My husband and I held our wedding ceremony and reception at the Saphire Estate in Sharon, MA. From the very beginning when we visited the venue, we knew this was where we wanted to have our wedding. Ron helped us from the start and was so helpful from start to finish. He worked with us in every way possible and really helped us feel like this was definitely the right decision. Our wedding coordinator was Elizabeth and she was also a pleasure to work with from the start. She was very patient with me and was flexible with me every time I had a question or had a change that needed to be made.

Needless to say, the night went off without a hitch! I was so overwhelmed that day and couldn't keep things straight but they helped me get through it and took care of the things on site so I didn't have to sweat it. Family and friends had an amazing time and I got so many compliments on the venue itself and the overall feel of it. Thanks to the entire staff at Saphire!

Amazing...That's is all my husband and I can say. EVERYONE was great. The staff was very warm and welcoming. As a bride you are so nervous about everything going perfect and I have to say it did. Not only was the staff amazing but the venue itself was beautiful. You can't go wrong with this venue.

We were married at The Villa in April 2013 and absolutely loved our wedding! Katelyn Hill was our coordinator and she was terrific from beginning to end - incredibly responsive, terrific ideas, attention to detail and just an easy person to work with. Our guests raved about the food and the service was terrific. My parents, husband and I were all very happy with the end product and would recommend Saphire Events Group - in fact we already have.

I cannot rave enough about The Saphire Estate! Ron and Elizabeth were so helpful in planning our wedding. Elizabeth was there for all our needs prior to and on the day of our wedding. Our ONLY con of the night was upon arrival to The Saphire the bridal party was given no direction where to go for pictures during cocktail hour. Some went inside, while others were out front talking to other guests. We wasted valuable photo time trying to look for everyone. Other than that, the night went off without a hitch!!! The room looked gorgeous, including the pink napkins Elizabeth suggested at out final meeting:) Everyone raved about how delicious the food was. Everyone had an awesome time and is still mentioning it to us weeks after! We are so happy we chose The Saphire to celebrate our wedding day!!!!!

We had our Daughters Wedding at The Villa. We were so happy with the complete process.Very professional employees. The venue, the food and the service were excellent.The ceremony was held in front of the fireplace,very romantic,then a wonderful coctail hour,and on to the reception. Everything was perfect. Thank You to Angela and the excellent staff that pulls it all together. It was a Wedding Day that was even better than we could have hoped for.

Ron, Hillary and their great team of professionals helped my wife and I celebrate our wedding exactly as we had envisioned. Classic, relaxed elegance where everyone was welcome and had a great time. The team worked incredibly hard as we tweaked parts of our celebration, and they repeatedly went above and beyond. While we know they work with many couples, we felt as though we were the "only" ones at the top of their list -- making it an incredibly personalized experience.

As a lesbian couple, we felt respected and welcomed by all on the team. It was a true celebration of our love, and we will think fondly of them in the years to come.

My Husband and I had a wonderful experience at The Villa. We had our ceremony in the romantic Madera Room in front of the gorgeous fireplace. Our reception was in the Grand Ballroom that was simply a magical place for us. Katelyn and her staff (especially my bridal attendant Maria) were absolutely FABULOUS! They went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was a spectacular and memorable event. All of the guests raved about the beautiful venue, professional staff, and amazing food. A friend recommended that we check out the Villa for our February Winter Wedding and we instantly fell in love it. The highlights for us were:

1. The atmosphere - loved the fireplaces and romantic feel we could create with candles
2. The convenience of having it all in one place - ceremony and reception.
3. The quality of the food (our guests still tell us how good it was)
4. Last but definitely not least, our wedding coordinator Katelyn - I can't say enough about how wonderful she was from beginning to end. Super responsive and clearly had everything together. When we showed up the day of and she was waiting there with her clip board and her earpiece I knew I had NOTHING to worry about. I'm sure that all of the coordinators are great but my personal experience was absolutley fantastic.

Saphire was perfect! They were so flexible when working with us and very accommodating! We got married in February and they bent over backwards to make sure we were all well taken care of! They gave me a better wedding than I could have ever dreamed of!

