Lynette at Rose of Sharon was fantastic to work with. I really had no idea what ype of flowers I wanted for the wedding and she was so helpful in determining that. She made the process very easy, which I greatly appreciated! SHe was also flexible when I changed my mind very close to the event. Everything turned out beautifully and I would definately recommend her. She did a fabulous job!

I was absolutely blown away by the flowers on my wedding day!!! Lynette listened to my ideas for colors, shape, etc and turned them into artwork using her expertise!! She was incredibly easy to work with, her prices were reasonable for the amazing work that is done, and she was always available to chat if we had a question. We had complete faith in her and her team and would encourage others to as well! When she walked in to give me my wedding bouquet I nearly lost it because I was so stunned by their beauty!! My friends and family have not stopped talking to me about how wonderful my flowers were and we owe it all to Rose de Sharon!!!

Rose of Sharon is AMAZING! She met with me and helped shape the vision of the flowers. She then met with my mom on multiple occasions to cover the little details. A favorite of our vendors, and we had A LOT of vendors!

Lynette at Rose of Sharon is absolutely amazing. I was very nervous about seeing the flowers on our wedding day because I like to be able to see something before I completely make a decision, especially on something as important as my wedding. I will never forgot when I walked into our venue on our wedding day and saw all of the work that Rose of Sharon did on our floral arrangements...My breath was taken away. Lynette is such a professional and has such attention to detail and it truly shows in the floral arrangements that she designs. I knew from our meetings that the flowers would be beautiful but they were completely beyond anything that I could have ever imagined and were more than I could ever ask for! Rose of Sharon's floral arrangements are truly one of a kind.

Judy handled our wedding for Rose of Sharon and all I can say is that she is the awesome! She is the Best! Our signature flowers were not easiy to locate but Judy went the extra mile to make our wedding and reception perfect! She listened carefully to our likes and dislikes and did an amazing job of giving us exactly what we wanted. Her caring and professionalism were astounding. We interviewed several florists in Jacksonville before we made our decision and after sitting down with Judy to discuss our vision, we knew we had found our florist within minutes of meeting her!

Lynette is very helpful and was so patient working with us to get the look we wanted! She is flexible and allowed me to make last minute changes without a problem.

The decorative flowers and bouquets were gorgeous! Everyone gave so many compliments! We had such lovely dahlias that had a cool pink-ivory gradient!

The team is very efficient with delivery and pick up. They have a wide selection of rental pieces (vases, stands, etc.) that can accomodate to any type of...

I worked with Lynette at Rose of Sharon, she was so awesome! Such a sweet lady, she listened to what I wanted and offered advice when I needed it. The flowers were gorgeous, I was able to go in the day before to see what they had done. Everything was there and set up before I arrived, it was perfect and I didn't have to worry about a thing!

I could not go in person to do the flowers for my out of town wedding and with just pictures and a phone call, they created my vision for my wedding. The centerpieces were stunning and the colors were spot on for what I wanted, it was so beautiful, I highly recomend this florist, they are really wonderful

I can't say enough about Lynette at Rose of Sharon. She listened to my daughter's concept of the design that she wanted for her wedding and the final result was over the top! Every detail was even better than what we had imagined, right down to the birdcage that she found for the guest book table. She was creative, responsive to our needs, flexible and always professional. All of the flowers were top quality -- I have never seen hydrangeas that were that large! Kudos to all involved at Rose of Sharon!

From the moment I walked out of my consultation with Lynette at Rose of Sharon I knew that they were the one I was going to choose! At the consultation, you are seated in front of a large flat screen tv that is loaded with pictures from all of the events they have done flowers for. It is a great resource for seeing what the flowers actually look like on a table or in a room. She accomadated every last detail I requested, and even the changes I had at the last minute. She really knows her flowers and will actually take you back into the cooler so that you can "build" your bouquet! They really are a wonderful company to work with, I will use them again for any future events!

Rose of Sharon did an amazing job with our wedding and reception. First, before the day even came, Lynette was so attentive, listened to everything we wanted, giving us feedback and insight to help us bring our vision to reality. She helped us stay within our budget, and get the most value out of what we were spending. When the day came, all of the flowers and bouquets were beautiful. When we walked into the reception hall, we were blown away. Lynette took our vision and executed it above and beyond what we were expecting.

