Kim was wonderful. She is on top of everything and will make sure that your wedding runs smoothly. She is someone who will take care of everything from making sure the food is wonderful to giving your mom a tissue during the ceremony.

Our wedding felt like a fairy tale at the Ryan Nicholas Inn. Kim (proprieter) is wonderful and knows how to make sure the wedding goes smoothly without any problems. We had the venue for the entire weekend and it was amazing. The Rehearsal Dinner was held outside in the Savannah bar on the Friday night before our wedding. We had our wedding reception in the new Crystal Pavilion. This room is gorgeous and perfect for dinner and dancing. All of our guests commented that this was one of the best weddings they have ever been to.It is a beautiful venue, the food is superb, and Kim's attention to detail is unsurpassed. She cares so much and does everything she can to make sure your wedding is beyond your expectations!

The Ryan Nicholas Inn was the PERFECT place to hold our spring-time wedding reception. The entire property is gorgeous and the proprietor, Kim, is extremely organized and leaves the bride and her family completely care-free during the wedding day. Kim and her staff treats the Bride, Groom, and their families like royalty while they are at the Ryan Nicholas Inn. We rented the place for the entire weekend- Friday-Sunday. We held the Rehearsal Dinner in the house the night before the wedding, my bridesmaids and I stayed there overnight and got ready there the next day and then we had our wedding reception in the new, and of course beautiful Crystal Pavillion behind the house. Afterwards my husband and I stayed in the honeymoon suite and woke up to a FULL breakfast the next morning. The Crystal Pavillion was perfect for an indoor/outdoor reception feel. It met the comfort needs of each of our guests. The food served was amazing as well. I couldnt say anything negative about our time spent at The Ryan Nicholas Inn with Kim and her staff. They certainly made our entire wedding weekend very magical!

It is a shame to see anything but 5's for the Ryan Nicholas Inn. Kim has truly thought of every detail possible and makes you feel like a complete princess on your special day. This is the venue that every girl dreams of when planning her wedding. If there there 10's on here, I would give this venue all 10's across the board. Everything ran so smoothly and my planning was effortless thanks to all of the hard work that Kim and her staff do. She knows what works and what doesn't in this mansion, and I suggest taking her word for it. If anyone had a poor experience it was probably due to them going against a suggestion from Kim. She was booked for 15 months when we booked, I think that speaks for itself. I wish all of my friends could afford to get married here, it was a dream come true!

The Ryan Nicholas Inn is a beautiful house that will create your dream wedding!! Kim helps take care of every last detail to make sure you don't forget a thing. For someone who was planning the wedding many miles away and not being from the area, Kim helped me find other important people who would make our wedding day one we will never forget! The staff is extremely professional and attentive. I can't think of anything negative to say about the Ryan Nicholas because everything turned out beautifully!

Shawn & I got married here on June 12th, 2010. I hate to say this, but calling Kim (the 'director') a wedding Nazi is being too kind. To put it susinctly, she ruined my day--to the point that I had to prevent my bridemaids from jumping her! She was TOTALLY unprofessional in her appearance (it looked more like a potato-sack than a dress); she made it clear that it was HER place and she would do what she wanted (she even yelled at me because I offered to help her empty an ashtray); and even my photographer (whose been doing weddings for 30 years) said he's never seen a host treat a bride so poorly in his life. I spent half of the day in tears because of Kim's mistreatment...thank goodness I had my husband to lean on that night and get me through it. I don't know if she was raggin' or just in a bad mood that day; but I would NEVER, EVER, EVER recommend this venue...unless you just want to pay over $9000 to be verbally abused and not have your day the way it should be--ABOUT YOU!!!!

We rented the place for the entire weekend. The food for breakfast and reception was awesome and the place was gorgeous. It looks like an old southen plantation home but it was built in 2001, so everything still looks new. Kim is the owner of the house. She has lots of experience and is good at getting people where they need to be. Just a warning, when your 3 hour reception time is over, she starts pushing everybody out. After we made our grand exit and returned back to the Inn within 20 mins she had already gotten rid of everybody and locked the doors. Some of my friends call here the Wedding Nazi but I liked the fact she got things done. And I couldn't ask for a better location.

