Rev. Don Bissett
Don was great. We stayed in contact via email the whole time. We also talked on the phone and worked out the details that we wanted at the wedding and was able to deliver.
Rev. Bissett is laid-back, easy going, and very comfortable to work with. He is about as flexible as an officiant can be, and does a great job as far as the ceremony is concerned. I would recommend him for your wedding ceremony.
Don was very easy to work with and a pleasure to get to know. His presence is calming; his voice reassuring, engaging and magnetic. We had many wedding guests comment after how much they enjoyed the service and tell us that Don's presence was fantastic. More importantly, we agreed. Don's open nature and general character makes it easy to work with him to design exactly what type of service you want. We enjoyed getting to know Don so much that we hope to keep in touch with him for years to come.
Don was extremely professional and great to work with. He wasn't just an officiant, he was an integral part of our wedding. I would recommend him to any couple looking to tie the knot.
Most of the couples for whom I officiate prefer a wedding ceremony that will last 20-30 minutes. I will meet with the couple in person or by phone several weeks prior to the service. We will review their wishes and I will gain an understanding of their unique desires for their ceremony. If there is a rehearsal I will attend and conduct the rehearsal walking everyone through his or her parts of the ceremony.
