Amazing, wouldn't use anyone else! Service was unbelievable; very helpful and responsive throughout the entire planning process, and not to mention the food was delicious! It was so helpful that they are a full service vendor, meaning they do everything from the cake, the food, the linens, all the way through to the centerpieces if you want them to. Thank you Wendy and Robert for all of your help, we appreciate everything you did for us, it wouldn't have been the same without you.

I had tasted Robert's Catering cakes at several birthday parties & weddings in the past, so I wanted to try them for my wedding as well. Their cake creations are delicious & oh so moist! I've had a lot of dry, unimpressive cakes in my day but not the case w/ Robert's cakes. You can not imagine such a beautiful, delicious cake coming from the little hole in the wall building they operate out of, but its their cake that speaks for itself...not some fancy, hoity toity facility. They have a wonderful reputation in the valley & I can see why! My wedding cake turned out beautiful, and delicious; my guests raved about it! I just thawed out my top tier for my 1 month anniversary & it was still as delicious & moist as day one! At Robert's, they will make you a brand new top tier replicate of your original wedding cake for your 1 year anniversary so you dont have to thaw out a cake thats been frozen for 12 months...eeew! As for their prices; they were very competitively priced & the cost didnt leave me feeling like I just spent an arm & a leg on a cake. Great deals & taste, I would recommend again & again!

We used Roberts Catering for our Wedding cake for out Oct. 1st reception. Let me start by saying, Roberts is somewhat a tradition for my family. My grandmother has used them, my uncle uses them, and now I have used them. They have never disappointed! We did a 3 tier cake, and we got what we wanted, and it was excellent! We will continue to use Roberts!

Our wedding food and cake was BY FAR the best tasting my husband and I have ever had! I was not expecting much since every wedding we had been to before served food that was bland, boring, and overpriced. Robert's completely changed this for me and showed me that wedding food can be delicious and well priced! I actually ate the food for leftovers the next day (and we are not typically leftover fans...!) The cake was amazing and the staff was very professional. We had a last minute 'crisis' and Robert was very accomidating to allow us a lot of the menu items we initially wanted with a large discount. I will definitely order through them again and would recommend them as well!

The cake was delicious but when I ordered my cake they said they could do one thing and then the day before the wedding they said something different. But my cake still looked beautiful, I just didn't get the exact cake I wanted. I would still order cake from Robert's in the future, it was that good!!!!!

Every single guest made comments to us about how good the food was. I have been to more than a few events where they ran out of food for the guests if you were one of the last to be served, not the case w/ roberts.Every single guest was served & we had enough to take home also!! The wedding cake was amazing!!!! my daughters wish for a 5 tier cake came true....it was beautiful and amazingly delicious, all 5 layers a differnt flavor..it is definetly something you have to expeience since words wont convey our gratitude for the professionalism,and quality we experienced. My fiancé and I were in contact with a handful of other caterers before finally choosing Robert’s Catering to cater our July 2011 wedding reception. Robert’s Catering came highly recommended by many people I talked to, from the librarian at the school I work at, to my own doctor. Robert’s Catering was even recommended by people who were guests at weddings catered by Robert. However, I was concerned the cost to use Robert’s Catering for our wedding reception would break our budget, so I met with and investigated other caters before meeting with Robert. After meeting with Robert, before we even had our tasting, I knew Robert’s Catering would be the best choice. The man knows what he is doing! He is highly capable and professional. Most importantly, he makes delicious food. Robert’s Catering catered both the meal and made our wedding cake. Our appetizers were meatballs, pot stickers, and a fruit& cheese spread. Friends and family are still talking about the delicious pot stickers. Sadly, my husband and I missed out on appetizers because we were taking pictures. However, Robert sent the leftovers home with us that night. We ended up eating them the next day for breakfast, and they were delicious, even when reheated! Our dinner was plated, and Robert’s served each guest a chicken breast with a poblano sauce, filet of beef, buttery red potato mash, and steamed broccoli. It was a ton of food, and it was one of the best meals I have ever been served. The food was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. Our guests were so pleased with the meal; many of them told us it was the best meal they had eaten at a wedding. The cake was perfect as well! We choose a lemon poppy seed for one layer and strawberry champagne for another because it was a summer wedding. Some of our family members loved it so much that they took home a few extra slices. Many guests liked one flavor so much that they had a second piece to try the other flavor. In addition to tasting great, it was beautifully decorated. I forget the name of the piping technique used, but it was white on white butter cream. Originally, I wanted fondant because I thought it would look better; I was wrong! The cake was gorgeous, the butter cream looked smooth and beautiful, but most importantly it tasted great! The other benefit of using Robert’s catering is the centerpieces. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on flower centerpieces. Luckily, Robert’s Catering had a bunch of lighting centerpieces, such as candelabras, lanterns, etc. We went with the lanterns, and they were beautiful. We bought one small bag of cream rose petals, and his staff sprinkled them around the lanterns. It looked classy and beautiful. Robert’s catering will take care of everything; they will have your linens, servers, and bartenders. I would recommend Robert’s Catering to any one in need of a caterer. The pricing is extremely fair, the food is outstanding, and their service is wonderful. I have nothing but great things to say about Robert’s Catering!

