Rockleigh Country Club

Rockny at the Rockleigh was a pleasure to work with. He was eager to help make our night as special as possible. The food choices were INCREDIBLE and all guests were raving about the cocktail hour especially. Any small requests I had in the months leading up to the wedding, he was happy to help with. The day of the wedding he provided food for all the men and ladies there to get ready. I would highly recommend this venue!

The Rockleigh made my dreams come true. This is a first class wedding/party venue. The food was OUT OF THE WORLD good. My guests are still talking about the food one month after my event. For me personally, the food and decor was the #1 most important thing and the Rockleigh delivered it. The space is huge and can accommodate large parties. The decor is classic style and not gaudy as some other places are. The entire team from the Maitre D to my wedding coordinators were top notch. I wish i could relive my wedding day again because everything turned out perfectly in exactly the way I planned!

The Rockleigh put on a beautiful, classy affair and all of our guests had a wonderful time! Before the event, our event manager, Mel, and his assistant, Lucy, were really wonderful in answering my questions. The day of the wedding, my bridal attendant, Daniella, was amazing- she was able to anticipate what I would need before I needed it all evening. Jaime was also excellent and always on top of things- she made sure we sat down to eat -thank you! Mel let us arrive very early to get ready and even provided us with sandwiches, drinks and fruit- this was so great. It allowed us to take our time getting ready as some of the girls got their makeup done. I also really appreciated how accommodating the staff was to my mom who has some dietary restrictions. Just few things we were not as happy with: 1) We found out on the day of the wedding that the boys couldn’t get ready in the room they were originally supposed to be in because the roof had caved in. I was not as upset to find out about this as I was to find out that had it been too cold or rained, the indoor chapel was no longer an option to us. When we visited the venue a few days prior, nothing was mentioned to us at that time and it should have been. Fortunately, we had a beautiful autumn day and the outdoor area was set up magnificently. 2) We were also a little thrown off by how many times we were reminded to tip 5-7% on top of what we were already paying for the event. Of course we were more than happy to tip for the wonderful service- we just didn't feel the need to be reminded on multiple occasions. With all of this being said, we did feel that we had a truly wonderful event and were thankful to have our wedding at such a beautiful venue.

Our wedding was Friday, Oct 12, 2012 at The Rockleigh Country Club. All we can say is Thank you , thank you, thank you. They are awesome, so nice, and took care of everything. Our wedding day + reception went so fast but all we are hearing was how elegant the place was, how great the food was and how nice everyone was, and they are right. We love The Rockleigh staff ( thank you Rocky) and thought our room was gorgeous. Everyone is saying "what a great party" and that makes us happy. Totally recommend them. Soup to nuts they do whatever they can to make your day perfect.

We had an outdoor Sunday morning wedding at the Rockleigh because of their amazing grounds. We found that they really have their act together - everything was taken care of with so much finesse, we didn't need to think about anything besides having a great time. Jeffrey was our maitre d' and was very present and very professional. Sandra was my bridal attendant and was there for me all day.

My guests could not stop complimenting us on the grounds, the service, dinner and mostly, the cocktail hour (not that I could eat anything that day, unfortunately!). They took care of every detail and were very flexible with my requests. They also made my parents feel very special.

Rocky was our main person and he is so accommodating, so awesome. He told me has been doing his job for 35 years and loves it - and working with him , I can tell you it's so obvious. Thank you Rockleigh for making our wedding such a dream. Everyone said it was like being in a...

The most GORGEOUS, ELEGANT and CLASSY place you can imagine. I can't even begin to describe the amazing wedding we had at the Rockleigh. The service was beyond impeccable and the food is mouthwatering. Our guests walked away having the best experience they have had at a wedding in sometime. EVERYTHING was taken care of and we had the wedding of a lifetime!!!

Everybody commented on beautiful the place looked. Some guest had previous wedding events there. Rockni and Zara were an absolute pleasure to work with and the food was out of this world.

