Wedding planning is one of the most fun, yet testing time in one's life. There are so many details and intricacies involved that one can feel very overwhelmed. One of the most important things is the invitations. They set the mood and tone for the wedding. They also give the guest a small hint as to what is in store for the bride and groom's special day. While dealing with vendors, my fiancé and I found that most are very impatient and want to show you what they have, they want you to like it and then want you out the door. Deborah Hassan from RSVP Today is the polar opposite. She has great ideas, keeps you within your budget, and most importantly is patient. She spent a lot of time with us and showed us pretty much every invitation she had until we found the perfect one (We were a bit particular about the invites). She went above and beyond to make us happy and kept us within our budget. We dealt with her affiliate smock and when we received our invitations we were ecstatic. The invites were so beautiful they had my mother in tears. We have gotten tons of compliments on our invitations and we couldn’t have selected a better person to deal with than Deborah. Thanks Deborah and RSVP today, we are looking for the next big event to plan that requires invitations.

The quality of the paper is so great- thick and the colors are so vibrant. She has SO many choices for colors, paper, fonts--and really helped guide us to exactly what we were looking for.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experiences with Debbie and how much I would recommend her to other brides or anyone would needs beautiful stationary. In addition to being wonderful at what she does, Debbie is genuinely a pleasure to work with and made the entire invitation process fun. When my husband and I planned our 2011 NYC wedding, Debbie helped us pick out the most amazing Smock invitations. Debbie was beyond patient and was excellent at guiding us through all of the details of designing our invitations. She had numerous samples for us to look at and never rushed us to make a decision. I had so much fun working with Debbie at RSVP Today. I hadn't anticipated but this truly was one of the more enjoyable parts of wedding planning. Debbie Hassan provides an unmatched personalized service. Her collection of stationary is unparalleled and the most unique and diverse among the ones i researched (and i researched many!). She pays great attention to detail and is available 24/7 (no joke). I think she was responsive in a time range of 5-10min maximum which made planning pleasurable and stress free. I loved working with her and am relieved that now have a go to person for all my stationary needs.

I used RSVP today for all of the printed materials for my wedding...invitations, programs, menus, thank yous, place cards, table cards, etc. Debbie was a pleasure to work. She is very knowledgeable and really gives you the time and personal attention you need to make all of the decisions involved in creating these materials. Debbie is an absolute pleasure to work with! Of all the vendors we met throughout the NYC wedding planning process, she was by far the best! She is extremely patient and easy going. We met with her multiple times in order to pick the right invitations and thank you notes. She was incredibly helpful each time we met at her charming shop on the Upper East Side. We knew very little about invitations but she gave us excellent guidance on wording, style, color combination, paper thickness, etc. She even gave us important advice about getting our invitations hand stamped at the post office so they would arrive in good condition. We would have never known to do this!
After we sent out our invitations we both received many texts and phone calls complimenting "the most beautiful invitations!" Our invites set the tone for our wedding day--simple, warm, and lovely-- everything we hoped it would be! We are so thankful that we found RSVP Today. Deborah was the most helpful person I worked with during the entire wedding process! Not only was she super quick to respond, but she has a great sense of style, she coached me in wording and proper etiquette.

I designed the wedding around the invitation, it sort of guided my style and I could not do it without Deborah!!!

I rarely write reviews on websites, but this experience was THAT good! I came across Debbie at work as I was searching the internet for places in NYC that printed wedding invitations. Mostly I found stores that had a wall of binders that you would go through and pick an invitation you like. I needed more attention than that. I needed someone to explain the difference between whites and scripts and all that. Debbie does just that! She runs a very efficient and thorough business.

I walked in and did not get intimidated by a million binders; she kept them stored away and out of sight :). We spoke about the wedding, about the groom and about my personality. From there she selected a handful of invitations for me to look at. I told her what I liked, what I didn’t like and we went on from there. She was patient and understood that this takes time. Two hours later, I had selected my invitation, rsvp card, envelopes and lining. My homework was to finalize the verbiage, which she also read over and gave me her thoughts on!

After providing the verbiage, Debbie had the proofs for me in no time! I had one minor correction to be made and that was done within the same day and emailed back the revised proof.

Once the invitations were delivered, I received a call to pick them up. My invitations look elegant and classy just as I hoped they would. Best of all, I have found an amazing person who I will be working with in the future for thank-you cards and birthday party invites, etc.

My advice: if you are sitting at work and searching "wedding invitations in NYC": save yourself some time and call Debbie and make an appointment. The service and the quality of work are extremely above NYC standards!

I cannot speak highly enough of Deborah at RSVP Today. She is truly passionate about gorgeous invitations and will make sure you get the most beautiful/high quality invitations for your money. She was very flexible and agreed to meet with us the day we called her. She was very friendly and patient as she showed us all of our options. I am a very picky person, and she completely understood me and the level of detail that goes into wedding invites. Moreover, after we ordered the invites, she was very speedy, proactive, and responsive when we had to make a few changes to the proofs. It was obvious that she was always wanting us to get the best result in the most cost efficient way. She also has great relationships with the wedding invitation companies, so it makes the process much easier! We loved the invitations we ordered from RSVP Today. We used Smock invitations, which come in beautiful! We had a small glitch, as the invites were on organic bamboo paper and the adhesive on the envelopes wouldn't stick, which created a small mailing disaster. When I let RSVP know, they made sure that Smock sent us 100 free letterpressed thank you cards with our names, to match our invites. She also made sure that from now on Smock sends out their bamboo paper products with glue sticks.