I just recently had my wedding at The Villa and was so happy with how everything turned out. We booked the Villa well over a year in advance for my wedding because not only was the place just what we were looking for, but the staff was unbelivably welcoming. We first met with Angela Aguiar who was the most down to earth, friendly and knowledgeable person we had met. We had looked at a lot of venues and met a lot of people but no one struck us like the Villa. It was perfect and our guests haven't stopped raving about it. The food, the people, the place...everything was perfect!! Thank you to the staff at the Villa!

I had my October 2012 wedding at the Saphire Estate and it was a wonderful experience. The Saphire was the first venue that my husband and I looked at and we had such a good feeling about it that we booked with them almost on the spot. My husband and I liked that the Saphire Estate took care of the big things in house: food, bar, ceremony, and setup for the event, which cut down on the number of extra vendors that we needed to seek out. We worked with a planner who helped us plan the wedding of our dreams complete with little touches like having hot apple cider for our outdoor ceremony and adding amber uplighting for ambiance. Our planner Sarah helped us create a vision that we were extremely happy with. Sarah was very proactive about checking in with me to make sure I had found vendors and to see if I had any questions. The Saphire Estate has also worked with many vendors so they provided a list of recommended photographers, DJ's, bakers, etc many of whom we chose and were impressed with. When the wedding finally came around, we ended up working closely with Ron and Elizabeth who were wonderful. I did a lot of DIY things, and Saphire let me drop off a ton of stuff and they were so helpful in getting everything set up exactly as I had hoped. The coordinators at the wedding helped the event run without a hitch. They facilitated getting the wedding party where they needed to be and making sure that we had plenty of food and drinks. The staff at Saphire was exceptional about making sure we were taken care of and that we didn't have to worry about anything other than enjoying ourselves. It was an amazing experience. Our guests raved about the wedding as well. Many people talked about how classy the Saphire was and how the food was so delicious. The venue has such a cozy and intimate feel and it was the perfect place for our chilly, fall wedding. I was beyond impressed with everything about the Saphire and I would highly recommend this venue.

My husband and I are beyond happy we chose the Villa for our wedding. They handled everything beautifully and made the day perfect. The food was so so so amazing our family and friends are still raving about it. You will not be disappointed and you can trust your wedding with go off without a hitch by booking with the villa.

I got married in The Madera room at the Villa on 9/21. For starters the place is gorgeous. The staff is professional and on point. Their staff is amazing. Food is 5 stars across the board.

I worked with Kaitlyn Hill through the planning process and I can't praise her enough, this girl is exceptional at her job. She helped me figure everything out, down to every detail. Things I hadn't even thought of. The day of she made sure everything ran smoothly, and it did. There were no hiccups down to every little detail it was perfect. She's very professional, but sweet so she is extremely easy to work with.

I highly recommend the Villa and their staff to anyone looking for a venue. It's the best and they made my day perfect!!

From the very first time we toured the property to our wedding day, the entire staff at the Villa was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Every detail of the process well thought out - the binder with our planning timeline and what to do when was a very helpful guide! And when it came to the wedding day, everything flowed perfectly and on time. Katelyn, our coordinator, was attentive, organized, and made our day perfect! All our guests and our parents raved about the delicious food - claiming it was the best wedding food they've ever tasted! The Villa was also very accommodating for our gluten free guests - my grandmother felt she had special treatment from the waitstaff and appreciated their concern for her allergy. The tent was the perfect spot to have the reception. Guests felt part of the celebration while on the dance floor or relaxing in the gardens on the lounge furniture. We couldn't be more happier with our choice to have our wedding at the Villa!

I recently held my wedding ceremony and reception at the The Villa and I must say, I couldn't have imagined a more perfect place for my wedding. Initially we were supposed to have our ceremony outside, but due to a misunderstanding, we ended up having our ceremony in the Madera Ballroom and our reception in the Grand Ballroom, which ended up working out perfectly for us. Everyone raved about the set up of the ceremony in the Madera Ballroom and the uplighting provided by The Villa really made the room look beautiful and set the tone for the night.

