Amazing service. The limos and party bus were on time, clean, and air conditioned (super important detail!!) The drivers were fun and super helpful. They paid attention to details-red carpet, champagne toast, even brought out huge umbrellas when it started to rain.

They helped organize the bridal party and even helped me figure out where to stash my tissues.

The driver from Santos was the nicest limo driver I have ever dealt with! The people from Santos are all very nice as well!! We had a Chrysler 300 in white, it was a gorgeous car stocked with champagne for us! They arrived early, (big plus on wedding day), and were on time to get the guys from a separate location as well! I was completely blown away by the quality and the level of professionalism from our driver on our wedding day. My husband and I selected the Rolls Royce Phantom, and our driver was as classy as the car was. Upon arriving at church, my father and I waited to walk in until everyone else was inside. Once in the vestibule, our driver organized the entire bridal party so that everyone was in their proper order to walk down the aisle! In the chaos that is the morning of your wedding, I'm not sure how we would have coordinated that very important moment without him! He couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy and comfortable and we were more than satisfied with the service we received.

Words cannot express how impressed I am with their service, attention, professionalism and genuine concern that your event go even better than planned. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable about what goes on during the various aspects of a wedding. They, Louis, protected my wife's head as she entered/exited the beautiful 1962 Bentley, was mindful to keep her dress from dragging on the wet ground and kept her on time, which is in itself miraculous. You can easily pay for their service, but the personal attention and peace of mind that come along with that are priceless. Victor was the driver of our 18 passenger Hummer H3 limousine. He was on time, drove smoothly, maintained professionalism and was extremely flexible with his schedule. He was nice enough to help my wife in the limousine so her dress did not catch on the door. He also helped the bridesmaids out of the limousine, which was tough being that the Hummer has so high off the ground. He also coordinated the discreet entrance of my wife and her bridesmaids into the church, so they would not be seen by the arriving guests.

When booking the vendor, I spoke with Anna who was very responsive with any request I made. Despite the several changes we made to the transportation itinerary, she was professional and extremely flexible. We hired Santos VIP Limo to provide us with a 22 passenger party bus for our wedding party. They had extremely reasonable prices (even offered a seasonal discount for the winter) and were very easy to book and get in contact with. We had to make a few changes along the way to pick up times and locations, and we were always able to reach someone. Steve was our driver for the day. He was early for the groom's pick up, and helped load all of the girls belongings into the bus. He laid out the red carpet for me, and made sure my dress was always fluffed and kept it from dragging on the ground as I exited the car. We took our pictures in the middle of a busy downtown area, and he made sure everything went according to plan. We got to our final destination on time. I would recommend Santos VIP to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, friendly service for their wedding. The only comment I would make, is that the 22 passenger party bus was tight. We had 17 adults and 2 children on board.

I really loved working with Santos VIP. We used the 1960 Rolls Royce and the 28-Passenger Party Bus. My dad and I enjoyed the ride to the church, just he and I in the Rolls and taking pictures and having the champagne toast in front of it created some of the most beautiful pictures of the day.
The Party Bus was amazing! Everyone loved how much room they had on our 45 minute drive up North Jersey. Even my 6'3" brother in law was able to move about comfortably. We loved all of the drivers too, they were very helpful shuffling my bridesmaids and I in and out of the bus with ease.

We were happy with their service they did everything you want your limo company to do; they were on time, the limo was clean, and the driver was pleasant. We would definitely recommend them.

Santos limo was so easy to work with and very professional. Mike, our limo driver, was so helpful - holding my dress as I got in and out of the limo. He arrived promptly and was flexible with our schedule. We had to change the spot we were taking pictures at and he had no problem getting us to the new spot. Our limos arrived early and the drivers were extremely polite. They knew exactly was our requests were and helped everyone get in the limo without ruining their dresses. Groomsmen and bridesmaids went in a beautiful white stretch limo. My dad and I got to ride in a white 1962 Bentley which was an awesome experience. People on the road were stopping and waving and I just kept smiling. Thank you for making our arrival so special!

