Saks Fifth Avenue

I am so sad to see this bridal boutique location go! It was the best service and thoughtfull ladies we had on our search for "the gown". I hope they bring it back so others can enjoy what we were able to. Cheers ladies!

I went shopping for a gown with my sister and my best friend who was one of my bridesmaids. I tried on several and then I tried on the Vera Wang -- it was amazing and I absolutely loved it, and when they saw me in it they had tears in their eyes. They said look no further, this is the one! Saks had a great selection and I couldn't have been happier. I loved my gown!

The service I received at Saks was top notch--Debbie and Connie took great care of me and made sure the dress was exactly what I wanted! I would definitely buy from Saks again!

After looking at about 5 wedding gown stores, my daughter and I went to Saks. Michelle was professional and very upbeat. She was enthusiastic and behaved as if my daughter was the most wonderful bride she had ever helped. She listened carefully to what we were looking for as opposed to many who wanted us to look at their choices. Rather than presenting us with any obstacles, at every point her response was always "no problem" or we "can do better" or you won't have to worry about that. The dress came in on time and as promised. When the alterations woman, Ada, began her magic it was clean she was a skilled artist in her profession. Not once did my daughter or I have to worry or question or just make do.The entire was experience was wonderful and stress free.

I went to Saks knowing I wanted a Monique Lhuillier gown. The consultant took the time to show me all the Monique Lhuillier gowns that met my criteria (lace, etc.). I ordered a dress and once it came in, I changed my mind about it. The manager (Debbie) was willing to make an exception and allow me to order a new dress without penalty. She also always let me know when they had "EGC" days where you can earn gift cards of up to $450 when you spend a certain amount of money. We put the deposit down on the dress during an EGC period and the gift card we received covered the costs of tailoring. Their tailoring is a flat fee ($450), which makes it less stressful if you need a lot of alterations. The service I received from Saks was top notch all the way.

I got my wedding dress from Saks Fifth Avenue Bridal Salon in Costa Mesa, CA. My experience was a once-in-a-lifetime. My wedding dress was perfect. A Carolina Herrera dress which was so much more affordable than I thought it would be. And they work with all budgets. My representative was amazing. She was so helpful and always gave me her honest opinion.

I tried on so many dresses at many different salons. I finally decided to purchase from Saks even though I had tried on the dress at other salons. Saks seemed the most professional and trustworthy. They give you 10% off for opening a credit card. Saks also has special days where you can get gift cards for spending a certain amount of money. The salesperson rang up my order on one of those days and I ended up getting a gift card that paid for my alterations. The dress came in early and I had no problems with my dress fittings at all. They even let me set up a third fitting just 2 days before I was supposed to pick up my dress. The seamstress really wanted to make sure I felt comfortable in my dress and even sewed in a corset into the backless dress after the bra cups weren't working. I highly recommend them. The service was phenomenal and very professional!