My husband and I were lucky enough to have Angela as our coordinator for the big day, and I must say, she made all of the planning and organizing seamless. On the day of our wedding, I was at ease as Angela as well as the bridal attendant, Aubrey, had everything under control for me, which as a bride, is so important and alleviated a lot of the stress for me. Throughout the entire planning process, Angela was attentive and quick to respond to the many emails I sent her, especially as our wedding day drew near. Everyone who attended the wedding absolutely loved the food and really could not say enough good things about the staff and service. I would definitely recommend the Villa, as well as Angela, to any one of my family and/or friends that are getting married in the future.

The Saphire team was excellent...!!! From the moment that I walked in I knew this was the place for us. Our wedding planner Ron was exceptional, we couldn't have asked for more. Our wedding day was more then we had dreamed of, it was AMAZING....!!!! We couldn't have done it without Ron and the Saphire team. We will never forget them.

The best party we've ever had... Katelyn rocked the crap out of the planning for us and the setup was FLAWLESS! Nothing was out of place... every piece of food was crazy good... and the venue was spotlessly clean! PLenty of parking... i mean.. nothing was wrong.

The only thing I can say that needs improvment is getting there. Some people got lost.. .lots of turns off the main roads... maybe some elegant signs along the way would help... but this isnt a hinderance just something id like to see improved upon.

Thanks again VILLA! You guys made our day what it was.. a memorable wedding day with great people... we had at least hald of our guests say it was the best wedding they've ever been to.

My husband and I just had our wedding at Saphire Estate a couple weeks ago. Ron Porzio and staff did an amazing job, and I couldn't have imagined a more perfect and smooth day. Throughout the planning process, the staff was attentive, quick to respond, and very accomodating with whatever we needed. Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful, but I can not say enough about how wonderful the planners were with making our day as magical as possible.

Words can't describe how wonderful everyone is at The Villa. We got married there last August in the Madera Room, and people to this day are still talking about how wonderful of a time they had and how delicious the food was. I love the entire atmosphere of The Villa.

Katelyn Hill was absolutely AMAZING to work with. She is on top of her game. She made planning my wedding so much more easier. Even though I must have bugged her with thousands of questions and emails, she was always professional and provided me with well detailed answers. I knew that my wedding planning / details were in great hands when it came to Katelyn. I'm a very organized person, but she puts me to shame. My husband is forever grateful to Katelyn for helping keep my stress levels down when it came to planning our wedding for close to a year and half.

I was also surprised to how well the entire reception flowed. The staff at The Villa is a well oiled machine. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing. The Villa staff and atmospheres is absolutely wonderful!

Overall The Villa did an excellent job. They wowed us and our guests with their service and food. All of our guests cleaned their plates and many were searching around their tables for any extras. The taco bar at the end of the night was a huge hit. The location was perfect and fit our 193 guests comfortably. The weather didn't look like it would hold out, but in the end it did which allowed us to have an amazing ceremony outside and fantastic pictures. Our only complaint had to do with some confusion with the adminstrative fee being charged to our bar tab for the wedding party, causing it to go over our set limit. We would highly recommend them to any couples and you definitely get the most bang for your buck there!

My partner and I had the most amazing wedding at the Saphire Estate! Ron was our main contact, and he was an expert in his craft! Hillary was also there to help us and she was always VERY helpful... As a team everyone at the Estate did a great job! It was truly a memorable event, and our family and friends could not stop talking about how impressed they were with all the "little" details of both the ceremony and the reception.

My fiance had been working with the Saphire previously with his Aunt's wedding flower business. After he took me here and introduced me to Ron I fell in love with it. From the Lake front to the Ceremony space and pergola, it was perfect. We booked our date well in advance, and were pleasantly surprised after the new renovations were done expanding the reception area and cocktail space. Working with Ron and Hillary was always pleasant and they were very accommodating to all of our requests. The rehearsal was a breeze and the day of they led us every step of the way. I did not feel rushed or overly stressed at all, and was able to enjoy every moment of our wedding day. The food was also amazing. All of our guests raved that our wedding was the best they had ever been too.