Roberts is the place to go if you actually want your wedding cake to taste good! We tried a lot of other cake places and Roberts had the best tasting cake by far. Our final cake had 3 different flavors and Roberts didn't charge extra. They are priced right and were much less expensive than expected. The quality was great and the final cake was just what we were looking for. I appreciate that they have tastings of all sorts of different flavor combinations and were very easy to work with.

Coming from someone who really does not care for cake or sweets at all, our wedding cake from Robert's Catering was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I was so amazed at how beautiful and yummy the cake was. Wendy was great to work with and took charge in a good way because we really did not know what we wanted. She guided us through the process and everything turned out perfect.

After tasting the cakes of other bakeries around the Valley, and seeing their prices, nobody could even come CLOSE to the quality and value that Robert's offered. The flavor, freshness, and textures ,Robert's cakes beat everyone else's hands down. We ordered a cake with the Vanilla Almond chiffon batter, with vanilla bavarian cream, with piped buttercream, and then did the chocolate chiffon batter, with chocolate mousse, and piped fudge. It tasted AMAZING. The icing on the cake (ok, sorry, pun intended there) was that Robert's is also very reasonably priced compared to the other wedding cake bakers. Our cake also looked as amazing as it tasted. We had a Celtic knotwork theme throughout our wedding, and my husband had designed a knotwork design intertwining our initials to represent our union, and yep, he wanted it on the cake too. Mike (the decorater) was able to put that design on our cake, do knotwork around the whole darn thing too, and it turned out BEAUTIFUL. My husband knew Roberts was the place for us to get our cake, because after we met with Wendy the first time, we walked out of there, and my husband said that this was the first place that he actually felt inspired to design our cake. Wendy and Mike truly cared about making our vision a reality, and we are so thankful to them for making a cake that represented us, and that tasted as incredible as it looked. Roberts Catering was phenomenal!! We had a cake vendor that became sketchy at the last minute (3 weeks before our October wedding) and we had to find a new vendor that could create our dream wedding cake on short notice AND provide a gluten-free cake option for my mom and I since we both have celiac disease! Robert's Catering was fabulous!! Friendly, professional, and prompt they scheduled a tasting and oh my gosh--the cake tasting was amazing. I could only try the delicious bavarian cream fillings but my fiance (now husband) raved about all the flavors. They helped us design a beautiful 3 tiered wedding cake and they also created a small gluten-free option that was delicious in less than 3 weeks!! Everyone at our wedding raved that this was the best wedding cake they ever had!! We could not be more thrilled with the results and we are so glad we found Robert's Catering--beautiful cake, delicious flavors and fillings, prompt and professional service! I would recommend them to anyone especially after our nightmare experience with a different local cake vendor. I loved Robert's Catering. They made the us the most stunning cake for our wedding, and it tasted great too! I had several family members ask if we had any left over that they could take home...it was that good! The cake was a 4 tier chocolate chiffon with cookies and cream filling. The filling was so creamy I swear it was bavarian cream...yum!

