We found Rev. D. on wedding wire not knowing what we would need to do for our ceremony. Rev. D. responded quickly to our request for a meeting and we decided to have her as part of our wedding after the first meeting. She was extremely helpful in guiding us through developing our ceremony and navigating though the paperworks to get our wedding certificates. She's definitely someone you would want to have on your side if you have never done any wedding planning before.

It is hard to put into words just how absolutely WONDERFUL Reverend Deanna Lancaster is!! My husband and I will never forget all that she did for us. Months before our big day, Rev. D. met with us to craft the ceremony we desired. It turned out beautifully. She assited us in coming up with some unique ideas. I didn't want a boring ceremony; I wanted one that people would remember, and Rev. D. made it just that! During the whole planning process, she was so kind. She was there to talk to and lend a hand if need be. The day of the rehearsal and the wedding, she was such a comforting presence. It felt as if a friend was marrying us. She even, upon our request, stayed during our reception to give a beautiful blessing. Rev. D. is absolutely wonderful! She is the best officiant a bride could ever ask for!

When we reached out to Reverend D, she got back to us quickly and offered to meet with us in person. As soon as we sat down with her, we knew she would be the person to marry us. Deanna was incredibly helpful and patient with me and my family. Reverend Deanna was absolutely wonderful! I couldn't be happier that she was the one who married my husband and I. My husband, Eric, and I are not frequent church-goers (not religious people for that matter) and didn't know who we were going to ask to marry us. We thought about asking my best friend's uncle, who is a pastor (but we don't really know him personally), then we thought about asking someone Eric's younger brother knew. We absolutely ADORED Deanna! She is such a warm, wonderful, and caring person. From the moment we met, I knew that she was going to be our officiant. She's the type of person who you can't help but smile and laugh because she exudes happiness. Rev. Deana was great! From the very beginning she was always quick to respond and to answer any questions that I had. We ended up not having a rehearsal and I was very nervous about this, but Rev. D walked us through the whole process and made it so easy! Our ceremony was perfect! All of our friends and family commented on her professionalism and how great she was. Look no further! Deanna will not let you down, regardless of what type of ceremony you are having. She just officiated our wedding on Saturday September 1st, 2012, and we would highly recommend her. She is extremely professional and easy to work with. She will help you through the entire process and offer as much or little support writing the ceremony as you need whether your wedding is next week or a year from now. We wanted to write our own ceremony, so she sent us a ton of example ceremonies, we wrote our own, and then she met with us to fine tune it. Had we just told her what we wanted, however, she would have put one together for us. The day of the ceremony, she was early. She found our others vendors to coordinate as needed (get mic'd and in line for the processional). She has this wonderful calming way about her, so when I got to the end of the isle and looked at her, all of my nerves when away, and I completely relaxed. She read the ceremony with such care, very clearly enunciating all words, and placing emphasis on just the right words in order to get the exact meaning across that we were looking for. Our vows were very long, so she printed them out on cards for us, and even printed my part really big since I wasn’t going to have my glasses on that day. The parts that we had to repeat after her, she broke up into really small pieces, so that we would be able to repeat them without messing up. Deanna is not just someone to officiate your wedding and then you forget about, but rather someone who will become part of your very special day, someone who you make you feel comfortable, relax, and enjoy and remember your ceremony, and every word in it. After saying all of this, I also want to add that she is very reasonably priced, and in fact is worth much more than what she charges. Book here now and you are guaranteed to have a fabulous ceremony!

I attended the most wonderful wedding ceremony performed by Deanna. She was very professional and the bride and groom were very relaxed and seemed to really enjoy the experience. Reverend Deanna was a godsend. She was referred to us by some close friends and we couldn't be happier with the results. She was professional, prompt and prepared. She kept myself and my Groom cool and collected on our big day. Reverend Deanna was amazing!!! She was the first and only officiant we met with. We decided on the spot to hire her. When we met with her she was so pleasant and and funny that my husband and I talked to her for two hours at Starbucks!

