I was referred to Rhonda Giedt Photography by a friend as I was having a difficult time finding a photographer for my destination wedding. After seeing their work and having our initial discussions, I was sold. Rhonda was professional, friendly and flexible - a bride's dream! My engagement session was creative and fun and the wedding photography was non-intrusive to the actual ceremony (which is difficult, being on a catamaran). I received my proofs when promised and was thrilled with the quality and quantity of the pictures. I can't recommend Rhonda Giedt Photography enough.

I love Rhonda! She was so helpful in my planning process, very professional and responsive to my needs and wants. She plans everything out for you in advance as to what pictures to take, where to stand and how to pose. She and Robert captured my wedding day beautifully. I would definitely recommend her to all my family and friends. She's awesome!

Do you have liability insurance?
Yes
Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
All of my wedding packages offer a second photographer to capture not only posed photographs, but the details that make your wedding your own.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
I have photographed in numerous situations and have photo equipment that can accommodate any particular lighting situation.
Is your media preference film or digital?
I shoot exclusively digital with Canon equipment.
How many photographers do you work with?
I have one other photographer who accompanies me on the day of the wedding as the second photographer.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, I am the main photographer during the wedding and will not send another photographer in my place.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No, I only do one wedding a day to ensure that the couple get my undivided attention.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I bring two cameras with multiple lens. I also use flash and multiple filters when appropriate. My second photographer also carries another camera with multiple lenses.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, I carry two cameras just in case one malfunctions. I also have back up flashes for the same reason.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I charge by packages which start at 4 hours of coverage all the way up to the full day.
Do you charge for travel?
For weddings outside of the Bay Area, travel and accommodations are an additional fee.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Proofs are ready for viewing 2-4 weeks after the wedding depending on the length of coverage of the actual day. Timing of delivering the proofs will be communicated during your photo consultation.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
I provide photos in a proof booklet and online if there are out of town guests.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The proofs are your to keep.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes I retain the copyright for the photos.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes I reserve the right to publish the photos if a photo release is signed.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes they will.
What kind of albums do you offer?
I offer traditional and digital albums. I also offer parent albums to give to parents and grandparents.
