My Husband purchased my engagement ring from Romanos Jewelers in the Glendale Mall. He received an excellent deal and great customer service.
When I wanted to have my diamond placed in a different setting, they made the process very smooth and simple.

We decided to also purchase our wedding bands from them because we'd had such a pleasant experience in the past. Again the deal was great & the service was phenomenal.

We also had our bands engraved and they came out perfectly. We've returned several times for cleaning & to purchase other items.

The reason Romano's gets an A+ instead of an A is because they went above & beyond my expectations. The employees there know you by name and make you feel comfortable on both a personal and professional level. They are always accomadating wether you're purchasing or just looking. They are not pushy and deliver excellent service.

I Highly recommend Romano's Jewelers to any Bride looking for gorgeous jewelery (especially wedding bands) at a reasonable price with great customer service!

We got a STEAL on our wedding bands... both for $700 bucks, because Romano's was having a great sale. They were so helpful and friendly and we couldn't believe the price they quoted us on the rings we wanted.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Any jeweler with a NO RETURN POLICY should be avoided. I bought a ring for my girlfriend before christmas and once we brought it in to be sized it came back completely TARNISHED. We brought it back and they said they would fix it, but when it came back TWO WEEKS LATER ithe tarnish was gone but they completely scratched the entire surface of the ring...and they obviously didnt look at it before giving it back to me, otherwise why would they give a customer damaged product? Maybe they did look at it and didnt care. Anyway, I told them to order me a new ring and they said they would, but ANOTHER TWO WEEKS LATER when I went back to pick it up they gave me back the EXACT SAME RING, scratches and all. I demanded my money back and they refused. They asked me for another chance to order a new ring and they offered me the option of selecting a different ring. I was not about to accept any more product from this third-rate outfit so I contacted VISA who said that my purchase protection would get me my money back. Not until I spoke with Romanos corporate office and threatened them with having to deal with VISA did they agree to give me my money back. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They will act nice when you're in the store, but once they swipe your credit card you're screwed. You're MUCH better off paying 10%-30% more at a competitor who will take care of you when something goes wrong. I just got a different piece from Ben Bridge and am so happy that this is all over with...

The Btr Bsns Breau rates this company as "F: We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices."

Watch out for their sales tactics esp. when signing up for financing. They use GE Money Bank and they are notorious for horrible business practices. Do your research and you'll discover what I did. Google both GE Money Bank and Romano's and you'll see other's experiences (there are actually fake positive "reviews" for Romano's as well)
There seems to be a trend of preying on the elderly and people of ethnicity.
