Unprofessional, rude, and only interested in a paycheck! Will never book or refer them!

I viewed three other sites before seeing Saphire Estates. I walked in and it took my breath away. The p[lace was gorgeous! The staff was polite and very knowledgable. They gave me a binder full of suggestions and guidelines that really helped. They helped make my wedding amazing!

this place is terrible. the sales people are dishonest. you cannot trust anything they tell you. the minimum spend changed from one day to the next, depending on whom you spoke to. I am glad this all came out early in the process, so I could quickly choose another reception site. Our wedding will be at Lake Pearl Luciano's and so far, things have been great.

I am a business person myself so I understand we are all trying to make a profit but the dishonesty here is shameless. they could not even keep their stories straight. As a fellow salesperson, I am embarrassed by shady sales practices. in the age of the internet, it is not wise to piss off customers. I will blast you all over the internet. bad reviews spread like wildfire and you will never know exactly how many customers you have lost.

We got married in May and we loved this place. My fiancee came to this place and absolutely loved it at first site. There is a beautiful lake where you take really nice pictures. The food is amazing. The staff is wonderful and always returned calls. Maureen, one of the coordinators, made our day go really smoothly. The price was probably the most reasonable for the quality that we got.

I definitely recommend having a wedding at this place!

We looked at over 20 places for our reception and finally found the Saphire Estate. We got married this past July. My guests still say our wedding was awesome! Our dance floor was packed all night, we had to buy extra time!

The sales team was so informative and always returned our calls quickly which is a big pet peeve of mine. We came to their big food tasting and knew we picked the right place. It was amazing!

My wedding was better than I ever thought it could be. Our planner, Maureen, suggested that we arrive before the ceremony and take pictures and then we could relax during the cocktail hour and I would highly recommend that. We got to mingle with our guests and totally take everything in. All the planners and I think, even the owners were there making sure things ran smooth.

The big planning book they gave us really helped and answered things that I never would have thought of. I wouldn't have changed a thing!
