Ricky was excellent! He exceeded our high expectations and then some, as he was our photographer for both our engagement and wedding. Not only did he provide us with superior service, quick responses, extreme professionalism, great value and was very flexible, he was pleasant and quick. For instance, we felt as if he was a part of our wedding and he provided us with our first photo within 24 hours and uploaded our entire album online within 48 hours. He did an awesome job. He went above and beyond his duty. Great to work with him. His pictures are great quality and quantity. Great memories captured step by step. Great prices for the work that he does.

Let me start by saying that my pics look great. He did an excellent job taking pics. However, he arrived several hours early to the wedding ceremony when there was nothing to take pics of yet, and we paid him for 5 hours of photography. So some of that time was wasted because no one was ready for pics.Thus, his 5 hours ended early and he asked to leave before the reception was over. He sometimes seemed to get agitated with the bridal party when we were suppose to be taking pics after the ceremony. And sometimes wasn't very friendly with asking people to pose and line up a certain way. He even seemed kind of rude when instructing my husband and I on how to cut the cake for his photo. Now I will also say that he doesn't take inquiries about his services very well either. When we would email him or try and contact him to ask a question, he seemed aggravated or bothered by our questions. At one point I even regretted hiring him but could not fire him as we had already paid our money. Even now I have emailed him the pics we wanted printed almost a week ago and gotten no response or reply back. So we don't know when our prints will be ready or how we're going to get them. He takes good pics and captured a lot of moments we would have never seen but ultimately could use some work on his customer service skills.

Ricky was both A Joy and A blessing to work with. The day me and husband met him we knew he would be perfect fit for our wedding. His work ethic and professionalism is AWESOME!!!!!!! Ricky also did our engagement photos. It was a pleasant surprise to see our photos available for viewing later on that day, not to mention the video he put together. OH BOY! Ricky Town was the BEST!!! My pictures were AWESOME! My family and friends loved the pictures. My bridal party had so much fun working with Mr. Ricky. Without a doubt, Ricky and his team was the best choice for our wedding photography. Our wedding day was hectic and we weren't prepared for quite a few things. His team came in early and went straight to work and took photos of all the details of the decor and location while we were finishing up getting ready. Things were so crazy and out of order that I wasn't really even thinking of which shots that I had wanted. Ricky and his team took care of that. They were very patient, waited, and made sure I got all the important shots that I would have wanted and them some. They were professional and I felt like they knew what they were doing. From the moment I met Ricky I could tell that he was passionate about his buisness and about making his couples happy about their decision to work with him. He gave great price options and made you feel very comfortable in front of the camera! From the engagement session to the day of the wedding, Ricky was on top of his game.He alsways stayed intouch with us and remained positive throughout the process. Even though I didn't inform him that my wedding party was quite large, once he saw the adjustments needed during the rehearsal, he quickly made them. He went to the length of adding a second photographer at no cost to us! At the wedding reception, he even gave our guests a post card which was an engagement picture of us thanking them for joining us on our special day and inviting them to view our photos on his website. The guests loved it! Since he has taken our pictiures, we have received nothing but compliments. Looking at the pictures (even the one he submitted in the ajc for us for free:) ) gets me all excited about the day again! Our wedding was June 2008. With a huge wedding party, I knew I would have to find the right photographer for this wedding for everything to go off smooth and successful. After months of searching for the right photographer, I found Ricky Town and he was truly a blessing. At our first meeting, he showed me his work and I was VERY impressed! So impressed, that I went right over to the ATM and paid my down payment that day. His web site does not do his actual work justice! At the ceremony and the reception, he was professional yet relaxed. He had the wedding party laughing and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed him, including the Pastor. We were pleased with the out come of the finished product. Whatever shots you want to have included in your albums, make sure you let him know in advance and he WILL get them. If it’s to be photographed, Mr. Ricky will get it! I was very pleased with the outcome.

It took me 2 months of reserach to finally pick a photography company that would be the best quality work and best price possible. Mr. Ricky did a very professional job. He made me as a consumer and bride very confident that he would do a very good job the first time we met. I had a very large wedding party and he no problems getting the best shots.
