My husband and I wanted a wedding venue where we could hold both our wedding and reception and we found that at Riderwood. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept which makes for great outdoor pictures. The non-denominational chapel is the perfect size of a medium to large wedding and the performance hall was perfect for our reception. The staff worked with us to help plan our event - Riderwood has an on-site coordinator (Carolina) that can connect you to event rental companies if necessary.
Riderwood also catered our wedding. At first, we were unsure of how the food was going to taste, but after our tasting we knew that we picked a great location. Everyone loved the salmon and steak.
Riderwood is a great location if you are looking for an affordable option. Because it is a residential community there are some limitations (for instance, your event has to be over and you have to be out of the building by 11 pm). Other than the few limitations, Riderwood was the perfect venue for our wedding.

The venue is the perfect site if you want to make sure your guest do not get lost on the way to the reception. Riderwood has a lovely chapel and a separate facility on the property for the reception. They also provide shuttle buses so that guest will not have to walk from the chapel to the reception location, this came in handy especially for some of our mature guest who normally would use canes to get around.

We looked all over to find a chapel/church/temple that would accommodate our interfaith wedding. An individual at one of the churches we inquired about told us to give Riderwood a call. Riderwood is a 65 plus community with a very large beautiful chapel. They didn't put restrictions on our interfaith wedding and happily accommodated us. We were able to bring our own Rabbi and Reverend and the ceremony was perfect! Scarlette was on hand to answers all my questions and she was wonderful to work with. If you are looking for a wonderful place to get married, I would most certainly recommend Riderwood Chapel!

Riderwood was a wonderful, beautiful place for a wedding. The Chapel and reception hall were just perfect. The staff, very
professional, neat, clean, and customer friendly. Fabulous food. The surroundings provided a wonderful setting for the wedding pictures.
The guests really enjoyed having the ceremony and reception in one place.

Riderwood made our wedding the best event ever! The staff was wonderful, the chapel was beautiful, the reception hall was spacious. They also catered our event.The food was excellent. The staff made sure everything was done to perfection. They were very patient with all request.I definitely recommend having a wedding there. Riderwood will make sure your event is special.