To most of us, marriage is a once in a lifetime commitment. Thus, you're probably looking for an officiant who is professional as he/she is considerate, courteous and friendly. Reverend Deanna D. Lancaster gave us more than that and she always has a wonderful genuine smile!
Couple of days before the wedding, we had to contact her with an urgent matter regarding our marriage license. It was past midnight, so we e-mailed her and she replied right away, even offering a phone conversation. She stayed on the phone with us for 30 minutes and resolved our issue. We felt like she was one of our old friends, we really cannot picture our wedding without her. She is the best!

For our wedding, my Pastor originally agreed to marry us. He was unable to marry us due to a conflic that arose... this happened literally 3 weeks before the wedding. In a slight panic, I asked Kelsey, from the Carl House, for their officiant list. Rev D was the first one I emailed and she emailed me back the same day. We wanted our ceremony to be unique with a touch of Irish tradition and personal vows. Rev D was so supportive and excited about our ideas. She took it to a whole new level. She knows about the Celtic knot, which I was excited about. I did not expect her to know about it, much less know how to perform that type of tradition. I knew she was meant to marry us from that point on and by the grace of God, she was available for our wedding day. She had a wedding the evening before but was able to do our rehearsal beforehand. There is not one negative thing I can say about Rev D... she is sweet, professional, non-judgmental, outgoing and wonderful to work with. Our ceremony was wonderful... many people were brought to tears...it was all so beautiful. She guided us through the ceremony and everything went perfectly. She is a Godsend and we're so grateful for everything she has done for us. We've only known her for a short time, but it feels like she's been a lifelong friend.

Rev. Lancaster was AWESOME. nFrom the very beginning she made me feel very comfortable. My husband and I didnt meet her until the rehearsal and was very pleased with all she had done up until that point. She always returned my calls and put me at ease thru out the process. Our wedding was on 10/15/2011 and Rev.D was the first service I booked for our wedding, I was THAT sure she would be perfect, and she was! She never felt like a vendor and always felt like a friend. Rev. D was exactly who my husband and I were looking for to officiate our wedding. We found her on Wedding Wire and she was absolutely perfect for our slightly off-kilter wedding! After I contacted her, we scheduled a call with the three of us so she could get to know us better so she could personalize our ceremony. When we had NO clue what kind of ceremony we wanted, she sent me 15 examples of other weddings she had officiated, all over the spectrum! From those examples, we were able to put together a wedding ceremony that fitted us and our relationship perfectly. Our wedding wouldn't have been so ideal had we not found Rev. D! Our first meeting with Rev Deanna was like old friends sitting down for coffee and catching up on life. I was immediately put at ease and we couldn't imagine anyone else officiating our wedding. She provided us with some sample ceremonies so that we could piece together our vows to make it fit us. Reverend Deanna was a fabulous addition to our wedding a couple of weeks ago, and she made the entire process from start to finish a complete breeze!
Not only is she kind, compassionate, helpful, understanding, and flexible - but she has such a passion for her job and you can tell that she truly loves what she does. She was on time for both the rehearsal as well as the ceremony, she was 110% prepared for both events, and brought along such a sense of calmness that even my nervous groom felt at ease on our big day.
Both literally and figuratively, we couldn't have done this without her, and I am so glad that my mother-in-law stumbled across her on Wedding Wire and suggested that we reach out to her. Definitely one of the best (and easiest!) wedding decisions that we made, by far!

I could not have asked for anybody better. I booked her on very very short notice, and she got right to work sending me sample ceremonies making suggestions making sure everything was exactly the way we wanted. she showed up on time was very friendly. we had an outside wedding and there were bees every where. during the ceremony there were bees landing on her face circling around her, and she never even flinched. she just kept on with the beautiful ceremony she delivered. without her my big day would not have been nearly as wonderful. I just can not say enough great things about her!

