The service was great....until you put down your money. once they have you they don't feel a need to back up anything they say. I purchased a ring for my girl-friend. I knew that at the place in my life I was at that the marriage might not happen and so I made sure that exchanges were possible. I double checked and triple checked. They had a sign that says, "no refunds". I knew that meant that I wouldn't not be able to get cash back. When I asked I was assured that I would be able to receive store credit. The unfortunate happened and the engagement was called off. I went to take it back being less then 45 days and they said that it had been worn and they would not take it back at all. I would never recommend them and say, "please don't waste your time with them" I don't even know if the appraisal is accurate or not. The appraiser typed it on a type writer. Just shop with someone that has a good name.

My husband and I loved Sakora Jewelers. Their prices were very fair, and since my husband bought my ring there, they gave me a great discount on his ring. The sales people were friendly and the service was great. They even promised that if we brought our rings in once a year, they would clean/tighten them for free. I was very impressed with their selection and service, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Everyone at Sakora was wonderful! We had looked for rings for a long time without finding any thing that I liked. (I didn't want a ring that looked like everyone else's. I wanted something unique). We found 3 at Sakora that I liked. We were leaving, I thought I'd try on a different, very non-traditional ring (which they also have a good supply of), just for fun. As I put it on, I discovered how truly beautiful it was on my hand. My fiance and I both liked it, and despite the fact that it cost about 1/7 the price of the other rings I liked, the salesman said, "You are more excited about that ring than any other ring you tired on in the store." He was right. I did like that ring more. We took it over to the others, and regardless of the price tag, the fact remained that I DID like that ring more than any I had tried on there (or any other store). That is the ring we got, and I still love it to this day. Sakora will also clean it for free anytime we want--a service that did not cost us anything extra.

We got a really good deal on my husband's ring. We first ordered a titanium ring in his size but when it came in, it looked completely different than the one we had ordered. So we were going to go somewhere else when she showed us a tungsten one. It was more expensive but we ended up talking the price down and got a fantastic deal on it. I would really recommend them to anyone.
