• Experienced Professional • Creative • An eye for artistic detail • Flexible • I want you to have fun!
I will capture the joy, excitement, and romance of your wedding day with a fresh and creative eye.
Combining photo-journalism, fine art, and traditional photography, I will help you remember the story of your wedding day as you want to remember it: one filled with love, family, and friends.
Making pictures has been my life for more than 30 years. I photographed my first wedding in 1999. My fine art photography has won awards locally and nationally. I have photographed for publications and commercial venues, yet my true passion is wedding photography!
I think meeting with my clients is one of the most essential elements in planning for a successful wedding photography experience. I listen to determine your
needs and combine that knowledge with my experience and artistic vision to be sure you get exactly what you want. If there is something that you do not see on my website, please ask. I am more than happy to be flexible in meeting your requests or
designing a custom package to fit your specific requirements.
Available for travel in Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, Mexico and California.
I started photographing weddings in the fall of 1999. I appreciate that each wedding is an individual experience. I look forward to each wedding with fresh anticipation.
What if your camera breaks down?
I keep my equipment well tuned and always carry back up equipment if anything were to go awry.
Do you work with an assistant?
Assistants can be helpful, especially if you book a lengthy package. However, most of the time I work alone to allow the continuity of my own unique style to flow throughout your special day. If you would like a second photographer, this is possible for an additional charge for either all or part of the event.
When should I book you?
I would suggest during the summer months you book as soon as you have your date and your venue set. Then we can start working out all the details to be sure you get exactly what you want for your special day.
I require a $350 deposit to hold your specified date along with a signed contract. Unfortunately this fee is non-refundable if you were to cancel.
We will write up a contract based on what you and I have discussed so that your expectations are met and there are no surprises for either of us.
Hire a professional. Don't risk your wedding photographs to an amateur. Have a signed contract. Ask for references. I will be offering a class at Shoreline Community College in January of 2010 on "How to Choose Your Wedding Photographer". Email me for details.
