Rev. Terri Heiman has done such a beautiful job in helping us plan out our ceremony. Being that my fiancé and I are both from such different cultural backgrounds she helped incorporate both into one beautiful service and highlighted the key traditions that we wanted to share with our family. She also helped me with so much more along the way. Her creativity was an incredible bonus to our ceremony. I highly recommend her!!!

Civil Union, Interfaith Ceremony, Non-religious Ceremony

What religious affiliations do you serve?

Agnostic, Baha'i Faith, Buddhist, Christian (no denomination), Christian - Methodist, Christian - Mormon, Christian - Presbyterian, Christian - Quaker, Hindu, Jewish, Sikhism, Taoist

Can you accommodate the hearing impaired?

Are you willing to perform a ceremony at a non-religious site?

Yes. I officiate weddings at the beach, lake, woods in a chapel, sanctuary or private home.

What is your attire for the ceremony?

Black suit
White suit

Are you flexible in the wording used throughout the ceremony, including the vows?

yes, I like to help the bride and groom write a service that is applicable to their beliefs and emotions.

Do you allow the couple to write their own vows, if desired?

Yes, I encourage the couple to write their own vows or to even find a poem that describes their love.

Do you have a list of readings pre-selected, from which the couple must choose?

Yes, I have many choices of readings and poems.

How long are your ceremonies?

This is up to the couple. The ceremony can last from 10 min to 25 mins.

Do you require that premarital counseling be done?

I suggest premarital counseling be done with the couple.

Are you willing to perform pre-ceremony rehearsals?

Yes as requested. Please note fee will reflect all rehearsal times.

Do you supply a sound system?

no.
