RSVP Event Planning saved me! Without having Sasha help with all our last minute details and decisions, I'm not sure how it would have all come together. Down the every detail, Sasha was on top of it. She made our wedding day truly fantastic by taking all the worry away from my husband and I. Not only did we notice how completely flawless our wedding day was, we had several people comment on how well prepared and organized Sasha was. I would recommend her and RSVP Event Planning hands down to anyone toying around with "should we hire a coordinator?" The answer is yes! Hire RSVP!

I had Sasha as my day-of coordinator, and it was one of the best decisions I made in wedding planning. She is incredibly organized and kept everything on schedule. It is inevitable that hitches will occur at even the simplest event, and I knew that I didn’t want to have to worry about problems on my wedding day. It seemed to both my husband, myself, and our guests that the day went off incredibly smoothly, and I know that it wouldn’t have been so perfectly for us had Sasha not been there taking care of any problems that arose and making sure everything was just as we had wanted it. Most issues that arose I didn’t even know had happened until well after the wedding ended. Even before the wedding, she helped me find some vendors we are really happy with, she coordinated final details with all my vendors, and put together a very logical and smooth day of schedule. All I had to do was sit back and enjoy getting married! Sasha is a wonderful coordinator and I couldn’t recommend her more for your wedding planner.

I'm not sure even where to begin describing how wonderful Sasha is. She was on top of everything and made sure all vendors were on top of everything else. She is so organized. All my vendors in MI kept asking about her based on her schedules she created. They loved the clarity!She is also so creative. I got so many compliments on my wedding for things that people had never seen before that were solely Sasha's ideas. I can't recommend her enough. I had no major dramas and I really believe that is because Sasha planned for all issues. If there were any, she never let me know about them. Because of her, I had an awesome wedding which I truely enjoyed! Thanks, Sasha!!!!

RSVP was a lifesaver! We had our wedding and reception at a public garden instead of a hotel (which has its own event staff), so more detailed planning and preparation was needed than usual. Sasha helped us in the final month and on the day of - coordinating with our vendors, renting equipment, providing everyone with checklists and schedule, helping with set-up/clean up, etc. No matter how prepared you think you may be, we strongly recommend you take advantage of the great service RSVP provides - for the final month or from the very beginning. Last but not least, Sasha is a great person and is fun to work with! Wedding planning can be very stressful, so it was relieving to have someone like her in charge. Thanks Sasha!!!

Sasha, of rsvp event planning and management, was an amazing wedding planner. She started helping me early in the process, so she assisted with everything from initial planning and ideas through execution at the event. She had a lot of wonderful and creative ideas about table decor, favors, and escort cards. I met with her multiple times over the course of about a year, and she was always willing to spend as much time as we needed discussing everything. She was very responsive and kept me on track in terms of all of the tasks that I needed to accomplish. Sasha also did an amazing job, about a week before the wedding, of contacting all of the vendors and verifying plans with them. She put together an excellent production schedule for the event that kept everyone informed and on track. The day of the wedding, she was flexible and helpful. She pulled everything together nicely, and she thought of absolutely everything! She did a great job of resolving an issue with our shuttle company and made sure that there were no transportation hitches at the end of the night. And after the night was over, my husband and I returned to our room, where Sasha had moved all of the gifts and cards, leftover food and desserts, and even sprinkled rose petals and left our place cards and escort cards in the bedroom. We were so thankful that she made things run so smoothly during the wedding!

RSVP event planning provided me with full event planning services, including day-of coordination, during the 8 months before my wedding. They were amazing in every way. Sasha is perfectly organized, utterly unflappable, and has a great sense of style. I was a reluctant decision-maker, and Sasha gave me options and opportunities and helped us move forward without ever rushing me. Her network is great, and she definitely saved us money on vendors. Everyone, from the caterer to the florist to the musicians, to our mothers, said she was a joy to work with. She has beautiful design ideas, and an utterly comprehensive check list. On the day of my wedding, my husband and I (and our moms and sisters and attendants and family) had so much fun--much more fun than other brides told me I would have, and I attribute that to the complete trust we had in Sasha. She took care of every detail from set-up to clean up, allowing us to be fully present at the party. I would trust her with any event in my future, and look forward to working with her again!