This vendor is awesome! The cake was delicious! Roberts will work with you to design the perfect cake you have in mind. The flavor of the cake is the best I've tasted and I've been to many weddings. They always have a long line at Wedding Shows when they provide samples because everyone loves their cake and food. We actually got 3 cakes from Roberts. A bridal shower cake, grooms cake, and wedding cake. All were phenomenal!

Robert's Catering provided our wedding cake. It was absolutely delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Wendy is an amazing woman, she made the cake tasting very fun! My husband has decided that we will be traditional and freeze the top of the cake and eat it on our one year anniversary, Wendy advised against this and told us to put it in the fridge and eat it when we got back from our honeymoon because cake after a year of being frozen does not taste good. Well, we are being traditional and I am sure she is right BUT the good news is that she will make us another cake on our one year anniversary for only $20, and will continue to do so every year.You would be doing yourself a great disservice if you did not get your cake from Robert's Catering! Four thumbs-up guys!

I was amazed with the cake that was presented at my wedding. I loved it. I could not find a picture of a cake to tell them what I wanted. I had some ideas in my head that I weren't sure it they would work together. I took in a picture of my dress and asked the cake designer if he could incorporate the design on my dress on to the cake. I loved the suggestions he made to enhance the beauty of the cake. The tasting was fun, my fiance (now husband) would eat almost the entire sample piece before I even could try them so they would make more for myself & daughter to try. It was very funny. I love the way my cake turned out. It was gorgeous!!!

I was bummed that my wedding venue wouldn’t allow an outside vendor to cater because I wanted Robert’s! However, I did get the next best thing by ordering my cutting cake and cupcakes through them. The Robert’s team created a beautifully decorated anniversary size cake to set on top of our cupcake tower. It was the perfect size so we could have our cake cutting photo op and then pack it up for a late night snack. We chose cupcakes for our guests so they could take home if they wanted. There were three amazing flavors and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the taste. Robert, Wendy and the whole staff were great to work with and professional throughout. I’ll definitely be using them again for both bakery and catering!

Robert's Catering provided the cake and catering for our June 4th wedding and it was amazing! Three weeks before the wedding we found out that our venue had booked another event and we were scrambling to find a new location and catering services. Robert and his staff were fantastic, the food and service were fabulous. They took care of every guest and every need we could possibly think of and even the things we missed with all the last minute changes. They are best in the business and we will never host another event without them!!Steve and Donna

Amazing cake! Many of our guests came up to us after the wedding to let us know how much they enjoyed the cake. Their staff was mostly nice, but when I called to give a headcount I was treated rudely by one person on their staff.

Roberts Catering was included in our wedding package with the reception venue. I was thrilled with what they delivered. The best part of our cake-planning, of coursem was the tasting. Wow! So goooood! Shawn and I chose dark mocha chocolate with a mocha cream filling. It was pure decadence. Roberts gave us the option to have two different flavors, but our love for this luscious cake was unstoppable. It was the final of 7 flavors we tried and were hooked from the first bite. We were told that our package only included butter cream, rather than fondant (which tastes like play-doh to me anyway), but they could make it look like fondant. They were right! We had an original design of a three white square tiers with thick black frosting piped in a baroque pattern to resemble our save-the-dates. I was a touch worried that the final product wouldn't come out as I envisioned, because I didn't see many cakes in their book/catalog that looked anything like what we wanted. I was impressed to say the least come our wedding day. We saved our top tier, per tradition, but Robert's also has a fantastic deal that for our anniversary for the REST OF OUR LIVES we can get a replica of our top tier in our signature flavor for $30! The office is in downtown Chandler and we plan on using them for many future catering needs. A truly great company.

This cake was both gorgeous and delicious! It was exactly what I envisioned it would be! It was a four tiered cake, alternating from rectangular and hot pink, to circular and white, there beautiful ribbons and designs all over it- it was PERFECT, exactly as I had described to them. But, tasting the cake was even more delicious! We did a white vanilla almond with a peanut butter filling and chocolate cake for 2 layers, and a chocolate cake with cookies and creamfilling for the other layer. Both were outstanding, and I can't even tell you how many people told my mother and I it was the best cake they ever had. During the food tasting, they allow you to taste a slice of most every kindof cake they offer with a variety of fillings. My family and I Have decided that for now on we will be purchasing EVERY cake for EVERY occasion from Robert's Catering- I swear that every other cake now seems tasteless to me, I am now a cake snob due to tasting and experiencing Robert's! :)

Our cake was absolutely gorgeous and equally delicious!!! We worked with Wendy in designing the cake (she is hilarious). We were able to choose a different flabor for tier. They also recreate your top tier for your anniversary for $25. You will not be disappointed if you choose them!!

