Riverview Inn

The Riverview Inn was the best choice for a reception place for us. Renee, the event planner, was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions I had. The staff at the Riverview went above and beyond to make our day great!

Working with Mike Turner was an absolute delight!! And the staff was very polite and helpful when I needed access to the ballroom. It was practically a one-stop-shop: all the major amenities are provided (tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, etc.) Simple centerpieces are also provided, and you can add decor as you'd like. The two-downsides I had were the catering and alcohol could only be provided in-house. I do have to say that their caterer (Wendell Catering) was very, very good! He helped with food choices, and also suggested choices that were off-menu. Everyone was very helpful and accomodating!

Event space was just what we needed and was easy to decorate. We were told we could only stay until 12:00am, but they ended up letting us stay until 3:00am and were very helpful all night. The only thing we didn't like was that they required you to use one of their three caterers which is really limiting.