My wedding was to be 12/5/08. deposit was made,She explained what was what and gave me a book to pick out my food, as the date drew near. My mother in law had a heart attack, and had to have a pace maker, that ment the family from Mass. could not come. the min people is 75 that droped down to 45 people. I explained to Kim what had happend and I wanted a scaled down wedding. The House was paid for. but, not the food and extras yet. Kim Talked to me on the phone trying to get me not to cancel, the things she said were hurtful (does he love you and want you to have to have a nice wedding if he loved you you would have the wedding of your dreams.) I did not talk to her again, We called a lawyer. I never did get my money back.I was later told if she did not get over 10k for a wedding, she will try to get rid of them. I have beautful wedding photos from a studio. only.Jan and Ken Polastry

The Ryan Nicholas Inn was amazing! We got so many compliments the atmosphere and the food. Kim is the lady that owns the Inn and has a lot of experience. She gave us great advice and helped us pick the best vendors for our needs. She also went out of her way to act as our wedding coordinator. I recomend anyone doing their wedding here if you can!

Where do I begin?! The Ryan Nicholas Inn is the most perfect place for an event, especially for an intimate wedding ceremony and reception. Our wedding was held there on November 8, 2008 and we could not be more happy with the outcome! Greg and I were going to elope and then decided (based on family) to hold a wedding at the Inn - we will never be sorry for that decision. The owner, Kim, is truly talented - she is brilliant, professional, personable and fun to work with in planning an event. She understands the stress of planning a wedding and bends over backwards to make sure that you do not feel a smidge of stress! Her staff offers impeccable service - they are kind, professional and amazing at what they do. Her chef is incredible - I cannot tell you how many compliments we got on the food. Too many times you go to a wedding and the food is not memorable - this is NOT the case with the chef and his food at the Ryan Nicholas Inn - his food melted in our mouths. I highly recommend his shrimp and grits as well as beef tenderloin. The scalloped potatoes were a winner with us too (actually we loved it all). Kim's attention to detail impressed us - she remembered us mentioning that one of our favorite desserts to make together is peanut butter rice krispy treats with chocolate melted on top. Well, after the big evening, we found a plate of those delicious treats made for us by her chef and oh my, they were scrumptious! Kim also knows that it is rare for a bride and groom to eat through out the night, so she had large portions of every food served taken and kept warm in our suite for eating later in the evening! Wow, we were most grateful for that service! The Inn was decorated for Christmas for our wedding - Kim spares no expense on her gorgeous decorations for the Inn. Our wedding felt so magical, romantic and intimate! I cannot thank Kim enough for her hard work, kindness and love!! Our wedding was the best moment of our lives (to this point) and we will never forget how special it was at the Inn! Thank you Kim!! Heather and Greg

The owner is a wonderful person to know and put on your wedding ceremony/reception! The Inn is an amazing place to have your special day at! My guests can't stop talking about how great the entire night was, the best wedding they have been to in years! :)

We held our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception at the Ryan Nicholas Inn. We checked the Inn out a couple of weeks after we were engaged, and were sure this was “the place” as soon as we saw it. We were blessed she had a date open within our timeframe! It is an amazing site, with room for up to about 250 people (standing/reception and combo of sitting/standing for wedding). The Inn itself is gorgeous – so much to offer. Kim owns and runs the Inn – she runs a tight ship and she is amazing. She has suggestions and ideas and opinions on most everything, because she’s seen most everything! She was incredibly kind to us, worked with us as we planned from out of town, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Kim has a draft plan for how a wedding at her Inn is run, which is really helpful if details aren’t your thing, but for me, details being my thing, she worked with me and we planned the perfect day. I would recommend the Inn for so many reasons – like the great location, ample parking, beautiful site. We had the rehearsal dinner at the Inn, as well, and the food was scrumptious – very tasty, and so many options (we had a lot of fun choosing the food!). Friends stayed over with me at the Inn (you should check out the bedrooms in the Inn), had breakfast --- again, perfection! --- and spent the day monitoring the wedding prep. Kim was everywhere on our wedding day (and wedding weekend), and pretty much everything went smoothly. On our wedding day, the ceremony was packed, and we had people sitting and standing to watch us be wed. The food at the reception was reportedly exceptional – we barely had time to eat as we visited and DANCED on the big dance floor. The big room that was the scene of the wedding ceremony quickly became the dance floor and the reception site. Kim and her team quickly transform everything – roll out food, move flowers and chairs, and make room for the guests to celebrate. Kim has some great options and packages for ceremonies, receptions, and wedding weekends. Definitely check out the Inn. It can be pricey, but she does have food options and other options that can help you stay within your budget. My husband and I look back on our wedding weekend with great fondness – and we definitely hope to visit the Ryan Nicholas Inn again!