It was a pleasure working with Lynette. Lynette is very knowledgable about many different flowers. My mother and I could not have asked for a better florist to decorate my wedding.

We were more than pleased with our fllowers for our big day. They came out beautifully and Lynette even came through at the last minute (I'm talking about within hours of the wedding) with flowers for the wedding cake. Some of the flowers that I wanted didn't end up making it (as Spring was just too hot this year) and Lynette and I had come up with a back up at our initial consultation. She was able to dye the flowers to look similiar to my vision. They even delivered some of the centerpieces to our rehearsal dinner the night before and picked them up at the end in order to use them twice (at the reahearsal dinner and reception). This came with a small fee of course but it was worth every penny. I received so many compliments on our flowers and would recommend Rose of Sharon to any future bride.

Lynette and her team at Rose of Sharon provided flowers for my daughter's wedding on Saturday. The day started out with high winds, making the decoration of the arbor at the outside venue a daunting task. Lynette pulled it off beautifully and without complaint and by the wedding start time the winds had died down and the arbor was gorgeous! The bouquets, the centerpieces, the arbor and all the flowers exceeded our expectations! Lynette is a true professional who listens to the bride and is more than willing to let the bride come and get hands-on with flowers in her shop during the planning phase. Rose of Sharon did a phenomenal job with the flowers at our wedding! The ceremony flowers, the centerpieces, and the bouquets were all breathtaking! I loved the fact that Judy sat with us and showed us many pictures of weddings they have done at the same venue as ours to show us all the different options available. It defintely made the decision making process a lot easier!

The flowers they provided for my wedding were amazing! Not only did they provide me with a great bouquet and centerpieces the day of my wedding, but they also put together a bouquet for my bridal shoot with only about fifteen minutes notice. While I loved everything about my venue, the one point of contention I had was the dark drapes in the reception room that would've completely clashed with my color scheme. Lynette and Lake draped white fabric over at existing drapery and it completely transformed the room, I cannot say enough good things about them they were wonderful!

My flowers for the Special day were better than I had asked for. I worked with Judy and she made it just magical. It was like she could see my vision and really ran with it. They were so nice and accommodating. After the wedding was over I got to briefly speak to Judy again and thank her for such amazing flowers!

Rose of Sharon has provided flowers for my wedding( in 1990) and flowers at others events for my friends. I have used ROS for my friends showers and at other times. When it came time for my daughters wedding I never gave it a thought, nor did I get other estimates for flowers, I went directly to ROS. I have know Lake and Lynette for years and they provide years of experience and know just what you want. The flowers for my daughters wedding were in credible and are now still fresh two weeks later. Please consider ROS...you won't be disappointed and you will use them for years to come.

Lynette and her team did an amazing job with my flowers! She was able to really grasp the visions that I had in my head for how I wanted things to look. The bouquets were exactly what I envisioned. All of my reception flowers looked full and beautiful. Even the wedding canopy that they set up for us was exactly what I hoped it would be!

Rose of Sharon did a beautiful job on our wedding. But with Lake and Lynette Self running the show over there, that's what you come to expect. They are expensive, but you will get a world of beauty in return.

Lynette is the sweetest florist you will probably ever meet. I went to her with ideas all over the place and she helped me put the photos and ideas I had into real life. After meeting with her I went to the Fall Bridal Show at Sawgrass Marriot and got to see a lot of her work in person and it was Amazing!! I was completely sold and so excited to have her take care of my big day. Rose of Sharon does amazing work and I am so glad that I chose them to make my special day so beautiful.

Lynette Self was a joy with which to work. She handled everything beautifully giving us plenty of time to review our desires before presenting her proposal--hours of time.
Lynette is very professional. I brought a friend who is a master gardener with me to provide consultation. Lynette totally accepted the situation and worked beautifully with my friend.
The only reason I gave Value a 4 is that the altar flowers were a little sparse for the money. When I gave Lynette this input, she asked what she could do to remedy the situation. I did not wish to have a cost adjustment; I just wanted to provide the info as feedback.