AMAZING!! Their cake is so unbelievable delicious!! Our wedding cake was 4 tier with icing detail that was beautiful. All of our guests raved about how much they enjoyed the cake. Robert's even made a groom's cake for our Rehearsal dinner and decorated it like my hubby's favorite sporting arena. Make sure you try the carrot cake, it's awesome.

We loved our cake!!!Our consultation was relaxing and fun. Wendy guided us through it and helped us be really decisive. We chose pink champagne cake with strawberry filling. It was light and sweet and fresh and amazing. Our second tier was poppy seed cake with mandarin orange filling. Again, amazing. They took care of everything, and the cake looked so beautiful at our reception. Chocolate buttercream with pink and green swiss dots! Picture perfect and so tasty!

We got our wedding cake at Robert's. I took in a picture of the cake I wanted, and we sampled some of their flavors & picked our cake. Wendy is great! She answered all our questions & she called & reminded me the day I needed to bring down the ribbon for the base of the cake. The cake looked EXACTLY how we wanted - everyone said how great it looked...but it TASTED even better! The cake was so moist we could hardly pick it up with our fingers to feed each other after cutting it! I would recommend them to everyone!

Everything went perfect with the catering. They provided a professional bartender and centerpieces for all of our tables. This two things were a huge weight off of my shoulders. I heard no complaints from my guest about the bar services or the food. We chose to have BBQ for our wedding and everything was good. One guest did mention that the waitstaff took his food away before he was finished. Overall I would recommend Roberts Catering, especially for a casual setting.

Wendy was fantisic!! We wanted a specialty cake with a lot of "extras" that they don't normally do, but we got everything we wanted and more!! The cake was so delicious and moist--there were no leftovers and plenty of compliments from our guests!! Plus, the best part is that they give you a discounted cake every year on your anniversary!!

Robert's Catering had the best menu options out of everyone i went to.They where very flexible and let us have just about every kind of dish at our wedding.It was very affordable and they helped us with a lot of the concerns we had.I'm still having friends and family telling us that the food was amazing.Highly recommend!

We were not very satisfied with the service at Roberts catering. Our first experience was not great. A women over the phone told me to stop by and that i could take home a book to help me choose a style for our cake. I stopped by and Robert was there and he was very rude to us. He acted as though we were crazy for even asking to take a book. also he was very arrigant!! When I brought pictures of my dress to show them the pattern i was interested in they were pretty nice about it but they were very pushy as far as what colors they thought i should use. The cake itself did taste good. Our guests liked it but overall i wished we could of used somone else!!

Cake was absoultely amazing!!! All our guests LOVED the cake. . .even those who do not eat much cake ;)There were so many flavors to choose from and all of the kinds we tried- they were all good! It was hard to choose!Would highly recommend.

OVER ALL GREAT EXPIrence! we enjoyed our tasting and robert so much we booked. the taste of his cake is uncomparible to any other. they also remake you a sheet of your wedding cake every anniversary at a discount price. Only thing that was wrong was our cake was supposed to be two flavors. the middle was supposed to be chocolate, unforantly it was all one flavor by mistake, but it still tasted so good!

I looked through their photos of beautiful wedding cakes and had trouble deciding. I brought in a photo of MY wedding dress and they created an absolutely breathtakingly beautiful cake that looked similar to the bead work detailing on my dress. I was amazed at how creative they are! They had a plethora of cake flavors to choose from and it was very helpful that they had so many available for my groom and I to sample! They were all absolutely delicious! Our guests LOVED it. We heard them say it was the best cake they had ever had! I also ordered a grooms cake from them. They were VERY informative in helping me decide exactly I wanted the cake to look like and taste like! I will continue to purchase cakes from Robert's Catering and definitely keep recommending them to family and friends.

