I was recently married at Rivercrest on 4/27/2012. I could not have imagined getting married anywhere else! During the year and a half “planning process” Rivercrest and its staff were there for me 100%. I worked very closely with Dawn and she made my experience so easy and stress free. All emails and phone calls were returned quickly. Everything was organized and detailed. On the day of the wedding, I was treated like a princess. Dawn and Minh were constantly making sure everything was being taken care of and I was comfortable. I am still receiving compliments on how nice the venue was, how amazing the food was (best meal people have ever had), and how this was the nicest wedding they have ever been to. I cannot thank Rivercrest enough for making our day perfect!! Thank you!

My son and daughter-in-law. Michael and Tiffany, had their reception at RiverCrest on March 31, 2012. To say that their reception exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The cocktail hour was like nothing we had ever seen before. It was amazing Our guests kept coming up to us during that time raving about how great the food was and how they could not get over all of the choices they had. And that was just the beginning of a wonderful night. The layout of the rooms was perfect. With 263 people, it never seemed crowded! Everything flowed perfectly all night long. The entrees were delicious and even though eveyone seemed to have a lot to eat during the cocktail hour - everyone managed to clear their plates at dinner!!!! The chocolate fountain and candy table were hits also . The dance floor is huge! It was packed the entire night but there always seem to be enough room for everyone. The dining room staff was attentive and took care of everyone all night long. Also, kudos to Dawn, Patti and Chef Todd for their outstanding service! This is a first class venue! You should be so proud!! Thank you for giving Tiffany and Michael and our families such wonderful memories!!! Everyone will always remember their special day!!

Everyone at Rivercrest was incredibly friendly, helpful, courteous, and hard-working. We could not have asked for a nicer place for our reception. All of our guests raved about the impeccable service, overwhelmingly amazing cocktail hour stations, and beautiful location. Dawn was a wonderful coordinator who made a stressful process seem easy!

RiverCrest Golf Club made our dreams come true on New Years Eve. From day 1 the whole process was well organized in planning down to the smallest detail. Dawn Gannon (Wedding Coordinator) was so incredibly helpful and guided us through the numerous decisions with ease. The staff before, during and after the wedding ensured that everyone was well taken care of. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all at RiverCrest and it was absolutely seamless with nothing but compliments about the food and service the entire time. It is absolutely apparent that the entire staff takes pride in their work. We can't wait to go back to RiverCrest for our Social Dining Membership!!!

The staff at the Rivercrest gave us the most perfect wedding day we could possibly imagine! We received SO MANY compliments on the food and that was very important to us. The ballroom looked absolutely perfect and the linens, the place settings, the chairs, I could not believe my vision came to life. I was never a sentimental bride but I am still in awe that I am so thrilled with the way way everything turned out. The chef and his crew did an amazing job and were so great to work with! We were so happy with our choice to leave our wedding day in his team's hands. The banquet team provided such excellent and personalized service, it was truly a pleasure to have them overseeing the party. As a hospitality professional, these are moments that money cannot buy. I appreciate all of the time and effort that they personally put into our wedding day.

We looked at a few wedding venues in the Phoenixville area, however once we visited Rivercrest, we knew it was the best out of any venues in the area that combined elegance and great value. As soon as I took a tour around the ball room, bridal suite, grounds and met with Dawn, I knew this is where I was having my wedding. From the beginning Dawn was very accomadating and walked us through every step of the process. She was very organized and quick in her response if I had questions. When it came down to crunch time, we decided to add a dessert at the last minute, which Rivercrest was able to accomodate.

Because of the time the sun set on our wedding day, we did pictures before the ceremony at Rivercrest which (we were lucky to have a beautiful warm and sunnday in November) had beautiful fall scenery behind and in front of Rivercrest.