LOVED loved my drivers!!! I had Harry and Steven. Awesome guys, they were amazing. I had a party bus for my family and bridal party and the antique Bentley for my hubby and I. They were very punctual, they both arrived early on the big day, treated everyone involved with such friendliness and such a great attitude. The service was absolutely GREAT! I would recommend their transportation services to anyone. The drivers had great personalities, and were dressed impecably clean. Very tidy and treated my like such a princess. they took care of eveerything from my dress, my boquet, pictures, timing, everything!!!!! They got all the parties involved to each location on time.

Incredible, incredible service is all I can say! Santos limo provided more than just transportation for us on our wedding day, they provided us with comfort and a stress free environment. The drivers were all early to the pick-up locations and arrived with smiles on their face. My dress had an extremely long train and they were helping me the whole morning fixing it and holding my flowers and making sure everything was perfect! We had the Rolls, party bus and 14 passenger limo and all of them were in great condition, cool and stocked! We had a little hiccup at the church (organist didn’t show up on time) and they drivers were all helping to calm me down and make me laugh, they did not have to do that and I truly appreciated the sincerity. They kept us on schedule with such ease! Transportation is usually one of the horror stories you hear brides tell but Santos is 110% dependable and I am so very happy we went with them. Our parents could not stop complimenting the service level.

Santos VIP Limo was a great choice for our wedding transportation. We rented two 10-passenger Chryslers and one classic 1962 Betley. The cars were impecable!!! The Chryslers were roomy, modern and offered plenty of room for our bridal party. The driver of the Bently, Lou, was amazing! He went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. He calmed my nerves right before walking down the isle and fluffed my dress when it needed to be :) So extremely grateful for his part in our day! THANK YOU!!!!

Santos lived up to their standards that's for sure. I didn't expect much from the limo driver, but she went above and beyond! She even held my train as I left the hotel to walk to the front of the limo where I did my first look. It's killing me that I forgot her name but she was great!

We used the 28 person party bus for our 7/28/12 wedding from Santos. The bus was in great condition, very spacious and was the perfect size for our very large bridal party. The driver was prompt, friendly and helpful in organizing the bridal party and getting us where we needed to be. Red carpet and champagne toast after the ceremony was a nice touch! Overall great limo company, very professional, easy to book. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Amazing! The driver was so helpful and kind. He helped the bridesmaids time walking down the isle and he even helped make sure my train was perfect. During pictures, he would offer to hold drinks and jackets. He was soooo helpful! Would definitely use this service again. Only comment is a 10 person Lincoln Town Car Super Stretch Limo would not hold 10 adults.

Santos VIP was great! Booking was easy. Prices were very fair. The limo (an 18 passenger SUV) was beautiful, comfortable and clean! Marla, our driver, was far more than a driver. While she could manuever the limo through turns I didn't think was possible, she also ensured that my dress was where it should be and never where it shouldn't! I wish my husband was that good! I recommend Santos VIP and Marla to any bride looking for seamless and stress-free travel plans!

We were absolutely pleased with the service Santos VIP provided. I waited to the last minute to book limo reservations and was very pleased with the limos and service we got. Our driver, Lou (I believe his name was) picked us up at the hall after our wedding and he was great to work with and talk to. It was definitely a pleasant way to end the night and we are grateful!

lou, our main driver, was amazing. he helped me in and out of the car in my huge gown all day. when we went to visit my grandmother he rolled my dress up and held it so it wouln't get caught on the bushes or dirty. They were on time, priced well, professional, courteous, and worth every penny. the cars were new and immaculate. i wouldn't hesitate to use again

Santos VIP was wonderful. They were at my house on time and everything went as planned. We got the 28 passenger bus (which I highly recommend if you have a big wedding party), which was pretty cool with the flat screen in the back and bottles of champagne as well! I had a great time on the party bus, I wanted to stay on it for an hour longer because we were dancing and partying. Our driver was a sweetheart and helped me in and out the bus every time. The saleswoman, Ana, was great as well!