I actually found Deanna on this site and I was amazed to find out that she was located in the same city that we were having our ceremony so it helped make our decision. Our goal was to have a fun, relaxed event for our intimate outdoors wedding ceremony. Deanna was very professional and above all made my husband feel comfortable which for him is big. Words can't describe but the entire ceremony was awesome. After the ceremony, pictures were taken and Deanna was a good sport when it came to the silly pictures and my sister n law made a comment that her partaking in the pictures was really nice. Reverend Deanna was highly recommended to us by a family friend when we got engaged and she definitely lived up to the recommendation! When we started planning our wedding ceremony, my fiancé and I had no idea how we wanted it. Rev. Lancaster was absolutely fantastic. The wife and I were both flabbergasted with all the work that needed to go into a wedding, even a small one. Deanna made the officiant part extremely easy. Rev D was such an amazing part of our special day! It really would not have been the same without her. My husband and I are SO glad that we found her and were able to have her marry us!

She was able to provide us with tons of ceremony samples so we were able to create the PERFECT ceremony to convey exactly what we wanted about marriage to our guests and one another. And she is happy to help you create a completely non-denomination wedding, a religious wedding, a wedding incorporating various cultural heritages, etc. She was even willing to come to the rehearsal, which many officiants won't do.

Both my husband and I come from strong Catholic backgrounds, so, needless to say, our decision to have a romantic, non-denominational garden ceremony did not enthuse our families. However, after our wedding, I think the most frequent compliments we received were actually on Reverend Deanna and the ceremony. Our parents' loved her and numerous family members complimented us on her and the lovely ceremony she gave!

Rev. D was so amazing, I am not sure quite where to start. Since my husband is Christian and I am Jewish, we wanted to create a ceremony that was spiritual, but not religious, and wanted it to feel very unique. Rev. While planning our wedding, searching for the right wedding officiant was one of my biggest worries. My fiancé and I did not attend church and had no one in mind to be our officiant. Reverand Deanna Lancaster (or Rev. D) was the perfect match for our wedding. We wanted to choose the words for the ceremony and write our own vows. Rev. Our experience with Rev. D. was nothing less than perfect. Since neither one us attend church on a regular basis, I must admit that I was somewhat concerned about finding an officiant that would meet our expectations and perform the ceremony that we desired. My wedding was October 16, of 2010. Reverend D had previously done many wedding for friends of mine, and I absolutely had to have her for my wedding! She was perfect. Her flexibility, and quick responses through email, were extremely helpful. We had a dificult time printing our contract and returning it, due to a computer virus. Reverend D was extremely understanding, which further relaxed me. Our ceremony was absolutely beautiful, and every step of the way, Reverend D was helpful. I never could have imagined, how many people would tell me afterwards, how beautifully worded the ceremony was. She is the best!

Where do I start!? Deanna is one of the warmest people you will ever meet. As soon as we met her we knew she was the one we wanted to officiate our wedding. Right away she was asking questions about us, how we met, what our vision was or the service. She provided a ton of examples of previous ceremonies that she has performed. We took a little from each of them and made them our own. She reviewed and offered up a few lines that fit us to a "T". She is always available, by phone or email and extremely responsive.
After the ceremony was over, Deanna stayed behind to help with any and everything!! She mingled with our guests, she waited as we had our pictures taken and most importantly she offered to help when it came time to bustle my dress.

My wedding was July 3, 2010. Rev. D, performed our ceremony. There are no words to describe her professionalism, attitude, abilities, demeanor, personality, etc. She was AMAZING. Reverend D was just what we were looking for. She was VERY helpful and INCREDIBLY responsive in helping us create our ceremony. We had the opportunity to work with Rev. Deanna during a wedding that we photographed in GA this year. What a blessing she is to her brides! We often have to worry about the officiant being over bearing and telling us not to shoot this or that at this time and to stay here and not to move there... goodness! All we want to do is be able to get the best angle for the best image as unobtrusively as possible. It helps to have a Rev. or Officiant who can open their hearts and realize that the day is about the couple and the love they share for one another and be able to understand how much their photographs will mean to them in the years to come, Rev.