From my own opinion, as well as the guests at the wedding, they thought the food was just delicious. So many people said, they were full just on the food that was presented during the cocktail hour. The dinner was fantastic and last but not least, the cake was just phoenominal. I had pictured a small 3 tier cake, however they went above and beyond and the cake was at least 4 feet tall, which included all the decorations I had provided.

We had approximatley 165 guests, the ballroom was gorgeous and extremely spacious. No tables were crammed and the room just poured elegance throughout the evening. The staff that evening was very efficient and the staff ensured my husband and I ate our dinner/dessert.

I can honestly say the entire day was fantastic and went off without a hitch. This can definitely be attributed to the fantastic staff and ambiance at Rivercrest that was provided. I was able to have my dream wedding for a great value with superb service and gorgeous scenery inside and out. I would highly reccomend this location!

From the moment we went to look at Rivercrest as one of our potential vendors, we fell in love with this venue immediately. Not only is this venue spacious and in a great location, but the staff at Rivercrest is one in a million. They are professional, curtious, and on point with everything. I cannot thank Dawn Gannon (wedding coordinator) enough. She worked with me the whole way and answered so many of my questions, emails, phone calls. Everything was an immediate response. On the day of our wedding everything went so smooth and was literally perfect from the ceremony to the reception. The food at Rivercrest is absolutely amazing! All of our guests are still talking about it.

I don't even know where to begin! Having our wedding at Rivercrest was the best decision, and we had an AMAZING time!! From the beginning Rivercrest was so accommodating and helpful, Dawn especially was so great and helped me through the planning process, as at times, I really had no clue what I was doing!

The food selections were extensive, and at the tasting we learned that it also lived up to its reputation! Rivercrest spoiled us during the tasting, and made the selection the most difficult part. All the food at the wedding was phenomenal, we also got the raw bar,, and heard many compliments that the shrimp were the biggest people had seen, and the mussels were the best people have had! The mashed potato bar was a huge hit, and amazing, and over all the cocktail hour surpassed our expectations. Everyone was excited to see a wedge salad for the appetizer, as it was something different, and the duet of the crab cake/filet was delicious, and as residents of Maryland, we are picky! The open bar, and candy bar, were also wonderful touches to our day!

Dawn and her staff, including the day of managers, really catered to our every need and made the day smooth and flawless. Leading up to the big day, Dawn was always helpful and responsive (putting up with both my dad and my questions!). The space itself was exactly what we were looking for, big, open, with windows, and a large dance floor. We still have people telling us it was the best wedding they've been too.

I really can't say enough about Rivercrest, they took care of us and our requests every step of the way. I would not change anything about our day, and I'm so appreciative how Rivercrest made us feel like royalty in how the handled everything about our day.

Everyone that we dealt with made it the best we could have imagined. Dawn was so helpful and made sure we were taken care of from beginning to end. The food was amazing, our guests are still raving about how good it was and how awesome out wedding was. We have RiverCrest and the staff to thank!!

My husband and I got married and had our reception at Rivercrest in July of 2011 and we are so glad we did. The day was magical. The staff at Rivercrest could not be better. They are willing to meet your every need. From the planning months ahead, to the day of our wedding, their staff made sure we were satisfied in every way. My husband and I LOVED their food. There is no other cocktail hour like Rivercrests, and we've been to alot of weddings! They have stations of unlimited food and the food is first class. We had a potato bar, cheesesteak sliders, crabcakes and more! The nice part is you don't have to wait for a server to bring you one teeny tiny piece of food. Here you can choose what you want and enjoy a great serving size. Dinner was just as fabulous. Our guests are still raving. The grounds at Rivercrest are beautiful inside and out. Outside of Rivercrest there are perfect spots for pictures with amazing backgrounds. Inside is very spacious and well kept, with a huge dance floor. We couldn't be happier with our choice!