Santos was recommended to us by our reception vendor... for a reason! I can't believe the incredible service we got just for a bus ride! We rented the VIP party bus for the wedding party. Our driver was very professional and extremely helpful. He even helped me walk into the church and stayed with me to fix my veil! After we got married, the driver put down a red carpet and opened a bottle of champagne for my husband and I to enjoy/take pictures with in front of the church (we got beautiful pictures out of it too!). We then joined the party on the bus, which comes with champagne, water & ipod hookup for us to enjoy the ride. The bus was punctual and the women who scheduled our pickup were very helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company - thank you for a great experience!

Santos VIP was amazing! From the moment I called them to check avialability until the moment they left the venue everyone was great. Every e-mail was responded to in a timley matter and everyone was very professional. My driver was amazing! He made sure everyone got out safely and out of the rain by providing an umbrella and holding it for each person. He kep stragglers away from the limo and helped my dad fix my dress before I walked down the aisle. I would highly reccomend them for any event! The whole team was truley amazing!!! :)

Santos VIP Limousine was AMAZING! We heard so many horror stories when it came to choosing a limo company from other couples...it's clear these people did not hire Santos for their big day! From our initial contact with them, they were thorough, reasonable and a pleasure to work with.

We had three vehicles: Rolls Royce, 10 passenger limo and a huge Party Bus for the bridal party. Not only were all three drivers on time, but all three were professional and went out of their way to make sure my husband and I were happy. The driver of the Rolls Royce orchestrated our bridal party's entrance into the church; making sure each couple was equally spaced out so that the photographer had an ample amount of time to take pictures. He also made sure I looked perfect before my trip down the aisle by fixing my blusher and my dress before swinging the church doors open for my grand entrance. After the ceremony he also set up some picture-perfect moments with our first toast outside the church with the Rolls Royce in the background. The ride to our reception was just as seamless. The party bus was immaculate and stocked with champagne; it was the perfect atmosphere to kick off an amazing night!

By the way, there was an error in our bill early on, which was detected by Santos. An owner called us to to explain (we naturally thought we'd being paying more) that the error was made by them and that we actually owed LESS than we originally thought!! How many companies would do that??

On one of the most important rides of my life, I was happy to have hired Santos VIP. I always dreamed of rolling up to my wedding in a beautiful Rolls Royce and my dream really came true! But what really made the ride was the exceptional service. Luis was extremely attentive in helping me keep calm for the drive to the church when I was feeling the normal bridal jitters and fluffed my very long ( extra long cathedral length) train (!) into perfect position. He even helped the photographer capture some beautiful shots with some special poses! Going to the reception, my groom told me he had forgotten his belt and his pants kept having to be pulled up and Luis VERY kindly offered up his own belt! So sweet! We didn't take it but it was still a wonderful gesture that we still remember :) Overall, we had a wonderful drive with exceptional service and always felt safe in the vehicle. If you want to feel like a queen on your wedding day, book Santos VIP!

Our driver was Luis, I personally used the limo to ride from my home to the ceremony location. The driver was absolutely amazing. He walked me through how to get in and out of the limo, and most of all helped me keep calm right before the ceremony. He was definitely more than just a limo driver. Very well trained, very professional.

For our wedding, we booked an 18 passenger Escalade to make two trips from our house to the ceremony site- one trip to transport the bridesmaids and one trip to transport the groomsmen. The limo then made one trip from the ceremony site to our reception venue, all located in Staten Island. I booked Santo's based on recommendations.

Our driver arrived early and was both helpful and professional. He helped me in and out of the car, which I appreciate. Our limo was clean and the ride was smooth. Although coming from NJ, our driver had no issues with finding both our ceremony and reception venues in Staten Island. The prices which were given to me by Anna were reasonable- I spoke with Anna over the phone and booked everything via phone. I highly recommend Santo's limo.

I used this limo service for my wedding and I was absolutely pleased with their service. They went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied. The limo was prompt, clean and big enough for my large wedding party. The limo driver was more then professional, and very helpful.