I gave The Rockleigh a perfect 5/5 because it was an absolutely PERFECT venue and it was truly a fairytale wedding for my Husband and I. We worked with Rocky and Zara and they were an awesome team, so much fun and always so caring! They truly wanted to make our day a dream come true and it truly was. When we walked into our room on the day of the Wedding we were in complete awe at how beautiful everything looked. The grounds and chandeliers are beyond beautiful, they recently did renovations too so it's even more beautiful now. The pool in the back is so gorgeous with the fountains and it’s so nice during cocktail hour, to be able to sit outside and enjoy it all. Everyone went above and beyond for us and it couldn’t have been a more amazing day. Our maitre'd was Jaime and she was always by our side asking if we needed anything, there was nothing they weren’t willing to do or get for us. At the end of the night we were so exhausted and Jaime and Zara carried everything to the car for us so we didn’t have to worry about anything! At the end of the night everyone stopped us to say that it was by far the best wedding they have ever been to and still continue to tell us that. They also said they have never been to another place more beautiful than the Rockleigh and how amazing the food and drinks are and that the cocktail hour was phenomenal and offered more than any other venue. The liquor is top shelf and you can definitely tell it is, because the drinks are truly amazing and taste way better than any other drinks I've had. From start to finish the Rockleigh was unbelievable and choosing them for our Wedding Venue was the best decision for us. Thank you to everyone at the Rockleigh for making our Wedding day a fairytale wedding! Thank you especially to Rocky and Zara, you were both awesome!

AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!! Best night of our lives. Worth every penny, but very expensive. Can't wait to get invited to a wedding here so I can enjoy as a guest.

I have no complaints about The Rockleigh. Everything was above and beyond what we expected. Their professionalism is unrivaled in the Bergen County area. By far one of the best venues around. We had an outdoor ceremony in their newly renovated courtyard/fountain area, which was absolutely fantastic. Our reception was indoors in their grand ballroom at night. They have LED lights for the reception area which really add an amazing touch to things.

I found the Rockleigh Country Club through a friend's recommendation and I am so glad that I went with this option to host the most special event of my life. There were a few things that really made the venue special, in my mind: (1) Staff - the event manager (we were assigned Bari), the bridal attendant and the matrie d' were on point. They were organized, even-keeled and accommodating. They made sure that I (the bride) was happy and not stressed, and they made sure my guests enjoyed themselves. We were not an easy party to deal with so I give them extra credit for delivering quality client service despite the challenges we may have thrown their way (late to get them details, etc.). (2) Food - you won't get to taste beforehand but you don't need to. The food was deeeelish. Guests have all said so, and I took a few bites on the night of and was very happy with my steak (which is a difficult thing to get right, esp for large parties). Highly recommend the upgrade for the dessert hour also - it was really spectacular and we have guests still telling us about how amazing that was. (3) Value - you really get a lot for the price/person. The grounds are beautiful, they know how to run a wedding, and they know how to wow wedding guests. I'm really happy with our choice and I can't wait til I get invited to a wedding at the Rockleigh so that I can enjoy all the food and ambiance as a guest!

From the moment, I looked at the Rockleigh for my sweet 16 party (to which my dad said no), I knew I wanted to have my wedding there. We had our ceremony and reception at the Rockleigh and could not be more pleased we chose it. We worked with Mel throughout the planning process. He was always helpful, honest, and responsive to all of our crazy questions and concerns. I am a bride that had every detail of my wedding day planned out and the Rockleigh made it happen. Everything was executed perfectly. Our maitre'd Jeff was wonderful. He made sure we knew where to be at all times and always made sure we were eating, drinking, and enjoying ourselves. He took care of anything that arose. The room was absolutely gorgeous. The food and drinks were amazing, and we have received so many compliments about our wedding. If I could get married all over again, I would choose the Rockleigh everytime. Everything is top-notch. We are so excited to be attending a wedding there in a few months, so we can really enjoy the food and drinks this time without all the craziness of entertaining! Please don't hesitate to look at the Rockleigh for your wedding. They will make your wedding day dreams come true!

We absolutely loved the Rockleigh from the moment we walked in. The beautiful outdoor ceremony area combined with the gorgeous and open interior space made the Rockleigh an obvious choice. The day of the event was seamless thanks to the knowledgable staff which made everything easy. And to top it off, the food and service was phenominal!

Choosing a venue is one of the biggest decisions a bride and groom will make during their wedding planning. We looked at 8 venues before we chose The Rockleigh and it was one of the best decisions we made.

The moment we walked into the Rockleigh we felt that it was the place we had to have for our wedding. The planning process with the staff was great. Rockni was our contact at the Rockleigh and he always made us feel that our wedding was the only one he was planning. He was attentive to us from the day we toured the venue to the end our our reception.

