had a busy morning." "I don't know why the delivery people didn't set up your chairs." "I don't know why you have two different size chiar covers." "I wasn't the one who placed the order." I understood that the chair covers would not be a perfect fit, but why would you send two different sizes? I would rather have all my chairs looking the same. Either just a little too big or just a little too small... at least they would have all looked the same. The pick up did go smoothly and they did break down all the chairs (at my request, they didn't offer to do it on their own). I called a few days later to complain. Rob was very apologetic. They need to really step up their customer service and learn how to schedule a "busy" day better. They made my wedding day so stressful and difficult. After it was all said and done they waived my delivery fee. A mere $58.00. My total was over $1100.00. Stay away if you would like a peaceful wedding day!

I thought they were extremely helpful. They went through all of our options multiple times and they worked well with our venue. All we had to do was pick out colors and styles and everything ended up at our wedding, very little stress! Plus, it was a lot cheaper (in price) than I expected for rentals, which was important for us because we had to rent A LOT!

We had our wedding on labor day weekend and Rent All city accomadated us even though they don't work holidays. They were very well priced on evertything. We ordered Charvari charis and brown table cloths. The chairs and cloths arrived on time the day before and was very hassle free. Only compliant was tablecloths were wrinkled and chairs are in just ok condition could use touch up. but was pretty happy all in all

We used them for our rental tables, dinnerware, chairs, etc. They were very nice when we went to the store and ordered everything and were very responsive when we changed things. However, when we got our delivery the chairs were disgusting we had to wash all of them down. The table cloths had lines and wrinkles all through them and had to go have those dry cleaned. This is a wedding and thank god we got the delivery the day before or I would have hurt someone. If that is there regular practice I would say you need to get the order in at least the day before to fix what they didn't do and you really shouldn't have to do that. Totally not okay. Then we didn't get enough napkins for everyone, it was a disaster but again since it was ahead of time we fixed it at our expense. Be careful what you order and definitely leave time to fix it unless you like wrinkled table cloths and dirty chairs.




I rented chairs for the RD and then the wedding. So they gave me a bit of a break on the delivery and I only paid rental fee for 1 day (they do rental by 3 days- Drop off day before, pick up day after). So having 35 chairs for my RD only cost me 30 extra. Pretty pleased! They did not have the hard plastic garden chair available so I got the wooden ones instead. I was late ordering though so I was fine with it. They were a little banged but not bad, nothing that anyone noticed. I have heard bad stories about really banged up the wooden garden chairs can be (not from them, but in general) so I was pleased.




The 72 chairs were delivered Friday morning. I looked at them and half of them looked horrible. I ended up calling Rent-All-City and they agreed that I could exchange some of them. On Friday morning when I had other errands it took me two hours to go through all the chairs. I finally took out 35 chairs for them to take back. They did return later that day and the chairs looked better. However, if you are paying 7.00 a chair to rent you don't expect to have big pieces of paint missing. They also left chair covers which all needed to be ironed - I don't know if that is normal practice or not.