Rivercrest exceeded all of my expectations - the facilities are gorgeous, the staff is first class and the food wowed our guests. My husband and I were married at Rivercrest in July. Due to family circumstances, we planned our wedding on a very short timeline which was stressful and the staff at Rivercrest went above and beyond to make everything come together perfectly and ease my mind every step of the way. When I wanted a menu with lots of vegetarian/vegan options + vegan marshallows for our chocolate fountain - they did it. When it started pouring rain shortly before the ceremony started, they quickly pulled together a lush green background of plants and flowers. The ballroom is a perfect set-up for a fun night of dancing and celebrating. If I could give Rivercrest and their staff 10 stars, I would....

Thanks to the wonderful staff at RiverCrest Golf and Preserve. What a WOW day for me, my daughter, new son-in-law and our family and friends. Again, WOW. It all began when we reserved the RiverCrest for my daughter's special day. The RiverCrest was so great.
June 11, 2011 was a wonderful day all the way from the start at the Bridal Suite, the arrival of guests, the ceremony, the cocktail hour, the dinner and reception. The food, the everything.....right down to the candy buffet. I have received sooooo many wonderful compliments from so many of our guests saying "THAT THIS WEDDING HAS BEEN THE BEST WEDDING THEY HAVE EVER ATTENDED". It certainly was a great day. The staff were GREAT and accomodating to our every request. So nice and friendly right from the start to the end of the evening. It certainly was a pleasure working with the RiverCrest.

RiverCrest was the first wedding venue that my husband and I visted--and after that vist we were so sure we wanted to have our reception here that we didn't even bother to look anyplace else. I can honestly say that not only was it one of the easiest decisions we made, but it also was one of the best! From the service to the food, to the beautiful location...everything was amazing and I could not have asked for anything more. The entire staff is top notch, but I need to give a special shout out to Dawn and Patti who were super easy and fun to work with, while at the same time went to great lengths to make sure that everything was perfect and that my husband and I were happy, stress free and able to enjoy our big day!!!

My husband and I were married March 2011. Rivercrest was the one and only place we looked for our reception. From the first time we went there for another wedding two years prior we decided we would love to have our wedding at Rivercrest. The entire venue is wonderful. We would not have had as much help from the entire staff if we had chose another place. Dawn and Todd are the best! They were very helpful in the decision making process. Todd is the best chef! He really blew us and our guests away with the cocktail hour and entree. Many people have referred to the shrimp to "being on steroids."The biggest shrimp cocktail they have ever had. Four months later we still have family and friends telling us it was the best wedding ever! I think I must agree! The rooms are beautiful, the staff is attentive and helpful, the food is out of this world and the location is great! The entire venue was so detailed and ran so smoothly because of all of the people at Rivercrest, they truly make sure your day is perfect! I can not thank them enough!

Rivercrest is a impressive Club with a beautiful setting. Food 5 star and the staff 10 star. Patty the Banquet Manager was excellent. Attending to our
every need and anticipating our every wish. She made the entire evening
run smoothly and without effort. Couldn't have done better at the Ritz.

Rivercrest is a well kept secret tucked in the back hills of Phoenixville.

Our guest were from all over the US and praised the professionalism of all.

Its been over 5 years since our wedding reception at Rivercrest and our familes and friends STILL talk about how wonderful it was! My husband and I signed on to have Rivercrest as our reception venue even as the clubhouse was still under construction. But the staff made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision from the very begining stages of our planning. The on-site planner and staff helped us every step of the way and our reception went off without a hitch! The food was delicious, the club was beautiful and we could not have asked for a better evening! I would recommend Rivercrest to all my friends and family, and am currently planning my sister's bridal shower at Rivercrest for this summer!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Rivercrest! I cant begin to tell you how well they took care of us. I am so happy that we choose to have our special day there. I still say LOVE since we are also now members of the club and they continue to amaze us.

My husband and I got engaged one year ago and we immediately started looking for a venue. After dragging him to 10 million places between PA and NJ, we finally decided that we would look at Rivercrest. We initially didn't look at it because we felt it was a tad above our budget. Am I glad we went a "tad" above our budget? YES.