I fell in love with the Saphire Estate many years ago when I went to a wedding there 10 years ago. It really didn't take persuading on my part when I brought my fiance to look at the Saphire Estate in Sharon before we book this venue for our wedding. Aside from the grounds being absolutely beautiful, (which saved me money on flowers) the inside is just as gorgeous. I was lucky enough to have great weather for the ceremony to be held outside, but I was not concerned at all if it needed to be moved inside. They are always keeping up the inside and outside, and just completed a beautiful renovation.
Ron was excellent! Before the wedding, he made sure that we had all our questions answered and that our minds were at ease. During the wedding he was always around making sure that everything was running smoothly and people were taken care of.
Hillary my coordinator was fabulous! She would answer my emails most of the time within minutes. She has such a positive attitude and you can just tell she truly loves what she does, which makes dealing with her an absolute pleasure! I never felt as though I was emailing a coordinator for the wedding venue I booked, she made me feel like I was emailing a friend!
Then there is the food... Which was amazing! Their presentation is outstanding, nothing short of a work of art! So many compliments on the food. So overall the staff, grounds, and food were perfection! My whole day was perfection! Everyone at the Saphire was professional and genuinely loves what they do, which makes such a difference especially on such an important day!

My husband I got married in June of 2012 at The Villa (owned by the Saphire Event Group) in East Bridgewater, Ma. We picked the venue because the prices were very competitive and the location was beyond beautiful. Our wedding coordinator, Angela, was amazing. She happily put up with way too many email from me, from changing my mind about things to changing head counts up until 2 days before the wedding and much more. The team at The Villa was extremely professional and easy to work with. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for our wedding day!

BEST decision made was getting married here! Everyone made it fun and enjoyable! When they say on the wedding day you don't do anything they have it, they mean it! Such an amazing time!! =)

I was blown away at the service The Villa provided! The second we walked into the venue I knew it was the one! The food was to die for, and so nicely presented! My coordinator Angela was quick to respond to my emails and address any questions I had. Can't wait to see all of our photos taken on the grounds too it is such a lovely backdrop for pictures!

My husband and I viewed the Saphire Estate in August of 2010, and knew right away that this was the place we were going to have our weddng reception! We had the ceremony down the street. Everything was just amazing. I'm a pretty OCD bride so I sent my share of emails with a few questions each time. I always received a prompt email response answering all of my questions! They were so flexibe with my schedule (I had a few late nights at work) and they always made sure to accomodate us. The food was out of this world!! From the passed appetizers to the cheese display, everything was delicious. With everything that goes on with wedding planning, they make sure you are taken care of the moment you step through their door. We were able to enjoy all of our wedding because everything flowed so smoothly.

The Villa was the perfect location for our ceremony and wedding. Katelyn was very responsive and had so much helpful advice. She made the entire process so smooth. The Villa was the only location I found after looking at over 30 that I would not be disappointed getting married inside instead of outside. I would compare The Villa to some of the best wedding venues in Boston. The golf course was a perfect back drop for our pictures. All of our guests loved the food and venue. I loved everything about planning and having our wedding at The Villa. I would highly recommned The Villa!!

Our ceremony and reception were held at Saphire Estate and we were more than 100% satisfied with the entire experience. Our wedding coordinator, Ron Porzio, was so great to work with and we felt confident that that our wedding as in good hands the whole time. He was also very accommodating to the cocktail party feel we wanted our wedding to have and he worked with us to design a special floor plan and make our own menu. Complete with adding a pizza station which was not even a menu option. The pizza was delicious! We got so many compliments on the food, the set up of the ceremony and reception, how nice the grounds look, and how attentive the staff is. Saphire Estate was the perfect venue for our wedding! Our wedding coordinator, Ron Porzio, was so accommodating as he led us through the planning process. Any time we had a question or concern, he responded back to us immediately and thoughtfully. He recommended various outstanding vendors for us to choose from. He met with us on multiple occasions to go over our menu choices, decorum, seating arrangements, and the timeline. With the amount of preparation that goes into planning a wedding, Saphire Estate did an unbelievable job of alleviating any stress and making the planning process truly enjoyable. Saphire Estate is a breathtaking venue. Our wedding was in March and the grounds looked beautiful. Colorful flowers were in bloom, water was flowing from the fountain, and the grass was meticulously cut. Walking into the venue was magnificent. The brilliant uplighting, the grand fireplace, and the elegant table arrangements were stunning. There are so many beautiful photo opportunities at Saphire Estate. Ron and the staff kept our timeline moving just as planned. Everything flowed so smoothly from the cocktail hour to dinner to dancing – it was seamless. The staff was friendly and professional. I loved having our own personal attendant and a private bridal suite. Little touches like that made us feel very special. Dinner was amazing. There was so much food and so many options to choose from. We had a stationary display, four appetizers, dinner, desert, and a late night to-go station - all of which were included in our bridal package. All of our guests complimented on how delicious their meals were. Saphire Estate helped to make our wedding day the best day of our lives. Our dream wedding became a reality at Saphire Estate.

