This is a bridal shop with a bridal accessories annex on Maple. After nine hours and countless fabric, bridal, trim and accessories shops later, I realized that Royal's buyers have a genuine eye for picking the most sought after styles young brides are looking for. From tiaras, veils, wedding jewelery, garters -- everything in this shop stood out from the rest, and unfortunately, their prices showed it. The owner was only willing to knock off about 15% off the final bill. The shop also customizes veils based on what you like from what they have in stock. I wanted a cathedral length veil without the weird short veil that gets pulled over your head. They did it for $10.00 and I got to pick it up about an hour later.

Please do yourself and your pocket a favor and go check out Royal Accessories. You will NOT believe how cheap veils are.The two Park sisters are so fun! One is light and spunky. The other is practical and sensible. All the emotions that a bride-to-be goes through wrapped up in 2 sisters.I bought my veil and my reception hair piece at Royal. Totally worth the pain of being out in the Fashion District on a Saturday. It was PACKED in there with brides and almost-15-year-olds so be prepared to wait a bit.

I found this store after wandering on the streets in that area for like 30 minutes. It had a great selection of veils. Nothing too fancy, but all the basic choices were there: different lengths, beaded, laced, pearled, single layer/multi layer... everything. The veils were nice enough for one-time wear.
There were also a huge selection of hair accessories. Everything were about 1/3 of the price at David's Bridal.
Definitely recommend this place if you don't want to spend over $50 for a veil!

cheap. great for veils, jewelry, tiaras, flowergirl baskets, flowergirl dresses, gloves, guestbooks...Everything is very cheap and well made. Lots of people complimented me on my hair comb.

I found this store during one of my many rediscover-downtown-LA trips. This store is yet another reason why I'm liking downtown more and more. I can't believe how much wedding hairpieces go for, well, anything that has the label "wedding" attached to it really, but I digress. This store has quinceaneras and bridal items (which you find in many other stores in the near vicinity), but what stood out for me was the nice selection of comb pieces, especially the small ones. They are made of rhinestones, pearls, feathers, flowers, etc., and though the selection (of combs) is not huge, the stuff they have is pretty, delicate, not tacky, just nice enough that it'll definitely stand out when wearing it without stealing the whole show. I looked in bridal stores and ebay prior to finding this store so I was able to compare a little. Prices: fraction of the prices at bridal stores, comparable to similar items on ebay. Quality: comparable to what bridal stores carry, better than similar items on ebay. Staff and owners are very friendly and the store is very clean.

During the brief time I was considering wearing a veil during the reception, I bought a pencil-edged elbow-length veil from Royal Accessories. It cost me $15!! Even though I didn't wear the veil, my co-worker also bought the same veil at this store and wore it to her wedding. It turned out beautiful! I have to admit that the veil is not really high quality but you can't beat their prices and you really can't tell. Even when I saw my co-worker upclose during her wedding, the veil looked great!
If you're on a budget, I would totally recommend checking this place out. They also care tiaras, flower baskets, articial flower petals, and other wedding accessories.