I loved my flowers!!! They were just what I had envisioned. Rose of Sharon took my vision and created it with their suggestions and skill. I kept my flowers for days after the wedding and enjoyed them every minute!

We worked with Lynette at Rose of Sharon, who was fantastic. We had a general idea of what we wanted, but neither my husband nor I knew much about flowers. Lynette was knowledgeable, thorough, and patient, and offered us wonderful suggestions. They create all looks according to your vision and Lynette has a great eye. Rose of Sharon worked with our budget, and Lynette offered several suggestions on where to reuse flowers from the ceremony to the reception to save money. She also suggested ways to mix less expensive flowers in with the more expensive ones. The only reason I put a 4 for value was because in general I think flowers are very expensive and it seemed like the prices were set for each type of flower. We were very happy with the end result and were blown away by the arrangements and wedding party flowers. I am so glad that we were able to trust Lynette with our wedding flowers and I would recommend her and Rose of Sharon to any bride.

Really enjoyed working with my coordinator from Rose of Sharon. She was truly a professional! Some of the issues we had the day of the wedding were minor details and when brought to my coordinator's attention were appologized for and compensated for. Overall I would recommend this vendor to other Brides for the simple fact that customer satisfaction to this Florist seems to be very important and it seems that they will go to the level needed to make sure customers are satisfied!

Our flowers were beautiful and were delivered on time and exactly how I asked them to be. I did everything over the phone since I live in the St. Louis area and was planning for a Jacksonville, FL wedding. I sent a photo of what I wanted and they made everything look just like my photos.

They were really good during the meetings and got everything I wanted for the flowers. However they added about $300 worth of flowers that I didn't ask for and didn't call me back at all 2 weeks before the wedding it was like pulling teeth to get the confirmation from them. In addition they never warned me about the possibility that the flowers I was using in my bouquet would stain my dress and so of course I spent the majority of the wedding day cleaning stains of my dress major pain!!

In the end, I was too tired to care, but everytime I looked at a flower arrangement on my wedding day, I was dismayed to see flowers in them that I had specifically asked them not to use. I know none of the guests noticed or cared, but I did, and that was a disappointment. Other than that however, the bouquets and everything else were beautiful and we were very happy with them! Everything was delivered and set up in a very professional fashion.

Rose of Sharon came recommended to me by my friend since they did a great job for her wedding. They did do a great job with my groom's boutonniere and mother's corsages but fell short of my expectations for the father's boutonnier's, mine and my maid of Honor's bouquet. The father's bouts fell apart before walking down the aisle. Then, my colors were navy and silver and I had asked for peacock swords to add blue to the bouquets. I got brown decorative picks that looked like dead flowers instead...no swords. I was crushed. I ended up taking the brown out and pulling peacock feathers from centerpieces to add blue to my bouquet. It turned out okay, but I was very upset. I returned the picks with the pieces we rented. I don't feel I got what I paided for. I also felt like a nuisance to them because I didn't buy enough for them to deliver my flowers. My suggestion would be to make sure you do. Maybe then you'll get the service my friend had.

If you want roses... go with rose of sharon.. if you want anything outside of the box.. please dont!!! I thought up my ENTIRE centerpiece ideas and trying to work on a budget is a JOKE with ROS. I wanted something more exotic and different (I was doing a indian/moroccan theme and she had NO clue what to do. Every time I asked for some help or creativity she basically told me I am the bride and its up to me to decide on everything. She was NO help at all during the planning process. I would have fired her if I did not already pay a $500 deposit. THe worst thing (hard to pick just one)-I went in for my final meeting (earlier mind you) then she wanted which was about 3weeks in advance in which at that point I pretty much had told Lynette I did not want her to do my wedding... I asked for her assistant, Judy(she was a breath of fresh air!!!). At that point Lynette was NO help and made things so much more frustrating and difficult throughout the whole time. When meeting with Judy (who was awesome!!!!) she then stated we could not do my centerpieces that they would not work... I had HAD it at that point! If it were not for Judy I dont know what I would have done! The bad thing is Judy has no pull in that shop. If you do decide to work with them PLEASE do yourself a favor and work ONLY with Judy. I have to say there flowers are beautiful... but beware.. put EVERYTHING in writing... there were some details with the flowers that were wrong on the wedding day.
