Becca was the officiant at our wedding. She did everything to help keep me calm and stilll got what she had to do done. She was very flexible with our schedule and just made my day much easier than it would have been.

Becca, was the officiant at our wedding. I am so pleased with her work. She kept in touch with us, gave us ideas and worked with us with our plans on what we wanted. She was excellent. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is planning an upcoming wedding or annivarsary party. She even went as far as making our delicious beautiful wedding cake. One can have it all with her! Because of her we had a beautiful wedding one that I will never forget.

Are you an agency or a band?

What is the size of your band?

What music genre does your band play?

Do you have liability insurance?

What is your band's usual attire?

Dress according to event; generally formal.

Do you offer live sample performances or CDs?

Demo CD upon request with SASE.

Are you willing to learn songs that you do not currently know?

Yes.

How much time do you usually need for setup?

One hour needed for setup.

How much space do you usually require?

Small stage or 8X8' area, sufficient.

Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events?

If desired we will use a backdrop.

What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?

General band lighting used.

Do you usually emcee the event, or talk between songs?

We are able to emcee an event as well as DJ part of the event as needed.

How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing?

As entertainers with several decades experience, we utilize a variety of crowd motivation techniques to encourage participation and DANCING!

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you need a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

We do three sets of one hour each with 10-15 minute breaks between sets.

Do you play recorded music during your break?

Yes.

If one or more of the band members is unable to attend, what is your backup plan?

We have other musicians available. If the problem is due to an act of nature, we will give as much notice as physically possible.

What is your overtime rate?

We charge $100 per hour overtime.

Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?

No charge up to 30 miles, after that, $20 flat fee up to 50 miles. $10 each ten miles after that up to 100 miles. We charge if overnight lodging is required.

What is the required deposit to secure your services?

$100 non-refundable after 30 days prior to event, unless cancelled due to act of nature (storms, fire, flood, or health issues).

What ceremony music arrangements can you provide?

Acapella, Instrumental - Duo, Instrumental - Solo, Soloist / Vocalist

What instruments does your group play?

Flute, Guitar, Organ, Piano

What officiant services do you provide?

Civil Union, Non-religious Ceremony