I was absolutely happy with this vendor on the day of the wedding. The bridal party rode in a Chrystler 300. They enjoyed it, but weren't too thrilled with their chauffeur. He was unpersonable. My husband and I rode in a Rolls Royce. The car was beautiful, but seemed a little rickety on the inside. However, I LOVED our chauffeur. He was doting on us like we were rockstars! I believe his name was Luis. He just made us feel comfortable the whole time and really helped me relax before the ceremony entrance. The cars were on time and always had a GPS on. Highly recommended.

Our ceremony and reception locations were fairly close to one another, so I admit that transportation was not one of the pieces of our wedding on which I spent a lot of time. It was not until the day of the wedding that I realized just how important your transportation is, and I am so lucky to have chosen Santos VIP. My husband and I hired two limos: one picked up him and his bridal party, and the second picked up me and my bridal party. Both drivers were excellent, but the driver for the bride always has the most work. My driver was absolutely amazing. I had adults and young children with me in the car, and she was attentive to each one of us. She took care of me and my dress every step of the way, and she is the reason my train looked the way it did as I walked down the aisle. The back of our church was all windows, so she helped me sneak into the church such that not a single person saw me until the moments before I walked down the aisle. She explained to my dad how to hold my dress so that the photographer could get some pictures of my dad helping me up the steps of the church, and she taught him how to lift my veil such that it fell perfectly. After the ceremony, both drivers were waiting for us with a red carpet and champagne toast.

Amazing Amazing Amazing!! I cannot speak enough of the driver of my Roles Royce. Aside from everything else, he came into the church and was talking to my dad and I, making sure my dress and vail were perfect. He was calming my dad down and he kept telling me, "think Jamaica, Jamaica, Jamaica" (our honeymoon destination). He went above and beyond. Wonderful! The other limo drivers were great too but he was the only one I could personally attest too.

I initially contacted Santo's because they seemed to have the best (and most) reviews and seemed to be the best value. We booked a 10 passenger Lincoln and the 1960 Rolls Royce. The cars were great... esp the Rolls. Very clean, and very impressive. Looked great in photos. But even more than that, and something I wasn't even thinking about, was the drivers. The drivers were GREAT. Very professional and very helpful keeping things moving along. They were on top of their game and I would def recommend them - for the value, the quality of their vehicles, and service - a great choice.

At first I was nervous to sign a contract with a limo company without seeing the fleet of cars first, however after reading the reviews we decided to go for it, and we were so happy we did! We reserved the Bentley, the 22 passenger limo bus and a town car, and were happy with all 3. The Bentley was awesome, a little scary on the highway, but looked so beautiful. Our drivers were all courteous and professional. They even had a red carpet for me to walk from the car to the church! And our driver came right into the church with me to make sure everything was perfect before my dad and I went down the aisle. Overall, there prices were reasonable and their service was great. Best group of limo drivers ever! Not only did they get us to and from our destinations on time and in style, but they also provided other unexpected services such as making sure each bridesmaid walked down the aisle at the precise time and setting up crucial wedding day pictures for our photographers. They are great. They showed up on time and are very friendly and helpful with everything. They do all sorts of nice little extras like being in charge of opening the church doors for the bridesmaids', families' and brides' walk down the isle. They set up a champagne toast in front of the church after you are married. They were so helpful and so friendly. A friend of mine used them at her July 2007 wedding, we used them, and our other friend will be using them at her August 2012 wedding.

Santos provided our wedding day transportation. They were on time and very professional. On top of having amazing vehicles, they have awesome drivers. At the church, one of the drivers helped prep my dress for my wallk down the aisle. They also helped me and my girls line up and prepare for our walk into the church. There were also drinks provided in the limos.

Santos was the transportation for our 07-15-11 wedding and we would recommend them to all of our friends. The cars were top of the line, clean, EARLY, and the drivers were so nice and engaging. We had a blast riding with them and our bridal party LOVED the Infiniti Limo that they traveled in. I would use this company again and again!

All we can say is amazing, amazing, amazing! A week before our wedding they called to confirm our time of pickup, locations, etc. They arrived right on time at each location. We had requested the Infinity QX56 limo and it was awesome! Very spacious for the 16 of us!