We used the grand ballroom for our 275 guests. The cocktail hour was amazing with so many food stations, a large indoor bar and we were even able to use the outdoor bar. When we moved in to the reception hall, our guests were wowed by the LED lighting and the gorgeous marble dance floor. Even the food during the reception was incredible. We finished the evening with the venetian hour where our guests enjoyed everything from wedding cake to fried oreos to homemade ice cream cones.

We are so pleased we chose the Rockleigh. Our wedding was almost a year ago and our guests are still talking about our wedding and referring to it as "the wedding of the century." I would highly recommend this venue to any bride and groom.

Absolute Perfection!! From the very first meeting, Rockni was the best. His assistant Zara literally was in contact with me all the time! All the little extras we wanted for our cocktail hour and reception were no problem for them. They met every request we had and exceeded our expectations! My bridal attendant was superb (Daniella) and our maitre'd (Jeff) was impeccable! The Rockleigh team really know how to work magic and make it look so easy. They made my wedding day amazing and did it so seamlessly....and we're still getting rave reviews about the food! Everything and everyone is top notch at this venue!!

Words cannot express how happy we are with our wedding experience! Our wedding was Oct 1, 2011 in the Bristol Room. The Rockleigh is a true top notch facility that provides the utmost professionalism and quality! We worked with Bari and her assistant Cheryl throughout all the planning and they made the process easy, smooth and eventually flawless the evening of the event.

The RCC is the most beautiful place to have a wedding. The grounds, ballroom, service and food cannot be topped. My 250 guests are still raving about the food and the beauty of the Rockleigh. They've never been to a more gorgeous wedding. The presentation of stations for cocktail and viennese are not comparable to any other wedding I've ever been to. Thank you to Rocky, Zara and Jeff for making my wedding so special.

The Rockleigh was super accomodating and professional. It's a beautiful elegant venue and the cocktail hour food is one of the best! They also provide the most beautiful cakes from A Little Cake. I was overall very happy with their service. Despite a hurricane on the day of my wedding, it went without a hitch. Great food and great bar!!!

Visited most of the nicer reception halls in NJ and fell in love with the Rockleigh. Their service was unbelievable. Worked with Bari and Jeff and they could not be any more helpful. The food was ridiculous. Many guests commented that it was their favorite wedding. The Bristol room was gorgeous. It was definitely my dream wedding.

Practially perfect in everyway! I had my 12-11-10 wedding at The Rockleigh and it was a dream come true! The service was OUTSTANDING! Seriously, I was treated like a queen, and all of my guests said they have never seen service like that at any wedding hall. We worked with Bari and she was awesome from the very start. The food, unbelievable! Everything was not only edible, but delicous to the point where people were too full to eat more. They made sure we ate, but in case their were things we didn't try, they sent us home with food from our cocktail hour and venitian hour. I cannot say enough about this place. It is truly worth every penny!!!

What else can I say...The Rockleigh is a 5 star act!!! From the initial planning, to the menu selection, to the final day, everything was seamless and smooth. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and we can not have been more happy!! My guests are still talking about the Rockleigh and what an amazing job they did. The food was outstanding!! I hope I am invited back there as a guest someday!!!!!

We went and saw a few places in Northern Jersey however, no one beat the Rockleigh! There service was AMAZING! I had to plan my wedding out of town and they were so flexible, professional, organized and nice. They truly made things a lot easier for me. We worked with Rockni and he was the best! He literally took care of everything. My guests were amazed with the amount of food and how great everything tasted. My husband and I actually ate at our wedding and enjoyed the food with our guests! We had one waiter per table and guests were extremely pleased with the service! No one had to do a thing because the staff at Rockleigh took care of it! They executed everything EXACTLY the way we wanted it. We took our pictures here as well because the property is so pretty. Our pictures turned out great (especially in front of the pool!) If you want a great, beautiful, and stress-free wedding you need to book it here…these guys know what they’re doing! Thanks so much to the Rockleigh team for making our wedding perfect!