Couldn't have asked for anything more. Katelyn Hill helped me threw every step of my planning up to the big day and was very helpful, she gave me great ideas and helped me out with every detail!! Would recommed the Villa to anyone I know!!

My husband and I just had our wedding here two weeks ago and it was amazing! The Villa helped us through the entire planning process, were professional and responsive every time we had questions or concerns. They truly went above and beyond! The tasting a few months ago was a blast! And the wedding itself- they took care of everything! We dropped all of our stuff off the day before and explained how it should be set up and while a few things weren't exactly how I had specified, those changes made my ideas way better! The Madera ballroom was gorgeous and they added little things here and there to enhance my ideas. I had a DIY photo booth that they made look amazing!

During the planning, we ended up changing our date three times and they never gave us trouble or charged us. They were so accomodating. And since we booked in March, they gave us so many discounts and free stuff, like lighting and hot cocoa (it ended up being 75 degrees that day so they also threw in iced tea and lemonade for guests instead of hot cocoa if they wanted). I cannot say enough good things about this venue and their staff. I didn't think about a thing the entire event- they just took care of everything and made sure we were beyond satisfied and loved every second of our wedding. I highly recommend this...

My wife and I recently had our wedding at Saphire Estate and it was absolutely perfect. I can't say enough about the staff and the work that they did throughout the whole process of our wedding. They were so easy to work with and payed such close attention to every little detail. If anyone is considering them for their wedding, you will not be disappointed. Also, they were constantly improving on the property in the 1+ year we dealt with them. It was incredible.

My husband and I fell in love with the Villa at first sight! It was difficult not to; withthe contemporary setting that intrigued us and the warm ambiance that lured us in and felt perfect for our December wedding. We had many questions, like most stressful wedding couples but katelyn helped us through it all and put us at ease! She was wonderful; as was the rest of the staff. Absolutely, 100% perfect! We chose this venue due to the professionalism of our coordinator (Katelyn Hill), the elegance of the ballrooms, and the overall charm. We honestly could not have been more pleased with everything - from the initial meeting and tour, to our menu tasting, to the way they set up for the reception, to the smoothness of our entire planning process - it was better than I ever could have imagined. Our wedding was the best day of our lives due in large part to the staff at The Villa.

My husband and I don't argue about anything. When looking for a wedding venue, the claws came out. Knowing we had too many guests (225) for the Sharon location, we looked anyway. They recommended we look at The Villa. We had a 1hr window with work and flew to East Bridgewater. As we blew in the door we were greeted by Angela Aguiar. My husband and I looked at each other and knew that this was where our wedding HAD to be. Angela was extremely easy to work with, professional and very accommodating. The day of the wedding was a breeze. We didn't have to think about a thing because it was already taken care of. The staff could not have been nicer and more efficient. They were always making sure we had everything we needed. The food is in a category of its own. Our guests are still talking about how incredible it was. Most people love to complain about wedding food, but not if your wedding is with The Saphire Event Group. Everything was cooked to perfection leaving people wanting more and boy, can they put on a cocktail hour. Every inch of the venue is clean and the staff never misses a beat.

My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at The Villa in East Bridgewater. When we walked in my heart was in my throat. This would be the venue we would be married in. The beautiful cherry hardwood floors and two fireplaces made this venue a dream. My wedding was the best day of my life and the Villa made it all possible! I highly recommend using The Villa for any event and most importantly your wedding!

Professional, Organized, Attentive, Fun to Work With, Responsive, and Upfront……these are just a few thoughts I have about our experience at the Villa. We cannot say enough about the entire staff at the Villa in East Bridgewater!

From the minute my partner and I stepped into the venue, we were immediately put at ease and reassured that every idea, whim and desire we had could definitely be made a reality by the dedicated staff at the Villa.

