I was more than pleased with the quality of service we received during our wedding. I was very happy with the professionalism and responsiveness given by the wedding coordinator and others who catered our wedding. The value was great because we were able to change our plan to what suited us and therefore it was individualized to our needs and wants. I would recommend Sampson's Hollow to anyone who want a wedding done to perfection. KUDOS to everyone who is affiliated with Sampson's Hollow. THEY WERE WONDERFUL!!

The staff at Sampson Hollow was great. I was very nervous about having a out of state wedding because you really don't know what you will get but Janice and her staff made our wedding day wonderful. The place was beautiful and they were extremely helpful and meet our every need. The staff stayed right with us to make sure we had everything we needed. I got everything I payed for in my contract and it was actually better than I had planned. I would definitely recommend having a wedding here.

This was the perfect place for our wedding! The rustic/country hill fit perfect with our theme. My wedding coordinator was completly necessary the day of the wedding and the rehearsal. They had a wonderful staff working for them! All in all definatly the right choice in our wedding venue!

The Sampson's Hollow team (specifically Janice and Betsy) worked beyond my expectations. From the beginning, they were quick to respond and quicker to help make my wishes and my family's desires happen. I had many little "fires" throughout my planning, and these ladies were exceptional at handling everything I threw at them! The venue itself is amazing, breath-taking, and completely worth every penny. I could not have asked for a better team or location.

After months of visiting venues in Florida.. I wasn't satisfied.. I wanted a Fall Wedding in the mountains.. So I stumble upon Sampson's Holllow's webpage. I spent days looking over the site.. dreaming about what I really wanted. Then, after having discussion with the Fiance.. we decided to have a destination wedding in TN. I contacted Janice and she was prompt with her response and discussed that every bride was able to have a custom package.
Janice, Leslie and her staff will do EVERYTHING to make sure that your day is PERFECT! It's been over 1 year and 1/2 since our wedding and my family and friends still reminisce about how beautiful our wedding was at Sampson's Hollow. I highly recommend the venue to any bride!!

Sampson's Hollow is the most wonderful place in the world. My wedding felt like a fairy tale. They are the best people to work with. They are willing to work with your budget and they truly care about any concerns that you have. They work with you to make your day as special as it can be. Janice Livingston really has a wonderful business there and I would recommend Sampson's Hollow to any bride that is looking for a story-book wedding.

I found out about Sampson's Hollow through a friend. My daughter wanted an outdoor fall wedding . We went to look and were sold on our first visit. We met Lesley and she was so informative. We loved the property! The wedding day was perfect. The staff took care of our every need. It was an extremely hot day and they even sacrificed their own water for the wedding party. My daughter's wedding was everything she wanted. I would highly recommend Sampson's Hollow!

Absolutely amazing place and people! Janice is a miracle worker! Our wedding was falling apart from the begining with people canceling including wedding party and flowers I wanted were out of season etc etc and she made everything PERFECT! It was the best day ever!!! The food was amazing the decorations were beautiful and even though it rained I think I liked the porch better than the glen with the amount of ppl we had show up. EVERYONE was saying how beautiful and perfect it was there and were sooo impressed! Only thing is its a little out there and if you dont pay attention you may pass it by but we didnt mind that and once our guests saw the place neither did they! Also the cabin we stayed in on the property for our honeymoon was unbelievable! Claw foot tub in a huge bathroom and a hot tub on the back porch! It was the best! Love this place and these people and wouldnt have it any other way! I was such a pain bc I was a long distance bride(living in Tx) and Janice and her crew were so patient with me and helpful and Betsy our wedding coordinator was the sweetest lady and she did an awesome job! One word to describe this place would be PERFECT!

Loved Sampson's Hollow! Got married there in April and Janice and the whole crew were wonderful and accomadating. Absolutely beautiful site nestled back in foothills. The area has such a homey feel about it and we felt so comfortable there. The glen is such a nice place to do the ceremony and staying on site in the cabin that first night was so great. We hung out until the very last guest left and then only had a few steps to our lovely cabin (w/ a lovely hot tub). Highly recommend it if you want to have a down to earth wedding in the country.

Sampson's Hollow was the perfect place to have our wedding. The owners are really nice and helpful with recommending vendors. The place is gorgeous, right near the Smoky Mountains. We could not have asked for a better place to get married.

The setting was beautiful, and it was very helpful for us to have the ceremony and reception at the same location. Great venue for a smaller wedding. We got married in the fall, and the scenery of colorful trees and Smoky Mountains in the background was wonderful. We were a little disappointed with the service, mainly from the wedding coordinator they provided. We did get to customize our own package, which was nice, but with those requests came some miscommunications. Overall, it was a nice location for a wedding.

Sampson's Hollow is a fabulous venue for a wedding or any other special occasion. The staff there go the extra mile to ensure that your event willl be wonderful. Sampson's Hollow is an event facility that will provide the storybook location for any special event or gathering. The naturally landscaped farmland has been in the family for over 130 years. The rural, yet graceful environment has history filled with lore and legends of the Appalachian heritage of the area.