We immediately knew RC was the place for us because it was classy, clean, and convenient. They have multiple ceremony areas which was key for us since we wanted a back up for a rainy day.

Dawn, our event coordinator, was and is amazing!!! Love her. She made sure we were all on track with our items and she put up with my 50 million questions.

The food tasting was far beyond our expectations and was incredible. I had so many compliments about how great the food was from many of our guests. Mash Potato Martinis ROCKED!

I also want to mention how FANTASTIC they entire staff was the day of our wedding. Patty, the banquet manager, really runs a tight ship. She made sure I was taken care of in every way possible. She had a drink in my hand at all times and made sure I ate and had a stress-free day.

The candy bar was great and our cake was to die for. All in all RC was a great place for our wedding. I am also very picky so this place gets a definite FIVE STARS for me. Thank you RC Staff!

If you haven't taken a tour of Rivercrest you really should check it out. We fell in love with the facility after our first visit. Not only is the facility magnificent, but the staff is so professional and friendly as we experienced from our first steps into the building. As a visitor we were treated like celebrities and as a bride treated like royalty. Choosing a ceremony site and reception site seemed difficult, but Rivercrest offered both and executed both flawlessly. Great food was a priority for us and we were amazed at our private tasting hosted by Rivercrest. We were able to taste all of the items that we were considering and then some--we were even able to try some items that weren't on the menu since Rivercrest can customize alot of your menu. Dawn, the wedding coordinator and Chef Todd personalize your tasting and are there throughout the tasting to answer any questions and make suggestions. Our rehearsal and ceremony were beautifully executed by the two banquet managers Kelly and Patti. The poolside ceremony is just perfect with the sparkling pool water coupled by the waterfall cascading right behind us. We were totally blown away by the food and service especially the hors d'oeuvres stations where the food was plentiful. We had nothing to worry about from the day we booked until we left the reception. I would encourage any future bride to visit Rivercrest Golf Club--you will love it as we and our guests did.

Ladies and Gentleman, I was recently married to the love of my life at the most amazing location: Rivercrest Golf Club and Preserve. I discovered Rivercrest about a year ago when I attended a friends wedding and reception. We had a fabulous time at that wedding and when I became enagaed just a few weeks later I knew exactly were I wanted to have my wedding. From the tour to the arrangements to the execution of the service and food surrounded by the most elegant and beautiful views the hospitality we received from the entire staff gave us an amazing experience. Everyone at Rivercrest was warm, sincere and very professional and it was truly the icing of the cake of the most memorable day of our lives.

I had my wedding in May and everything about the day was a dream come true! The entire experience from start to finish was so easy at RiverCrest-the staff was extremely helpful with their ideas and attention to detail. I met with Chef Todd who prepared the perfect duet for my wedding. The facility and service was outstanding and the waterfalls are the most unique photo backdrop. I highly recommend this facility. You won't be disappointed!

Anyone looking to have their reception at a country club has to take a tour at Rivercrest. The building is beautiful and spacious. Their bridal suite is fantastic. I had my wedding this past March and the staff was SO friendly. I had a server assigned to me personally all night long.

The food is what made the reception however. It was simply outstanding! The private tasting a couple of months prior with the chef was a special treat. My guests are still raving about everything. The crab cake sliders...yummy.

Dawn, their wedding planner, was very helpful and knew her stuff. It was great having her there by my side as I was getting a little frantic there towards the end.

RiverCrest is a phenomenal place and a A++ in my book! Check it out.

My fiancé and I looked at many places to find our perfect place. We fell in love with Rivercrest as soon as we toured it. The place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It was the perfect place for our wedding reception. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The food was fabulous! All of our guests raved about the reception. Our memories from the reception are magical. thanks Rivercrest!!!! Hope to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary someday there.

