Sam's Club (Minneapolis)

We had gotten this idea from the Wedding Fair. We had set up a table outside the ballroom with the seating arrangements, and decided to incorporate a gift for our guests in the seating arrangements set-ups. We divided the tables up into different sections of Italy, a difference province for each table, and then put a bottle of San Pellegrino water with a name tag on it for each guest. This way, each guest could sip on some bottled water while they made their way to their table. It gave each person something to do, and also it made sure our guests stay hydrated in the moments before the catering service started. We picked up cases of San Pellegrino from Sam’s Club. We also wanted to include biscotti and/or a small bag of nuts, but we were talked out of this because we wanted people to eat the meal and not fill up on cookies.

My decision for flowers came down to Sam's or Costco and I went with Sam's because dollar for dollar I was getting a better deal. They have an enormous selection to choose from. The appearance meant a lot to me and our flowers totally stood out. The only set back was taking all the thorns out and re-creating the presentation I saw online. I ordered them in bulk to save money and I didn’t receive anything less then the best. Also, when we got back from our honeymoon the flowers were STILL alive. I was totally shocked, that’s how you know you have quality flowers.

I realize this is a very odd place to shop for Bridesmaid gifts, but it's the worlds best secret when it comes to jewelry! They have amazing pieces of jewelry at wholesale cost, which most people don't know. I really wanted to get my girls a nice piece of jewelry but was not sure I could afford it until I checked at Sam's club. I got them each a pearl bracelet and earring set for under $80/piece-genuine freshwater pearls! They were beautiful and the girls loved them. I am so glad I went there! they had a ton of other jewelry that I was interested in too!!
