Reviews for Ryan Bethke Photography
Ryan did an amazing job on our wedding photos!! They were all spectacular! At the last minute he decided to do a sillhouette photo with the Church's stained glass window in the background and we've received so many compliments on this picture! He was also able to take a family photo with about 20 adults and 17 children - if that's not amazing, then I don't know what is!! Ryan is very creative and was a pleasure to work with! He is very responsive to all correspondence and requests. We wish he weren't moving to CA so that we could recommend him to all of my friends! He will be a huge loss to MA, but a true gain for CA. Good Luck, Ryan!
I highly recommend Ryan! He did an incredible job capturing our special day. Ryan was very pleasant to work with and did very well despite the heat, humidity & then pouring rain. We had a group shot of all 50 guests and he coordinated it very smoothly. He is a true pro!
We are so pleased with quality of photographs taken by Ryan. He was very organized, prior to the wedding we put together a number of images we'd like to have of the day, such as a group photo of our ~50 guests, the food served at the wedding, and specific candids of friends and family. He nailed all of them - excellent photos with superb composition that really captured great memories of our special day. I think its also important to point out that Ryan let the day happen and captured the moments, I've been to other weddings where the photographer has been overbearing to the point where they were dictating how everything was supposed to happen. With Ryan, we had our day exactly as we wanted it and the lasting memories to go along with it.
We couldn't have asked for a better photographer. The pictures were amazing and both Ryan and Andrea were very helpful and organized. I would refer him to anyone. The photos demonstrate his creativity and talent for photography.
Ryan is amazing. Leading up to the wedding, the lines of communication were always open - any questions I had were answered right away and his suggestions were spot on with the feel we wanted our wedding day to have. He embraced our vision and really captured the emotions of the day. Both Matt and I generally clam up when cameras come out, and I was a little nervous about looking awkward in the pictures - but Ryan has such a laid-back approach that we both totally relaxed and just had fun :)
We saw the pictures on Ryan's blog during our honeymoon (my mom called me up to demand that I look at them IMMEDIATELY because she was so thrilled with those first 10 pictures). We couldn't be more happy with how they turned out - Thanks again Ryan!
I LOVE the pictures - I keep looking at them and thinking "I can't believe that's us!". You did an incredible job and I'm so glad we got to work with you :)
We loved the work you did! Thanks for everything!
The pictures came out amazing!!! I would like all the pictures on DVD as I love them all! Thank you again!
The photos are Spectacular - thank you!!
Thank you so much for all your work. We are so happy we chose you as a photographer. It was a pleasure working with you and Andrea. You are very creative and we wish you the best in your career. We will definitely be passing on your name to all we know.

Sara + Mike’s Engagement Session - November 10, 2009
Sara and Mike are having their wedding in April at the same church where Andrea and I just got married, St. Denis Catholic in Diamond Bar. How cool is that? They chose to have their engagement session at Laguna Beach, and, I must say, it was an excellent decision. The weather was perfect, the setting was gorgeous, of course, and the couple (and myself) had a really fun time. Enjoy the pics!

Andrea’s Bridal Shoot - 10.17.2009
Hey everybody! Well, Andrea and I got married on the 17th of October, we’re back from our honeymoon, and I thought I would post some shots I took of her on our big day. We snuck away during our reception for a few minutes so we could do pictures Ryan Bethke Photography-style. Our wedding was at the Mission Inn in Riverside, and the decor fit the style of our wedding perfectly. Hope you like them!

Stephanie + Gary - October 11, 2009
Hello, I know it’s been ages but I once again have a wedding to post, and I honestly think it was one of the best I’ve had the honor and pleasure of photographing. Stephanie and Gary had their crafty, handmade, vintage-inspired wedding at the Mitten Building in Redlands, CA, and also did some portraits at the University of Redlands. All in all, it was a beautiful day and a beautiful wedding. Congratulations and thanks to the bride and groom (especially the bride) for being totally committed to the style of the wedding. It really made for some great pictures. Enjoy!

Matt + Allison - June 27, 2009
Hello, flew back to Boston for the weekend to shoot this wedding in Hanover, NH at Dartmouth College. The style of the wedding was vintage chic. Matt and Allison were really fun to work with, and I loved their fun, vintage style. I love it when a couple brings some of their own ideas for what they want, but are also willing to indulge me and my vision ;-). Thanks, Matt and Allison. Congratulations!