My husband and I got married at RiverCrest on 4/19/08. Almost 3 years later, my family and friends STILL rave about how amazing our wedding was and how beautiful the golf club was. When we were planning our wedding, we looked at what seemed like 100s of places (not really...but you know what it's like.) The MINUTE we saw RiverCrest we knew that it was where we wanted to have both our ceremony and our reception. The food was fantastic, the poolside wedding was great, and the chef involved in our tasting and menu planning. The day of the wedding we were comfortable in the roomy bridal suite, and all of our guests needs were tended to as well. It's a little off the main roads, and slightly over budget for some couples. HOWEVER, taking that extra drive and spending just a tiny bit more money makes a huge difference and gives you the wedding of your dreams. RiverCrest is a fantastic place and I highly recommend it.

Staff is unbelievable. Food is to die for. Landscapes for photos are fantastic. Price well worth it.

We had our ceremony pool side and it was perfect!

Our guests were blown away and haven't stopped raving about Rivercrest as our wedding venue. We had both our ceremony and reception onsite and both were extremely well run and organized. We could not have chosen a better location to host the most important event we'll ever plan. From the amazing food to the exceptional service and professionalism, we can tell you that choosing Rivercrest Golf Club for ANY event is a wise choice. We are so grateful to the staff, especially Dawn, Patti and Kelli Ann, for their guidance throughout the planning process and day of.

What a wonderful place to have a wedding. From the moment I was greeted at the door, to the day of my wedding, I knew I made the right choice with RiverCrest. The elegance of the ballroom, the service and especially the food was all fantastic. Planning a wedding is stressful, but RiverCrest seemed to pull things together effortlessly. We had a large wedding and RiverCrest was extremely flexible and went the extra to honor our requests. We will always look back at our wedding day with the fondest memories.

We had our fall wedding at Rivercrest and we absolutely were in heaven. We booked the revenue because the look of the place alone was so beautiful that it needed no decorations. The food was amazing and the ballroom has an air of luxury. We have been told for weeks now that it was the most beautiful wedding our guests have ever been too. It was pricey, and we didn't love the selection of cakes, but we were on a budget and had to work within our means. Not one person left hungry or bored. I can't wait to go to another Rivercrest wedding!

We had our rehearsal dinner at Rivercrest Country Club and couldn't have been more impressed with everything they offered. The smaller room used for rehearsal dinners was the perfect size for our group of about 40 people and the staff made sure everything went smoothly. The food was also amazing, whether it was the steak that many people ordered or the char dish which I really enjoyed (similar to salmon, but more tender). I absolutely would recommend this venue to others despite the slightly higher cost than other options in the area (a little less than $30 per plate plus the bar tab and rental fee).

My husband and I really enjoyed working with RiverCrest for our wedding. They walked us through absolutely everything which was super appreciated since we both had never been part of the wedding planning process before. Dawn was a huge help and always there to answer any questions. The day of our wedding, we did not have to worry about a thing. RiverCrest had every thing setup and ready to go for our day. It is a little more pricey than some wedding venues but everyone raved about the food and decor. It was absolutely beautiful and our wedding turned out perfectly. Patty was the day of coordinator and she could not have been more helpful. She was there with anything that we needed. I would suggest RiverCrest to anyone.

We initially had some problems with the original coordinator, but RiverCrest hired a new coordinator and she was very helpful and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. My only concern was that she was overloaded with work. However, when all was said and done we had the best wedding there. The food was excellent, service was excellent. No guest went thirsty or hungry the entire night. Every one of our guests has come up to us and said, "this was the best wedding we've ever been to". Although the prices are a bit high, I believe we got money's worth.

The facility is beautiful but we were disappointed with the service received prior to the reception, especially considering the cost of services. The coordinator was not organized, difficult to contact, and did not communicate with us effectively. The months leading to the day are stressful enough; they did not make the situation any easier. A list of guests and their specific dietary needs were provided to the coordinator; we found out later that they did not follow through with these requests. Also, a cd was provided by us to play at the cocktail hour; that cd was never returned to us by mail as requested.
