I had 2 cars booked -- one for transport to the venue (a classic car) and then just a towncar to bring us home. I was told to pay the first guy (balance + tolls + tip). I gave him the cash.
When the towncar dropped us off after our wedding, the driver told that he felt terrible about it, but he had to collect $8 for the toll. I told him that I'd already paid for the tolls, but that was what he was told. I emailed the company later saying that I think it's disgusting to ask a bride for $8 on her wedding night -- particularly when it was already paid and that the first driver clearly pocketed the money. I never got a response. PS When we booked this place, they recognized my husband's last name as being a relative through marriage. So this is how they treat family. Imagine how they'd treat you!

The driver was there on time and seemed professional. The only thing is once he drove us to the venue, I asked him to wait a few minutes until my parents got there so we can pay him. He seemed a bit edgy and anxious to leave.
Romantique is another clients of DH's, but we did look into other companies to get a price comparison. We originally booked Romantique for three cars, but then decided to get one large limo for us and the bridal party. When we made the switch, Lou and John were great and didn't bat an eye, and we booked the 20 person Navigator. The limo arrived on time to DH's, dropped them off at the church, came back and picked me up with the girls, and got us to the church with plenty of time to spear. Our driver Vinny was fantastic! He knew where he was going the whole time, and actually served as a "coordinator" and helped line up the bridal party. He also assisted me with my train, and had the best jokes! Romantique was amazing. Their limos are brand spanking new, super clean, and well maintained.
The drivers, Donald and Gerry, were courteous, professional, and organized. They were so great that SIB asked for their business cards. There is not one negative thing I can say about them. Donald even came in to peek in the church at me before he left.
