Let me first tell you a little about our wedding. My wife and I met in 1985 and dated in college. In 2012 our paths again crossed, and this time it was for keeps. Our wedding was in the classroom where we first met and our witness was the class professor. It was a simple ceremony, so our memories would all hinge on the enthusiasm and passion brought forth by the officiant. For starters, Helen was timely in her responses and willing to bend over backwards to make the ceremony exactly what we wanted it to be. She stayed in touch over the weeks leading up to the wedding day, fine-tuning each detail so that the event (albeit short) would be perfect. And the ceremony was just that....perfect! Helen places a great deal of passion in her mission, with heart, feeling, and humor. We couldn't have asked for more. If you decide to have Helen officiate your event, I'm sure that you'll have no regrets!

Helen was the officiant at our wedding and she did an amazing job. Helen is very organized, efficient and knowledgeable. Before the Big Day, she spent time with me over the phone and went over all the details. She was always responsive and prompt in returning emails. She is very personable and easy to talk to well. On the Big Day, she was on-time, prepared and performed. She did an amazing job and improvised on the spot to cover up a mistake we made. (We held hands from the start, and weren't supposed to until the Hand Ceremony.) However, no one noticed as Helen knew exactly what to do on the spot. The ceremony ran flawlessly, and no one noticed anything. A true professional! She was my favorite vendor/service person of the day. Everyone commented on how great she was. Most importantly, Helen is a really nice person! Thanks for the great memories!

Helen Emberly performed our wedding ceremony in June 2012. When we first met her, we had interviewed a few other potential officiates, but we felt most comfortable with her. She was very professional and made us feel like our wedding was about us and not about her agenda, beliefs or otherwise. We felt the experience was very positive and she had several good ideas on how to perform the ceremony. My husband and I wrote our own vows and Helen had them nicely typed out as well as a complete timeline of events in the order we wanted them down to the wedding party march and the reading of the vows. We were very please with our ceremony. Unfortunately the time seemed to go by so fast, but the end result was wonderful. Thank you Helen for everything.

Helen was SO helpful and the perfect choice for our wedding. She's very organized and I appreciated her email communications so that I had something to refer back to when I was so busy putting all the details in place. We traveled from WA State to Sonoma and she was very accommodating and made everything very easy for us. She provided a heart-felt service that we will remember. Thank you Helen!

I so greatly enjoyed the services Helen provided for John and I. I am living in Arizona and the wedding was in California so we had did most of the preparation either over the phone or through email. Helen was quick to respond to all my concerns. When we did get to meet her in December before the wedding she was very enthusiastic and very prepared. I would recommend Helen whole heartily.

Helen did a beautiful job officiating our wedding. She was easy to talk to and kept a good flow of communication during the planning process both via email and over the phone. She offered helpful suggestions regarding the structure of the ceremony and even walked me through my stage freight... Couldn't have done it without her!

Helen was the best officiant. She was punctual and professional. She even made us look good (less awkward). We had a very small ceremony with only a few people, in a small room and yet she made it comfortable and welcoming. Very special. She suggested some wonderful things for the ceremony and we also got to include our own vows.

Helen was the officiant at our recent wedding in wine country near Santa Rosa, CA on September 16, 2010 and she was fabulous. She was great at checking with us throughout the wedding planning process making sure that everything is OK. She was always on-time and prepared. For our ceremony, she printed our vows in small notecards, so that we didn’t have to memorize them. With Helen’s help, our ceremony turned out to be beautiful, and we got so many compliments from our guests. Her pricing is very reasonable, and cheaper than all other wedding officiant that I contacted in the Bay area. We would definitely recommend her to our friends and family.
