We ordered pink and hot pink carnations from samsclub.com for our july wedding. I was a little apprehensive about ordering flowers online, but they were perfect... The only problem was that the buds weren't fully opened. Excellent cost for a large amount of flowers.

We used Sam's Club for our dessert, dinner mints, and some bulk supplies. For our dessert we wanted to go with a creative twist on tradition, and since neither of us really care for cake, we got some great miniature cheesecakes (plain, strawberry, turtle flavors), mini pies (pumpkin & pecan), and baclava. Our guests LOVED it! They lined up for almost ten minutes before dessert was served, and they raved about the variety of flavors, and the break from "boring old cake".

The best part was the cost! Each of our 150 guests had 3-4 (or more) of these little treats, all for less than $150. Even if you include the cost of the plates, napkins, and serving dishes (which we purchased especially for dessert) it cost less than $250. We couldn't even get a mediocre cake for that price!
