I have known Ryan for a very long time, and ever since he started playing the piano, I made him promise that he would not quit before playing at my wedding. In all likelihood, Ryan will never quit playing the piano because he is truly gifted, but it seemed necessary to make the promise at the time. My wedding finally came this year on July 11, 2009.

Prior to the wedding, Ryan and I emailed several times about music choices for the ceremony and reception. When I got to the point where I could no longer make decisions, I just told Ryan to pick something for me and he did. He even played one of his original pieces for me to walk down the aisle and learned a song for us to leave the ceremony. When I needed recommendations about where to rent sound equipment, he went online and found local places for me and gave me his "expert opinion" on what exactly we needed.

Because we live in Washington, Ryan was not able to do a dress rehearsal or anything with us and flew in the night before the wedding, but I was not in the least bit nervous about it. People kept asking me what the music was and I said "I have no idea...Ryan's taking care of it!" The ceremony music was beautiful.

Then, Ryan transitioned into dj/emcee for the reception. He had made a recommendation for the timeline of how things should move along and he kept with it. He took requests from party guests for their favorite songs and he really looked like he just enjoyed doing it the whole time. I did not hear any songs that I did not want to hear. I think that all of my guests really enjoyed their time.

I would highly recommend Ryan to any bride who is looking for a pianist or dj for their wedding. Ryan took the stress out of the entire music situation and I was very thankful for that!

I was helping organize my son's wedding, and was looking for a good DJ. I found Ryan on Craigslist and I couldn't be happier! He played his keyboard for the ceremony (found and learned the music that my daughter-in-law wanted) and did a beautiful job as a DJ during the reception. He played exactly what we wanted to hear and kept the music coming during the entire reception. He made it a point to arrive early for ease of set-up. Not only is he a nice guy, but he was very professional, had a huge collection of music, and was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him!

A few months before our wedding, I did a search on Craigslist for wedding djs, and found Ryan's simple but professional looking ad. I emailed him and found him very easy to communicate with. My fiance and I met with him and were quite impressed with his attitude and willingness to play whatever music we wanted, at an unbelievably reasonable price.

Even though, at that time, Ryan hadn't had years and years of experience like some of the other djs and musicians we'd looked at, we decided to give him a chance. And he came through magnificently! He worked with us to find all the music we wanted, and gave us a complete list of the songs he planned to use so we could approve them.

Also, we had a special record we wanted to play - an old 78 RPM of my dad singing to my mom before they were married - and Ryan did this exactly at the point we wanted it done. Also, even though there were some "glitches" in the reception program, calling for some last-minute changes, Ryan was able to roll with it and impressed all of us with his professionalism.

Plus, there were several kids at the reception who were fascinated by him and wanted to stand next to him and watch him work - and Ryan was unphased by this! We have several nice photos of children standing next to him, looking up to him in awe!

It's been more than a year since our wedding, and people who attended the reception still tell us what a great time they had, and what a great job our DJ did! Thanks, Ryan! You were a special part of our special day!

I found him on Craig's list. He has a beautiful demo, and is very well priced! Unfortuantely, I barely heard him, as he played during the coctail hour..but what I heard was beautiful..he was easy to set things up with, and even learned a song we wanted to have played. I highly recommend him! We had an organist at the church ceremony (per church requirements).

Our daughters 16th birthday party was a real success because of Ryan. I found him on Craigslist and was able to secure him for Halloween evening. Our daughter and all of her friends really enjoyed having a DJ in the house that could keep them dancing until the party ended.

I hired Ryan for my wife and daughter's joint birthday party and he kept the party rocking all night! Arrived on time, stayed late at our request, and played all the right songs.

Our reception was held at a restaurant/lounge and Ryan more than delivered on what he promised. He arrived early to set up, took requests from our guests, and made our wedding reception really very special. Very great prices too.

Ryan was the DJ for my sister's 60th birthday extravaganza and he was marvelous. He kept everyone dancing all night and really made the party wonderful. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great DJ.