The Rockleigh was spectacular! Everyone there made us feel like family. They treated us like kings and queens there. Frank Puccio, and Jeff, Matre'd were awesome. They were so kind, and helped us whenever we needed. They ensured our every desire was layed out for us. The food was fantastic, service was the best. My husband and I started planning our wedding (held on May 14, 2010) about 14 months in advance. After visiting nearly 20 reception facilities throughout the state of NJ, we finally settled on the Rockleigh Country Club. It was the last place we visited and the ONLY venue we knew we wanted to use for our reception.

From the very start of our planning experience, our wedding coordinators (Bari and Cheryl) were with me every step of the way. Whenever I had a question or concern over the last year, I simply called or emailed them and was always given a speedy response.

I have to say on the actual wedding day, everything was flawless. The food was amazing, the staff was great. I had a bridal assistant who was with me from the second I arrived at the Rockleigh to the second I got in our limo at the end of the evening. She was just wonderful. She bustled my gown for me, held my lip gloss in her pocket, always helped me, my husband, bridesmaids and family with whatever we needed . . . she was just amazing. Her services were invaluable that evening and she made me feel so calm knowing everything was totally under control.

The grounds are simply exquisite. All of our wedding pictures were taken outside by the fountain and greek architecture. It was just gorgeous. And the food was just THE BEST. I have been to MANY weddings all over NY and NJ, and very few places could even compare to the food that is served at the Rockleigh. From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave, you are bombarded with delicious cuisine. The cocktail hour was TO DIE FOR. The appetizers, salad and main courses were all phenomenal. And the Venetian Table was just marvelous. We especially enjoyed the chocolate fountain.

My husband and I can't say enough great things about The Rockleigh. If you have the chance to celebrate your wedding at The Rockleigh Country Club, you simply cannot pass it up. Not if you are looking to have a dream wedding.

Our day turned out fantastic, but I did not enjoy working with my sales person. The staff for the day of was amazing (especially Sandra and Jeff). The food was excellent from what I hear since my husband and I didn't get a chance to eat any of it.

The Rockleigh rocks! We had both our ceremony and reception there. My guests raved about the food and the ambiance--my hubby and I loved the space and how well everything flowed. I had to give them a slightly lower score on responsiveness because in the beginning while in the planning stages I had to harass them a bit because my event manager stopped working there and they were slow assigning me another one but in the end everything was beautiful. I would recommend them highly!

The Rockleigh blew me, my husband, our family, and our guests away (many in the restaurant and catering business). The place is gorgeous and the service TOP notch. Prior to the wedding, I worked with Bari. She was extremely professional and helpful. I loved my Maitre D’ Jaime. Our CH was INSANE. Our Viennese had everything you could possibly imagine. They even surprised us with cotton candy CP’s on the little tables during the Viennese. Not only was everything abundant, it was delicious and of the best quality. The reaction/feedback I, my hubby, and family received was priceless. I could go on and on about this venue. We also chose to do our lighting through them. It started out as purple lighting and then started alternating for cake, and Viennese. Our ballroom looked beyond gorgeous. Needless to say, our expectations were exceeded (and they were set high!)!! I really would love to be a guest at a wedding here! You won't be disappointed! Happy planning:)

My sister was married at the Rockleigh and it was the only option for me to get married at the Rockleigh. They make your wedding a "Dream Wedding"!

Not only is The Rockleigh absolutely gorgeous -- they have a fantastic staff who make the planning and big day itself a breeze!!! The food is unbelievable - delicious & great presentation. We also did the after-party cigar bar which was a huge hit!
There is not a thing I would change - everything was absolutely perfect!

The Rockleigh Country Club {NJ} ~ A ~ From the moment we first arrived over a year ago to check out the hall I fell in love with the feel of the venue. It's simply stunning and walking around the beautiful grounds makes you just feel amazing. They were beyond accommodating with all our menu change requests and any other special instructions we had on the day of. The wedding day was executed perfectly. They really know how to run an event there. We felt so taken care of by the Maitre'D and the bridal attendant, and the two banquet managers that have been with us along the way. You do NOT need a DOC at the Rockleigh. All the food we ate was spectacular and they put a nice spread for us in the bridal suite. Guests were raving about the Viennese. First class wedding venue!

