Hmmm.... Well they were at times challenging to work with. I would tell them exactly what I wanted and they would still refuse to price quote me until I placed the order. They rationalized this as "So they could price exactly what I wanted." It was frustrating. The best man's pants were 6 inches too short, but he got them the day of the wedding. In the end everything worked out, but it was truly work to work with them on our wedding.
For our wedding party we rented 8 tuxedos and the overall experience was mixed. The majority of the guys shirts were too tight after correct measurements were given. The staff was very pleasant to work with every time we went into the store but they did lack on follow-up skills. After the wedding Dave the manager was extremely helpful in contacting us to let us know that Walter left his checkbook in the pocket and let us know that he had it set aside in his office for us. I'm not sure that we would use their service again.
