Amazing!!!!!!!!! We received so many complements on the variety of music. Everyone had a great time and the best part was that my hubby and I did too! Organized, professional, enthusiastic, and fun! Humberto and Yaster were amazing MC's and worked well with the band we had. Great service and amazing music! Also, big props on playing some country! Thanks DJ Saenz!!!

Saenz Entertainment (Humberto ) Dj for my daughters Sweet 16th party . He was amazing I have never seen my daughter dance and laugh so much she many many friends asking her who the Dj was. He played music for every age from my grandmother to my 5 year nieces dance the nite away. Humberto is very professional and entertaining I will refer to all my friends and family. Best night ever....with his help my Daughters Party was a sucess..

Dj Saenz exceeded our expectations with all the variety of music we asked for!! because of his timeline we kept the party going!! he was on it the whole night!! DJ Saenz was great! Everyone at the wedding loved him and the music he played. It was a good mix for young and old alike, I even heard some new songs that I now love. Since we were on a very tight budget his price was great. He was much cheaper than any other dj that anyone I know has hired for weddings, parties, etc. I definitely recommend him

Humberto was very professional from day one. He was always available to answer any questions and very accommodating for the requests my fiance and I had. Humberto is very experienced and his work proves it. I would definitely recommend Saenz Ent. to friends and family.

One comment that I noticed about our event, DJ Humberto did not play music when we were introduced to the crowd as it was requested by us to play music. music title was also provided. He also did MCing for us and that's help us so much. Other than that, everything turned out to be a nice reception for us. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family. Thank you, Humberto and goodluck for all you do.

Since 1990 Saenz Entertainment has been a part of many joyous occasions including weddings, graduations and Quinceaneras. What first started as a hobby grew into what is now a 20 year business. Although the name has changed with time, our work ethic has not. We still offer the best service and professionalism that we always have because we take pride in what we do. We won’t turn your special day into a game show filled with chatter from the DJ or silly costumes. Instead, you can expect that we make all announcements formally and professionally with you in mind.

Need help coordinating your event? We can help. At the moment we offer this service to all our clients at no additional charge. Why? We realize that this is an important occasion for you and it’s in our best interest to help make your event a success. Not only will your event flow smoothly but you’ll save money as well. For example, usually your photographer charges you based on the time they spend at your event so we stay in constant communication with your photographer so that we ensure that all photos are taken early on in the evening so that they are able to leave on time and don’t charge you an overtime fee. We communicate with all your vendors to make your night flow smoothly.

This company is owner operated so you can be assured that the DJ you speak with will be the DJ you will see on the day of your event. We don’t double book our events which means, your event will receive our exclusive attention. What music genres are in your collection?

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Describe your DJ style:

My DJ style is extremely similar to club DJs when mixing my music. The difference with me is that I don't mix only one or two specific types of music. I can smoothly transition music from Hip-Hop to House to Banda to Merengue to Alternative, etc. I am very versatile when it comes to choosing the next tune to play.

Is there a limit to the amount of music that can be requested?

Not at all! I gladly accept requests.

What is your usual attire?

My attire depends on the event. I normally wear a dark suit to a wedding. For other events that may call for a more casual look, I will consult with the clients first.

If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?

If we do not have the song requested we will find it and purchase it.

How many other DJs do you work with?

This company is owner operated which means the DJ you speak with is the DJ you will be seeing at your event. We don't double book either.

What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?

4 hours however there have been times when an exception has been made (depending on the circumstances).

Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?

Absolutely! We can arrange a meeting to discuss your expectations and vision of your wedding day.

Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?

Quinceaneras.

Can the client submit a do-not-play list?

Yes and we encourage that you let us know what songs you do NOT want to hear on your special day.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes. All equipment is owned by Saenz Entertainment.

What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?

We offer various dance floor lighting options that will help make your event a success. Visit our site for videos of these lights in action!

How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?

Arrival time is normally 2-3 hours prior to start time to ensure that everything is set up with enough time and that we are ready to play once the first guest arrives. We provide our own table.

Do you have any extra space requirements?

This depends on the package that is selected by the client. This will be discussed during the consultation as some systems we own do require extra space such as light trussing systems, etc.

Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events?

Absolutely not! Your wedding day is all about you and not the DJ.

Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?

Yes we normally make all the announcements in a tasteful and professional manner but we cut the chatter down to a minimum to let your guests enjoy a night of non-stop music and dancing. You get your money's worth here.

How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing?

Normally DJs tend to feel "in the zone" with one specific genre and continue playing it because a lot of people get up to dance. What we do is play a group of songs in one genre and then shock the crowd dancing by cleverly mixing in another type of music to keep it interesting all night. Variety of music and clever music programming is the key to keeping a dance floor packed.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

The only time there would be a break is if the DJ needs to use the facilities but the music continues on by playing extended versions of songs.

Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?

Always.

What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Fortunately this has never happened but should it happen, I do network with various DJs and can provide a replacement.

Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day?

Never.

What is your overtime rate?

$150

Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?

Travel expenses over 30 miles from 90220 base location $1.00 a mile round trip.
