Rose DeSimone designed my cousin's wedding gown in 2002 and she looked stunning! I finally was able to have Rose design my gown this past January and all I can say is I was blown away by how beautiful my gown was! Her seamstresses were first rate. The workmanship was impeccable. Designer, Rose DeSimone offers a very unique service to the Bridal community. She designs each client's gown specifically for them from stratch! I am a very petite bride and searched everywhere for a gown. I would say almost every retail shop in San Diego and found nothing I liked or that would fit me. I am under 5 feet tall, so not much fits me. I found Rose through a referal from a wedding planner and am so glad I did! I met with her and showed her photographs of all the gowns I liked and almost immediately she could see my vision. She drew a sketch of my custom gown, then I went through a custom fitting process. This was important,as I said, nothing fits me! When she delivered my gown I cried because it was SOOO BEAUTIFUL!!! It was exactly like the sketch!

The gown was as perfect on the inside as the out. Fully lined and was very comfortable. We did not need to change a thing and I was able to bring my gown home after only one fitting!

She was very professional and has a very funny sense of humor, which made the whole process fun. We even sat and had a glass of wine after the fitting and chatted about my other wedding matters. I was even able to get advice from her on table decorations and flower choices! Talk about full service.

I don't review many companies, however I was so pleased with Rose and thought others would benefit from her service. Especially custom sized brides!

I chose Rose DeSimone to design my gown am and so happy I did. She made the process easy and fun from start to finish. I came to her with photos of the many dresses I liked and she help me to see the overall vision. I knew what I wanted and she was able to put it down on paper and then produced the exact gown I wanted.
She was very accommodating when I had to move up our wedding date at the last minute. (Due to a family emergency) I only gave her 2 weeks to complete the gown and she did it! I don't know how she does it, but she was a blessing to my family at a very difficult time. She has my highest vote!

They designed the most beautiful wedding gown for me for my wedding this past February. I found them by accident.
I had been to a wedding of a friend of mine and I loved her dress so much and asked her where she got it. She told me it was custom designed by Rose DeSimone in San Diego.
I gave her a call and am so happy that I did. The designs I had in mind were all over $10,000., but Rose was able to design mine in all silk for only $2800. which included my veils and slip! This saved us so much, because we paid for the wedding ourselves and had a tight budget.
She was great to work with and her seamstresses are obviously perfectionists, because my dress was very well made. I would refer her to anyone looking for a custom wedding gown.

I would recommend Rose Desimone to anyone looking for a top rate wedding dress seamstress or designer. Her company did an excellent job on my gown. From start to finish Rose made everything worry free and easy.

Rose is an incredible talent. I was glad to have found her to design my wedding gown. I like her straight forward approach and upfront pricing. You can tell from the first meeting that she has a real passion for her work and enjoys what she does. She went out of her way to answer all my questions and throughly explain her process in a way I could understand it, which was important because I don't know how to sew and have never had a custom outfit made.
I will definitely use her service in the future should I need a formal gown and will recommend her to all I know!
