It has been over 1 month since our wedding and still we have not received a $1500+ refund due from this company for misters not received and less expensive chairs received than paid for. In the midst of 15 phone calls and emails to her, we received only one response by email stating that the check would be issued by 10/14. No check, no explanation, no response. This is in addition to the fact that the reception tables and chairs were placed exactly opposite my request. Thus the DJ couldn’t see the tables, guests couldn’t see DJ, all too far from dance floor and way too much space between the tables (some were 10 to 15’ apart)! All our other vendors were prompt, professional, courteous and wonderful to work with. Rochelle is unprofessional and uncommunicative.
I want to encourage and highly recommend Rochelle Marie's Events by Design for any event you may be planning. Living in Los Angeles and planning a wedding in the Palm Springs area I had not one problem ever arise!. She was exactly what my wedding needed, she put together a package of coordinating , flower and all flower decor for my wedding. Not only was she affordable but she was extremely well organized and creating a wonderful flow for my special day. The arrangements were more then I could have imagined and she and her team did an exceptional job wrangling our vendors and family. If you want a worry-free upscale event call Rochelle!

I wanted to thank you for doing such an excellent job with our tables at our wedding. They turned out so well - all the colors blended and it just looked awesome. I can't tell you how many compliments we received on how unique and beautiful it looked. I mean, it was just such a beautiful table and so different from any other weddings I have been to.
