Sam's Club was easily the best value. The roses and hydrangea were cheaper here than other flower wholesaler by far. Plus the roses were HUGE! And none were wilted or damaged. They were incredibly beautiful. The hydrangea weren't quite as large as I expected, but they were still a big size and very high quality. They were white and didn't have any brown or wilting spots.
Make sure to have the flowers delivered the day before your wedding because the delivery can happen any time from 9 am to 5 pm and you wouldn't want to risk that on your wedding day. I was concerned that if we had them delivered the day before the wedding they wouldn't look so good on the day of the wedding, but I was wrong. They looked fantastic. Just follow the directions on the Sam's Club website to take care of them.
Unless you are doing extremely complicated high fashion types of arrangements, arranging your own flowers isn't that difficult.
The only reason I didn't give Sam's Club straight 5's is because we couldn't pick what time to have them delivered. And they weren't able to give us a call when they were close to our location. We just had to have someone at home at all times that day to sign for the flowers (if no one is home, they won't deliver them).
We purchased roses directly from the store and did the work of putting the boquets and arrangements together ourselves. The flowers were a GREAT deal and they even made an effort to get the color of roses I wanted though they were hard to find.