The Rockleigh Country Club is a beautiful place to have your ceremony and reception. It has a gorgeous garden where you can have a beautiful outside ceremony. The bristol room is filled with magnificient and classy chandaliers and makes for a very upscales reception. We had a pretty good experience with the Rockleigh except that they wound up laying off our event coordinator 2 months before our wedding and then tried to tell us that our contract had a minimum amount of people that was much higher than the amount of people we actually had coming. After some stressful discussions all was made well and we had a beautiful wedding there. The place is a bit more pricey than similar places in the area. But the food was delisous and abundant and the event was beautiful, so it is worth it! I would definitely recommend The Rockleigh Country Club to anyone who is looking to have an upscale affair.

The Rockleigh Country Club is absolutely Amazing. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful in a very clasic way. They are very attentive and definately do everything possible to take care of you. Also our cocktail hour was out of this world. We had indian caterers take care of the food but they provided so many things from thier own menu to make the cocktail hour phenomenal. Bari was my event manager and she was great... She took care of all the details and acted as a wedding planner.

Everybody at the Rockleigh was absolutely amazing especially Bari , Cheryl & Jeff . The food was sooooooo good I couldn't ask for a better place to get married they treat you like royalty . All my guests said that the place was so amazing we should have been on platinum weddings. I would definitely recommend Rockleigh to any future bride!!

Words cannot describe how amazing The Rockleigh is! As soon as I walked through the doors I knew this is where I had to married. You must ask for Rocky..he became part of the family. The grounds are breathtaking, the food is delicious and the service is impeccable. They treat you like Royalty from your first meeting until the end of your wedding day!! Now I wish I could get invited to a wedding there so I can enjoy everything I missed at my own wedding!

Top notch vendor. Aside from the beautiful grounds, breathtaking rooms, top self liquor, large amounts of delicios cocktail hour and main courses, decadent desserts and the service was amazing. There was nothing that was overlooked or could have possibly been better. My husband and I had constant attention to every need and detail. I had people coming up top me all night saying that it was the most extravagant event they have ever been to.

It is a bit on the higher side as far as cost goes but it was well worth it.

Absolutely breathtaking! I loved everything about the Rockleigh. Everything! The staff was amazing very friendly and helpful. The food incredible and what an abundance. We kept saying that we wished we were guests at our own wedding. As the bride and groom being pulled in all differnet directions we didnt get to experience everything the Rockleigh had to offer (the grounds, all the different foods, the cocktail and viennese hour) unfortunately its not the same as if you were a guest. We hope someone soon gets married there and we are invited! Our guests could not believe all they were seeing! They still comment on the place! What an incredible location for a wedding if you want beauty, amazing food and impeccable service! Every time I look at our pictures I'm sooo happy with the surroundings where we got married. We had the ceremony outside and it made for the most beautiful setting! Everyone raved about it as well as the food. Our BM, Bari, is a true professional who knows exactly what she is doing and we trusted her from day 1. She made the whole experience such a pleasure (along with her assistant, Cheryl). Jeff and Sandra were our Matride and Bridal Attendant -- and were fabulous. Everyone in the bridal couldn't believe their attentiveness and professionalism. The Rockleigh was very flexible with our various unique requests and made it their goal to please. This place is truly spectacular!!!

Everything was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and the place is beautiful.

They were the best Catering hall. The grand pavillion is amazing the room fits up to 1,000 people. The manager Rockni made me feel so comfortable didnt have to worry about a thing. He handled everything a-z. i recommend every bride to get married there. The food is also amazing and the scenery for pictures magnificant!

Guests loved food that rockleigh served. They serve cocktail drinks that matches to your color theme. Food/services were excellent.

I am very happy with the experience my husband and I had at the Rockleigh Country Club. We got married there almost three years ago and I still remember how nice everyone was (especially Rocco who helped us make all the decisions for our wedding) and how smoothly they made sure everything went. It was beautiful and I could not have asked for a better experience.

This place is very elegant!! Its easy to get to, the gardens are beautiful, they have valet parking, the staff is very responsive and helpful, the food looks and tastes great (especially the seafood station during cocktail hour) I had 500 + guests and so many of them commented they were amazed at how good the food was and that it was served hot but not overdone!

The Rockleigh is PERFECTION! Rockni worked with us to plan a fabulous and delicious cocktail hour and reception. The RCC is gorgeous and the staff are amazing! Everyone that attended our wedding raved about the food! Our wedding cake was delish and we even ate the top layer a year later and LOVED IT!
