Jeremy at Event Architects did an amazing job w/our dinner. The food was delicious and he was very easy to work with. He's open to any suggestions and will help you build your perfect menu. We were having a Mexican American wedding and Event Architects prepared a chicken and steak fajita dinner.

This venue is on the top of list. It is a bank from the 1920's. The bar area is where the teller/cashier use to work. I love the high ceiling, and the open space to decorate.

I am so in love with my reception site - the Grand Ballroom - and my event coordinator, Deirdre, is one of the big reasons why. Event Architects manages the Grand Ballroom for events, and it is an absolutely beautiful building. Deirdre was so prefessional during all of our meetings and she took diligent notes about the decisions I made for the event. She answered all of my emails and phone calls within a day or two, and she gave me great ideas when I wasn't sure what to do. During the event she was on hand to make sure everything ran smoothly and according to the timeline we had created. Thanks to her there were smooth transitions between all the little parts of the re eption and it never felt slow or lagging. If you are in the Sacramento area and need an indoor reception site you need to call Event Architects and check out the Grand Ballroom.

Wow...What an amazing site! My husband & I looked everywhere from Lake Tahoe to Fort Bragg in search of a beautiful, unique wedding site. We were surprised to find our pick in downtown Sacramento, but we are so glad we found it! The Sacramento Grand Ballroom was originally a 1920's bank building that has now been converted into a ballroom & office spaces. The old bank teller windows are where you walk up to the bar. We booked the venue through Event Architects, and were able to use their catering company, too! We were thrilled with food, the waitstaff, the bartenders, and our coordinator - Trisha Nadal. We decided to hire Trisha for the rehearsal & the day-of services, and were SO glad we did! She helped coordinate all of the day's events, and she made possible for all of our friends & family to enjoy the party (instead of running around helping with last minute details). You cannot go wrong in choosing this space for your reception (as well as your ceremony, if you desire). Another option is to do as we did - have the ceremony outdoors at the Capitol gardens, and then have the guests travel a short distance to the Grand Ballroom (we hired a bus to transport our guests). However you decide to do it - you'll be glad you chose to have your party at the Grand Ballroom! Great food, beautiful venue, and unbelievable service!
