Sac Town Catering made our Wedding sooo easy. We were busy with setting up everything else and they just handled the set up, presentation and clean up. The presentation was beautiful with 3 leveled display that highlighted a Hawaiian theme with shells, orchids, sand and fabulous food. We had a brunch that consisted of Quiche, Scones, rolls, Pasta salad, cheese display and fruit display, along with Coffee, Tea, Orange Juice and Lemonade. It was really fabulous and they made it quite effortless. The Caterers were out of site most of the time and very efficient.

Sac Town Catering was FABULOUS!!!!! The food and service were a big hit at my wedding. I still have guests telling me that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. Thank you Briana....you and your team ROCK!

Now talk about a five star catering service that is exactly what we got from SacTown Catering. The food was superb. After contacting them we decided on a meeting and set down and discussed our wedding with them and asked what they could do for us. They went over everything with us and let us pick out the menu and also gave us suggestions on what they thought would be nice for the wedding also. We both came to an agreement and let them go to work. They never let us down and really provided us with a really good food menu for the wedding. They really did a great job and also they were really easy to work with. We made no mistakes in picking Sactown Catering for the wedding.

The food is AWESOME. We were planning a small wedding and wanted to keep costs down. We found some caterers said they couldn't cater for the price per person or the menu they offered wasn't much above cheese and crackers. We wanted appetizers and desserts.

Brianna created an amazing menu for us. She was great to work with - responsive to our needs. The food was a HUGE hit at the wedding. The assortment was creative and everything tasted wonderful. We'd recommend her as a caterer - it was a great experience. Be sure to have her leave business cards at the event - people will be asking who catered for you.

Great Experience with SacTown Catering!

This past Friday, June 6, 2009 in New Castle, CA we were privileged to be a part of a couple’s outdoor wedding ceremony and reception. The caterer for the event was SacTown Catering. We just had to let our community of vendors know what an excellent experience it was for us as planners and day-of-coordinators working with SacTown Catering. Brianna Kleinschmidt ,the owner of SacTown Catering, and with her Staff Captain, Brigitte and crew, could not have provided a more seamless effort with their part of the festivities. With the start of the appetizer hour all the way through to cutting cake they matched all of our requests with the ebb and flow of the reception as it unfolded, truly the mark of professionals. As it turned out this particular event moved faster than predicted and SacTown met that challenge easily. They so quickly adjusted and this was great for the wedding guests, our staff, and of course the bride and groom were so pleased! We would encourage anyone looking for top-notch event caterers to consider SacTown Catering for your next event.

Hi Brianna,

Everything went so beautifully at the wedding. Thank you so much for everything. I received a ton of feedback from many individuals. Everyone raved about the pasta dishes. They thought that they were absolutely wonderful. One person said that they do not even like spinach salads but loved the spinach salad with fruit and vinaigrette. Everyone was amazed at how well the place was set up. The photographer asked who did all the "detail" stuff like the green favor boxes on each place setting, the table signs, etc. I told her that I provided all the stuff to you and you took care of the rest, which she thought was wonderful.

I too thought that the food was great. Normally, I believe that buffets tend to provide luke warm food, which was just not the case here.

As I said before, we are the first of the group to get married and everyone thought that the wedding was done beautifully. I will be passing on your information to my friends and family.

Brianna Kleinschmidt, owner of SacTown Catering, knows how to create a spread to please any crowd! We worked with her recently on both a small garden wedding where she served a bountiful assortment of delicious appetizers which however were not to be outdone by her scrumptious desserts. Our next event with SacTown involved a large outdoor wedding on acerage with a full tantalizing menu that included the following:Passed hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour included antipasto caprese cups, chipotle-honey glazed prawns and goat cheese & mint puff pastries. The Bride & Groom selected a dinner buffet that included lemon caper chicken, mustard & rosemary encrusted pork, our chef's seasonal salad, penne pasta with asparagus & sundried tomatoes, roasted summer vegetable medley, and fresh baked breads. They also provided bartending services which featured the Bride & Groom's favorite selections of Santa Barbara regional wines and the groom's choice of bottled beers.
