Rush's Bridal

Rush Bridal offers the widest selection of bridal gowns that it is really unbelievable how many they have. The friendly faces that worked there showed us a few different styles that they thought we may like and sure enough the first choice was the bridal gown that I got. So I have to admit I probably would have been lost without the help of Rush’s Bridal. Oh and my wedding gown was very well priced so I got a really good deal.

This place is kind of snoody. I came to their store after a long day or errands and I had the day off work so I was in sweats. When I walked in they barely even acknowledged me until I started seriously looking at their couture line for a good 20 minutes. Then they flocked to me. I gave them 4 stars because their dress selection is very good and I ended up finding my perfect dress there, but their sales staff was less than good. I love my dress and everything turned out perfectly...I guess I should have just dressed up to go there!

I went to Rush's on a whim while I was downtown doing other errands without an appointment. Even though they were busy, they worked me into a dressing room and I tried on several dresses. Even though I didn't find the perfect dress here, I was impressed with the calm atmosphere in the shop and with the competence and professionalism of the staff. I would highly recommend this store to brides who are unsure of what kind of dress they want.

I was very pleased with the selection of gowns at Rush’s. I originally looked for my wedding gown here, both in the main salon and in their ‘off the rack’ area. They carry some beautiful high-end lines and some moderately priced ones as well. Although I ultimately selected a gown from another bridal shop, there were several gowns at Rush’s that were in heavy consideration! I did, however, select my Bridesmaid dresses there. They arrived quickly and everyone’s measurements were taken accurately. The only issue I had with Rush’s Bridal was with the attentiveness of the staff. We were offered help upon arrival, but after that no one checked in to see if we had any questions, etc. Several of the associates even acted annoyed when we sought them out to ask for help. Aside from those issues, the experience was, overall, a pleasant one.

I purchased my wedding dress at Rush’s. Great selection of dresses. I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend.

The day I went looking for my wedding dress with my best friend, I wasn’t even sure I was going to purchase one (I was still waiting for my ring). We had laboriously shopped bridal boutiques all day with no luck. Everything seemed unoriginal and nothing like what I had in mind.

When we walked in to Rush’s, on our way up the stairs my best friend pointed to the dress and beamed. All I could do was nod, and she grabbed it and raced for the dressing room. We gathered some other options, along with some bridesmaid dresses to try. But, when I put on the dress my friend started to cry and so did I. The sales lady was even overwhelmed. She said, “that dress was made just for you!” I called my fiancé right away and explained and he said that I should buy it.

The best part is that it was a floor sample and fit me like a glove. I never needed a single alteration. They even took $400 off of the sale price. I was also able to find the perfect veil and tiara to match the intricate Swarovski crystals. It was truly the experience of a lifetime. Everyone I know still tells me that they’ve never seen a more beautiful wedding gown.

I ordered 2 flower girls dresses from Rush’s in Downtown Mpls. They had a great selection with lots of colors and unique styles. However the sales person did not know what she was doing when it came to sizes for toddlers. She recommended a size and when it came in it looked like it would fit a 10 year old (my daughter was 3). Unfortunately the dress didn’t come in her size so I had to order a whole new dress completely. They did make up for it by giving me a hassle free return of the first one and rushing in the 2nd one.
