We were actually at the supper club room in the restaurant because it was a small wedding. Everything, absolutely everything, was amazing. Food, venue, staff and the coordinator, Jeannie, were superb. Everyone had a blast, and we did too. Can't say enough good things about the Rosewater.
Gorgeous venue, delicious food, smooth and seamless day. We hosted the ceremony, cocktails, and reception all in the same place. The on site coordinator Stefanie was a dream to work with from start to finish, and every detail was taken care of. I sent endless emails and questions and she always got back to me in less than 24 hours with all of the info I needed. They set up all of decor on the day of and did the flip for us. I didn't need to think about anything on the day of other than enjoying our day. They were also one of the most cost effective options we found. The only thing to beware of is there is a $300 opt out fee if you don't go with their in-house sound, which I found to be expensive compared to other options in the market. Other than that, the whole thing was an elegant dream.
AMAZING! Rosewater blew my expectations out of the water with their attentiveness, quality of service and value. And of course, the venue is absolutely beautiful. The perfect mix between a restaurant and a reception hall, it is intimate yet ornate, the gorgeous ceilings and chandeliers being a highlight for us and for all of our guests. We were able to keep the decor simple and it still looked stunning. The added value you get from going with a company (Liberty Group) that is so skilled at event planning and coordination also makes it a great option for couples who do not hire a wedding planner. They were so organized and professional from start to finish and, since we were planning everything on our own, we really benefited from their knowledge and the tools they had to offer, and were able to plan the most fantastic event in only 4 months! Our guests are still raving about the evening, and I know I will be gushing about it for the rest of my life. Thank you, Rosewater, for the most beautiful and fun evening of our lives!
From the moment we looked into booking with the Rosewater to the very day of our wedding, we were treated with the best service. Stefanie was the biggest help of all in coordinating all our specific food needs and went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Not many places will allow you to change their whole menu and even allow for specific wine requests. Most wedding venues only allow you to chose from their cookie cutter choices, but Rosewater allowed us to customize our menu and wine choices which really wowed our guests. We highly recommend The Rosewater Room and could not have imagined a better wedding reception venue with such exceptional staff. Much thanks!
If you want a classy, downtown, intimate wedding then the Rosewater is a perfect venue. I fell in love with everything about the Rosewater from the building to the high chandeliers to the food. Guest from our wedding agree with why we love it & said the food is amazing. Its not the typical chicken wedding meal, its a high end restaurant meal.
The venue coordinator Stefanie is very professional & gets everything done. The service provided by the staff is amazing & they know exactly the right moments to approach people & when to stop during speeches.
I had my ceremony there too & it was beautiful & very convenient so guest did not have to find a place to hang out. Cocktails are served in the lounge area while the staff set up the reception area upstairs.
We had our reception at the Rosewater Room (the space for groups above the Supper Club). Overall, it was fabulous!!
Food: outstanding. Our guests said it was some of the best food they've had (and not just for wedding food - food generally!). How they can serve perfect risotto for 140 and 140 steaks cooked to a perfect medium is beyond me. They really shone in this area.
Service: On the day of, the service was impeccable. No complaints. They anticipated needs and issues and proactively took care of everything.
Cost: Not cheap, but not the most expensive. Felt pricey leading up to the day, but after seeing how the wedding went, worth the money :-)
Planning process: I found the communication leading up to the wedding a bit difficult/rushed at times, but I really believe that is because they have a lot of events and the coordinator has a lot on her plate and not just my wedding which is 6 months later. Once you are about 2 months out, there is a big shift and you are an absolute priority and I have no complaints.
Highly recommend it!