My husband told me that on their way to the church, one of his groomsmen's buttons fell off his jacket, and the limo driver brought them right back to the tux shop to replace it. Talk about service!

They gave us champagne after the ceremony and rolled our the red carpet upon my (the bride's) arrival. It made everything feel that much more special!

Luis was my driver and the man works hard! He was very helpful during the time we had him, even helping me with breathing exercises right before I walked down the aisle. He wasn't pushy about when to recieve payment and acted like a true gentleman with everybody he got into contact with.

Santos VIP Limosuine provided a puctual, professinal service for the day of our wedding.

They follwed the time schedule even in the snow.

Considering it was snowing outside, the Limousine driver was able to escort the bride(me) to the car in an umbrealla and hold the dress from getting wet or touching the floor. This relieved my anxiety of arriving at the church with "dress issues".

Our limonsuine went above what was required and told the photographers that outisde pictures were enough becuase of the weather conditions and it would be too cold for me. He also assited with the aisle runner when he saw the young attendants have problems before the ceremony started.

Santos Limousine was the absolute best. They arrived on time, early actually. All the vehicles were spotless. Our drivers Louis and John were polite, friendly and throughly professional. They even had mapped out an alternative route in advance to the church and reception due to several areas of construction. The drivers were very helpful in attending to the bride, her father (me) and the bridal party and worked with the photographer and at the church to keep us organized. You would be hard pressed to consider anyone else..... they are experienced, knowledgable and the consumate pros.

We used Santos for our wedding and were very happy. We were able to book them while they were having one of their promotions and we got a great deal. We had a beautiful infinity SUV limo that was very comfortable and maintained very well and kept very clean. Our driver was very nice and got us to our destinations in a timely manner (even though we were slightly late to the church - it took longer than expected - not the drivers fault by any means). We loved the champagne toast and red carpet that they did for us outside the church!

Everything went smooth from the get go. Limo came on time and was the one we requested. Driver was professional and made sure everything was setup as we exited the church after the ceremony. Couldn't ask for anything more. Would definitely recommend.

SANTOS VIP Limousine was our transportation for our wedding day. We were very happy with their services. Great price for 3 and a half hours and we got a $50 discount with a scratch card. We loved our limo! It was comfortable and packed with goodies. ;) Our limo driver(Alex)was very helpful and courteous; and he was 10 min early. We we're on schedule for everything. My husband and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. We will definitely use their services in the future. Thanks

Joe from Santos is THE BEST! When I read off all the things the limo service is supposed to do, i.e. red carpet, champagne toast, fix bride's train before walking down the aisle, etc., my best friend who just got married said they won't do any of that! She couldn't be more wrong. They did everything and more! Joe was absolutely amazing...friendly, professional, funny. He actually became part of our day - he made our wedding so much more memorable and perfect!

Words can't express how extremely impressed I was with Santos VIP limo service on the day of my wedding. They went above and beyond the call of duty! We used a limo and party bus on the day of our wedding- they were both perfect! Joe (our driver/coordinator/personal assistant) was professional, fun, and a pleasure to work with. He made sure that my veil, train, makeup, etc. were perfect for my walk down the aisle. I am extremely grateful for that. The champagne toast and red carpet outside the church was a great touch. Several guests and members of my bridal party have asked for our limo company and driver's name because it was obvious that their service was exceptional. We strongly recommend Santo's VIP Limo in Avenel, NJ. The consultant was incredibly friendly and made sure we got the best deal for the amount of people in our bridal party. I was even able to receive a discount because of my medical background regarding EMT services and we had won a scratch off lottery ticket that they gave out with a free additional 30 minutes. Our driver was very friendly and patient. He was a careful driver but made sure to get to each location on time. When it came time to get in and out of the limo, he helped me in considering I have a huge dress. When I was getting ready to walk down the aisle, he fluffed my dress and made sure the train looked perfect. I could not have asked for a friendlier, kinder, more generous limo driver to take us to our destination on such an important day in our lives.

