Russells Bridals & Tuxedos

My husband and I got married on 9/25/11, and we got everything from russells and everything came out wonderful! They were all very helpful and even though we had a few small issues, in order to get the orders perfect the owner Pat handled all of my order. She was awesome!!! With out her I could have been a bridezilla and because of her I was not!!!!

We used Russell's for our tuxedos, bridesmaids dresses, mother of the bride and wedding dress. There is a reason they have been in business so long-they are wonderful! Tom from the tuxedo side is so helpful, from helping with picking colors to match the dresses to his great customer service. He made the process seamless. The Bridal side of the store has SO many dress varieties. You are bound to find the one of your dreams. ERICA who works on the bridal side is sensational. She is so sweet and cares about making your experience wonderful. I drove way out of my way to deal with Russell's for the quality service they provided. Russell's is the way to go for a perfect wedding!

Russell’s wound up having the dresses that I and my bridesmaids wanted, great prices, and friendly staff, so it was a no-brainer to go with them. I mostly worked with Erica and she was really great, but the whole staff was always friendly, helpful, and remembered me whenever I called (I have to say that whenever a vendor remembers who you are without you even giving your wedding date or any information other than your name, it’s a really great feeling). One thing that I’m incredibly grateful for is that I mentioned how I hate the way many dresses look like they’re dragging or getting caught on things in the front when the bride walks down the aisle and they immediately knew what I was talking about and wound up hemming my dress to the PERFECT length… in fact, my entire dress fit like a glove and I never once had to do the thumb-hook to pull up the top of my strapless dress on my wedding day because of how great the fit was. The bridesmaids dresses also all fit perfectly and Russell’s was great in the beginning with them when we found out that the manufacturer was going to stop making the color we wanted. The manager was in constant contact with the manufacturer to make sure we could get the girls’ measurements in before they ran out of their last bit of stock of the color and we wound up having no problems.

Russells was very accomedating. My wife & I went there right after a snow storm with no appointment and they took us in anyway. They were very helpful and the sales lady was even open to giving her oppinion. She wasn't looking to just make a sale. She listened to what my wife wanted and was very considerate of our buget.

I had an AWFUL Experience with this place! My dress was not done on time when I went to pick it up. The alterations were done sloppily and the owner was soooooo RUDE! She was so disrespectful and the shop was dirty!!! I cannot express enough how much I hated this place and its workers!

I got my wedding dress here and my husband got all his tuxedos here and everything was perfect. My dress arrived when it was supposed to and the service in the shop is fabulous!!

The men and women that work at this store are amazing. I paid $900 for my gown, and looked like a million bucks. The girls in my party got 10% off plus free alterations because the guys got their tuxedos and because I got my dress there. They even altered my dress for another wedding at a cheaper price, along with charging my mother very little for her dress pressing and slight alteration. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I absolutely LOVED my dress. My sales person, Erica, helped me pick it out. It was totally not what I went looking for but I loved it and my husband and all of my guests said I was stunning.One of my bridesmaids had to have her alterations done over by a friend who is a seamstress. The dress was to fit her as a mermaid but it didn't and her alterations were not that good. I wouldn't recommend that type of dress to have them do the alterations.My groomsmen had their tuxes rented from the Tux side and it was great! The guys looked so handsome. They were even able to accommodate a last minute replacement the week of the wedding. Hats off to them!

LOVED Russell's Bridal. They were amazing to work with and so helpful. One of the worker's there actually picked out my dress for me! I wasn't sure I would like it looking at it on the hangar, but I am so glad that she told me to try it on bc I fell in love with it and that was the dress I chose. They have a wide variety of dresses to chose from ... definitely recommend using them!

We loved Russell Bridal! Had a great experience with tuxes and the wedding gown. What beautiful clothing for a low price! Two of the bridesmaids were unhappy with alterations but everyone else was very pleased.

When I experienced a horror story from another gown shop, Russell's was able to correct the situation. I ordered my gown on March 2 for a May 2 wedding, and they were able to get the dress I wanted and make the alterations with more than enough time! And the staff was so nice and so helpful. We also bought the flower girl dress from here and rented the tuxes. Overall exceptional experience.

My dresses were in on time and were very accommodating when it came to scheduling fittings and addressed every concern I had about my dress and how it fit.

they were absolutely wonderful. they were a tremendous help when a new bridesmaid dress needed to be found the morning of the wedding.

Russells was wonderful for my gown, bridesmaides dresses, flower girl dresses and the guys' tuxedos.They make it very economical and convenient to get all of the attire through them.I had both my gown and my veil customized and they were more than happy to do it. It came out flawless. They also made major alterations on my dress the week of my wedding. My satisfaction was definitely important to them and you could tell.If you decide to give them a look, ask for Sue. You will not be disappointed!

I went to Russell’s because they were the only place that I could find that carried my dress which was by Alfred Angelo. Many other places carried Alfred Angelo but for whatever reason, not this particular dress. So I went there, tried on a bunch of dresses including the one I called about and knew that none of the other ones I tried on were the one for me. My dress was White and Black. The back detail is Gorgeous on this dress. I ordered it in Nov 2006 and it came in July 2007. I went for one real fitting. They took my measurements with my shoes on in the beginning of October. I went back at the end of October and the dress was done and fit perfectly.

They also did a fitting and alterations for my sister who didn’t buy her dress there. This make it an A+ from me.