Very affordable and great quality. We had a great time sampling different flavors and going through the photo books of the variety of cake designs. They delivered the cake on time and their services were flawless.

Robert's did an amazing job on our wedding cake. We used them since our venue recommended/had a contract with them. We had our tasting, picked out flavors and a style, and then it just appeared on our wedding day. I'm so glad we used them! Also, I called to have a suprise groom cake made and just told them what I was thinking (football theme with lions) and they did an amazing job for a really cheap price! They will recreate your cake top for your anniversary for a reasonable price, too.

Robert's catering was excellent. It was so easy. We went to the tasting picked what we wanted and never thought twice. The day of the wedding the cake came and was set up with no problem. This was probably our easiest vendor.

What a nice catering service which had expertise in catering weddings. I am glad I had Roberts Catering Service caterer my wedding reception as the service was as good as it could have been and we were really satisfied with the quality of all of the foods that were made for our wedding by them. They did a good job for our wedding and were real easy to explain what we needed and then we left it into their hands and they did a real nice job for us.

Our cake turned out beautifully! I was also very impressed that if you call them they will recreate your top layer for your anniversary for as many years as you would like for a small charge. They were very helpful when we went in for the tasting and were trying to decide the color and design of our frosting. The cake was very tasty also!

Robert is absolutely awesome. He is well worth the cost and provided great food and service. He makes sure he meets your desires and adapts in real time to delivery the best quality service. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone for whatever event. I used him for my wedding and a brunch the day after. I can't say enough about the great job he did keeping everying in order - not just the catering, plate service, etc - he was on the lookout for anything he could do to make the event a success (including keeping a close eye on whatever the guests needed). Without Robert's the wedding would not have been a success.Not a few things he could do better on and you could help him through - when you provide your food, cake, dishes, and linen selections - provide them in writing to make sure you and he are on the same page. There were not issues but a couple times I got concerned that he forgot what we were doing. I know he had it written down somewhere but I wouldn't say he strengh is administrative organization. Now don't take this as a reason not to use him - it is far better to have it this way then how most other caterer's are - good admin, poor quality food and service. Use Robert's. Keep in mind one other thing - email seems to be a pretty new thing to him - best if you can meet him in person and use email for small follow-ups.

Robert's Catering was an excellent service for us. They were very inexpensive compared to the competition and our cakes (one large cake and centerpiece cakes) turned out beautifully.

The cake was fantastic. I could not say one thing bad about the taste or the presentation because it was truly top-notch. However, depending on who I spoke to from Robert's Catering, the customer service was either really great or not good at all. It was a little bit frustrating at times but I would still recommend them as a vendor considering that their product is simply outstanding.

Our cake was included in the package from the golf club, so it saved us a couple hundred dollars. The 1st meeting/tasting went great. Robert's cakes are delicious! We worked with Walter, he was very good at combining 2 pictures we like to make our cake.The final result was great, they forgot the little black dots, but no big deal. It tasted GREAT! They also put cookies n cream instead of coconut filling on the top. We were disappointed, but not a deal breaker.Overall, our cake looked & tasted great. That's all the matters!!

Robert's cakes are better then Cathy's Rum Cakes, they are lighter, more flavorful, and fresher. They are not frozen cakes. Their varity is amazing, the price is good and at Seville Golf & Country Club the price is part of their package.Our cake was beautiful!

We just had Robert's Catering provide heavy hors d'oeuvres, a buffet BBQ dinner, and desserts for a 300-person black-tie gala event last night. They were fantastic! The food was incredible, and the staff could not possibly have been nicer. I will definitely be recommending them to my wedding clients and to my co-workers for future events.

Robert's has the most amazing food! Robert himself will work with you and make sure you get *exactly* what you want. He went out of his way to provide us with last minute lemonade for the reception...he had it there within a few minutes and squeezed it himself! We had the italian food, and our guests were raving about it for months!

We use Robert's in our wedding packages and recommend them for just about any specialty cake our clients might need. Their cakes always look good and their buttercream is "to die for!"