We used Santos Limo's 22 passenger party bus last weekend for our wedding and we couldn't be happier. Our driver was on time, patient, helpful and fun! He was very competent and knew the routes well and stayed within the 3 1/2 hour limit because of that. He had a red carpet and champagne for us when we stepped out to take pictures on the beach, which was such a nice touch!!! His personality was perfect for us...laughing and smiling and laid back and he was on time to everything. I can't say enough about the service. My only word of advice is to have some cold beers ready to go for the ride. We had 12 beers, which for 22 people obviously wasn't enough and everyone wanted to celebrate!! :) That was OUR fault though, not Santos! They are happy to stock and keep the beer for you. Book these guys...totally worth it!

On time, awesome driver, and a decent price. What more can you ask for? I was very happy with Santos. We got the 16 passanger Hummer Stretch. Honestly, I took this recommendation directly from The Knot and ran with it. Didn't look anywhere else and never saw the limo in person; just went with what the knotties said. Our driver was awesome. We kept very close to the schedule I had outlined for pictures, etc. He even did a little beverage run for the groomsmen while I was torturing them with pictures. He stayed with my mom and I while we waited for the entrance music and was very professional.

SANTOS VIP LIMO was a wonderful limo service! They arrived before time as stated in their contracts. They were well dressed, friendly, and willing to accomodate. The limos were CLEAN, STOCKED, and working!

Santos VIP was awesome. My friend is getting married and was a bridesmaid and now she is going to use them! They were on time. my driver fluffed "the hell" out of my dress which was perfect. they kept people out of the church while i walked down the aisle. they even cleaned vomit off another bridesmaids dress (from the excited ringbearer). I am so happy with them.

Very professional, punctual limo services on our wedding day. Our driver went above and beyond making sure my mom, bridesmaids, and I stayed dry in the rainy mist, was extremely attentive, and the best at fixing / adjusting my wedding train- even right before walking down the aisle!

I will admit I was completely against having a limo on my wedding but upon my parent’s insistence, we booked a limo at the very last minute. Since we didn’t have much time to shop around, I simply looked up reviews on PW and decided on Santos immediately and with absolutely no regrets. I echo the sentiments on the stellar service provided by Santos. Al, our driver, arrived on time. He was extremely patient and courteous, friendly and sociable without being too chatty and intrusive. He was also very smart to keep us in the limo until our photographer and videographer was ready to record our exit and as soon as we left the Church, he was already standing tall ready to let us back in. He drove us to the reception safely and timely and offered refreshments to our parents. The limo itself was very clean and shiny, in excellent condition for pictures, inside and out. We chose the Chrysler which was big enough for eight, maybe ten and the look was stylish and classy. I couldn’t have been more happier with our decision. Should you need a limo I HIGHLY recommend Santos, and ask Al to be your driver.

Limos were nice and clean. The showed up early, helped me with the dress, getting in an out of the limo. I got a 10% discount because I booked 3 limos and another discount because the lady on the phone didn’t know how to do math. The day of the wedding we ran over the time with the pictures and had to pay a lot of money on the spot, but as long as we got nice pictures, that’s all that matters….

I have read so many nice things about this company and they really came through. They picked up the groomsmen on time, got them to the church and then got my bridesmaids and I at our hotel. The whole process was very smooth and I liked the fact that I really did not have to think about them or worry if they were going to arrive. They handled everything which is exactly how you want a limo company to behave on your big day. I would definitely recommend them!

We had a wonderful experience with Santos. The reservation process was quick and easy. They followed up a week before our wedding to verify all of the details regarding times and locations. The vehicle was in pristine condition and all of the promised amenities were present. The driver was courteous and professional.

Like everyone says- they arrived early, the cars were clean, very professional. I got a Rolls Royce for my father and I and a 12- passenger limo for my mom and the girls. We got to the Church 20 minutes early so we drove around NB. We parked behind the church and just hung out- the drivers were fantastic and relaxed. When it was time to get to the church, they helped me get out of the car and when I started to hyperventilate before the ceremony, they got me water and relaxed me! We didn't need the cars after the ceremony because we walked to the reception site but they hung out while we took pictures and when they left, they gave us the champagne and the glasses and we drank as we walked through NB- it was awesome!

