Robbins Bros. - Mission Viejo, CA

My husband(now) went to Robbins Bros. to find the ring of our dreams for me. From what I hear- he put a lot of thought and research in to finding the perfect ring to propose to his girlfriend of 10 years. Robbins Bros. taught him about the quality of diamonds and craftsmanship and he ended up with a beautiful Tacori ring. I had no idea he was ring shopping or planning to propose. The evening he proposed I almost immediately said "It's a Tacori ring!" He didn't know I loved their rings and knew what a great brand it was. When it came time to get a wedding band we searched high and low because Tacori didn't carry a matching band for my ring and I wanted the perfect band or I didn't want a band at all. We went back to Robbins Bros with our dilemma and they contacted Tacori and had them make a custom band to match my ring perfectly. I had to do it sight unseen and trust that it would turn out perfect and it did. This is our 2nd purchase from Robbins Bros and we just get happier each time.

Had engagement ring custom-made and took longer than time quoted; but it is perfect;) Also bought wedding bands here and were ready on time except no one called us to tell them they were ready. When we called to check on them, they told us we could pick them up any time after the "promised" date.

We bought my husband’s wedding band and my wedding band from Robbins Bros and we we're very pleased with how helpful everyone was. My husband found a ring that he liked and they we're able to order it for us since they didn't have one in the store and the price was reasonable. I've taken my ring back a few times to get cleaned and they even cleaned my engagement ring which we didn't buy from them at no charge. They have a big selection and the staff is very helpful every time we've gone in there.

A little expensive but we found a beautiful ring in our budget. All in all, very happy.

I loved the experience at Robbins Brothers. Every person I have come in contact with through the process of choosing the engagement ring, wedding bands and general cleaning and maintenance, has been helpful and knowledgeable. The environment is lovely, they do offer you drinks and snacks. The three main reasons we went there is a friend of ours had a great experience and they referred us, we learned about the lifetime warranty and upgrade policy, and the fact that they do cleaning and repairs on-site.
They helped my cluless boyfriend, then fiance, then husband through the whole process and made him feel comfortable with the ring he chose.
Highly recommended!

My hubby and I got my engagement ring and our wedding bands at this Robbins Bros. I really liked it there - they treat you like superstars. Upon entry, you're greeted and introduced to someone who can help you. You're offered bottled water or any other type of drink (including espresso-based drinks). They have a great selection of rings. If there's something online but not in-store, they'll ship it to the store. Compared to other jewelers in Southern CA, they're very resonably priced. I just love going back there to get my ring cleaned and sparkly!

Very trustworthy, very professional, but can be overpriced. I was charged about 1.5 times more for the wedding band than I would have been charged if I had went to a local store that charges by the carat (which some do). However the quality of service is great, you just have to pay for it in the price.

I heard about Robbins Brothers for years over the radio and TV. So I decided to go and find out what they were all about. I went to the one in Mission Viejo near where my college roomate used to live. I hadn't planned on going to buy anything but when I got there I was happy to find that they had a very large selection than a lot of the other stores I went to and the price was within my budget range. The people were friendly but could be a bit annoying but since I saved money, I don't really cares.

One word...AMAZING!

We had a very good experience at Robbins Bros. The sales people were very helpful, nice & not pushy. My husband (finance at the time) really liked the personal attention & wedding relate binder they gave us. We can take the ring back for free cleanings for life too.

My hubby had my e-ring custom made and he has nothing but positive things to say!! When I found out he'd bought it from a "chain" store I was a little concerned. However, it's turned out to be a fantastic experience. We bought our wedding bands from there as well. We've had a few bumps but everything has been handled in a very timely fashion! Our original sales people are no longer there but we're always treated well when we go in. The designer loves to see my ring come in!!

We had a decent experience w/Robbins Bros for my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands. My wedding band was priced lower when we ordered it and when we picked it up, the bill was way more than we had anticipated. They pretty much said, sorry too bad, and there was nothing we could do b/c it was too close to the ceremony to order anything new. That was really disappointing and I was not impressed at all with the service we received during that time.

Great service, ok price. My wife lost the stone in her engagement ring and they replaced it. Friendly people, but probably varies with such a big shop.