Great service! The limos were right on time (a bit early, actually!), and the drivers were very friendly. When we arrived at the church, my driver helped me get out of the car, fluffed my train, and held on to my fur wrap during the ceremony! Great experience, and highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about Santos. Our 2 drivers, Marla and Lou, were absolutely wonderful. Marla picked us up in a 10 passenger Chrysler 300 at my parent's house to bring us to the church and she hustled getting everyone and everything in the car, after having patiently waited for us to be ready. When I was leaving the house I fell down the last stair and I swear she sprinted up the driveway to come help me even though my 2 BM's were there too. She helped us all into the limo and out. She was a sweetheart. Lou, the driver of the Rolls that met us at the church was just as great. Both he and Marla went into the church with me, helped with my dress, calmed me down (I was a mess leading up to the ceremony, oh boy was I), and made me smile. Then afterwards they did a great job of moving stuff from limo to my FIL's car, and then at the Brownstone, unloading everything and getting everything inside. I'm sure there is a ton more I could say, but let's leave it at they were GREAT.

They were just absolutely fantastic! We had two limos - so two drivers - and both were very attentive. It was pouring the day of the wedding so they both got out of the cars when they came to pick us up and both opened up huge golf umbrellas. They then walked all of my girls, one by one, to the navigator limo to make sure they stayed completely dry. They then took me to my car under the umbrellas and carried my dress so it didn't get wet. When we got to the church they did the same thing for each girl and for me. After the ceremony they were waiting with champagne and had umbrellas on hand in case it started to rain again. They never once mentioned going over the time we had allotted. The cars were clean and beautiful and they were a very professional service!

When first setting out to book limos, NOONE would rent to me since we were on a Friday in May and they could get much more money for a Prom rental. Upon contacting Rich, the owner, he actually took the time to explain to me why the other companies would not book and worked with me to create decent pricing for my wedding, although treating it as a prom. He had the lowest prices I could find, regardless. The day of, they were on time and had a GPS to direct them so I wouldn't have to. They were wonderful about holding up the umbrellas for us all and ensuring that I didn't get the least bit wet. The only reason I did not give them a 10 is because they added a $400 service charge that we were unaware of .

MH really took the lead with the limo. We searched high & low and in the end, he felt the most comfortable with Rich from Santos. He was just a great guy. I had an issue with one of his drivers at another wedding a few months before my wedding. I shared my disappointment and I hoped that it would not happen again. The good thing is that he had already let that driver go even before I spoke to him. In the spirit of making it up, Rich himself was my driver. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing he was! This guy is just a class act. The limo ride was one of my highlights as crazy as it sounds. MH & I hooked up the stretches w/booze..lots of booze! Our BP was having a great time! Almost ½ of the BP was wasted BEFORE cocktail hr! I laughed! MH said it’s a sign of a great party! One of the GM could not even walk in for the intro & we lost another 2 more around dinner time. Personally – I got a kick out of it. But..back to the limo, the ride is so much fun. Nobody talks about the limo ride. Can I just tell you – going to the church & after the church its like the road opened up for us. People were driving by waiving, hocking, giving us thumbs up. It was a blast. Going to the church, I was with my brother & mother – both were giving me away! We saw my brother waving back & doing the Pope wave. It was hysterical! Rich just laughed & totally blended in w/my crazy family. Then on the way to Lamberts Castle the people were yelling out the windows to MH & I wishing us well, beeping & blowing kisses. It was theeee best ride of my life! Rich said its like that for every wedding. We had a blast. Also, I gotta tell you, since our priest ran late Rich was all over it. The man kept me calm the entire time. When nobody was giving me answers he went & got me the answers. He kept fixing my train & just a great guy! Also, at Lamberts’ Castle when we arrived he asked if it was ok if he goes like 5 min down the road to fill up the rolls w/gas. I thought that was great customer svc. The biggest thing of all – even though we ran late w/the church the man got us to cocktail hour ON TIME! That was huge. He told us not to worry. He kept tabs on the traffic for us & got us there & didn’t miss a beat! HIGHLY recommend them!!