After meeting with Jennifer and Angela and seeing the Madera Ballroom, we knew without a doubt that this was the location that we wanted to have our reception. Jennifer and Angela immediately put at us ease with their vast knowledge and experience of all things related to weddings. We received nothing but great feedback and suggestions and every step was handled in a professional and very organized manner. The two were especially very tolerant of me, and my need to be very hands on and focused on the details…..yes, I am a self-admitted control freak!

The Madera Ballroom at the Villa was the perfect size for our smallish wedding of about 90 people, but could have worked perfectly for a crowd double that size. The neutral colors of the rooms that the cocktail hour and reception would be held in coupled with the warm, dark woodwork, flooring and ceiling were exactly the look and feel that we had envisioned. The fireplaces at each end of the room were also a feature that immediately spoke to us. The Madera Ballroom had an enchanting glow about it that absolutely fit with the colors we had chosen and our plans to completely immerse the room in candlelight. The amber up lighting package completed the look and provided an additional level of warmth to the room as well.

Since we were having a New Orleans inspired wedding, one of the very specific requests we had was to serve bananas foster for dessert. The presentation of this dessert, where bananas are flambéed in a sauce of butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, dark rum, and banana liqueur is incredibly involved to say the very least! This special dessert presentation was not once questioned by the Villa staff…..Again, they were happy to make every idea or wish we had come true!

Our ceremony and reception were held at Saphire Estate. Sarah, our coordinator, was wonderful and we went with all her recommendations on vendors and the end result was more beautiful and went off better than I could have imagined : ) Looking through photos on the website you can see the grounds are beautiful but believe me when I say your photos will be stunning, I cannot believe how great everything looked on that day! Sarah recommended Groove Entertainment and Marcia for photography which I also highly recommend as they are also wonderful! Thanks to another suggestion from Sarah and 60 degree weather in November we held our ceremony outdoors and captured the fall atmosphere which provided amazing sunset photos on the waterfront!! I read ALL reviews I could find once we booked and before and want to reaffirm that everything was just perfect! The food is incredbile as all other reviews mention and the day went off without a hitch so I highly recommend Saphire for the service, decor, scenery, help and everything!

My husband and I were married at The Villa in East Bridgewater on 11/5/11. We were married in the Madera ballroom in front of a beautiful fireplace. The room has so much character. Our wedding coordinator Angela L. was a pleasure to work with. She was so accommodating and professional. Angela did an amazing job helping us to make our wedding day so special.
The Villa exceeded our expectations. The food was wonderful and all the staff were so nice. The Villa also offers many opportunities for beautiful indoor and outdoor wedding photos. I highly recommend The Villa you will not be disappointed.

From the moment we walked into The Villa we knew it was the place that we wanted to get married. We chose the Grand Ballroom because of its elegance and the fact that it opens up to a huge lounge/bar area with lots of comfortable seating areas and it has a very classy and modern look. This was a perfect area for people to set and talk away from the music and for the kids to play.

In the beginning we worked with Lauren as our coordinator she was very informative and responsive. Katelyn took over as our coordinator, her professionalism, vision and organization was amazing! Katelyn kept us on track with timing during the wedding and she made sure we didn’t have to worry about anything. We had a small issue with our table numbers and Katelyn was very gracious and quickly solved the problem.

We thought the menu selection was great and the package pricing was very fair as well. The food was amazing the guests were raving about it! We had the ice cream bar set up for desert and it was a huge hit, especially with the kids…and my Husband! I would highly recommend The Villa!

My husband and I were married at the Villa in the Madera ballroom. We couldn't have asked for a better venue. Our coordinator, Angela, was such a pleasure to work with and she kept the day running smoothly. The ballroom is beautiful and made the perfect setting for our November wedding with the big grand fireplaces. The food was amazing and the staff was professional and friendly. We still get compliments from our friends and family on how beautiful our venue was and the amazing food. I highly recommend the Villa - it is trully worth all five stars!

The Villa was our only choice after seeing the Madera ballroom. The room was warm, elegant, and spacious. The services provided were extremely helpful from the open house, food tasting, meetings, and guidebook. Whenever I had any questions or concerns they were right there with answers, recommendations, and support. On my special day my wedding coordinator, through the Villa, was there to manage the vendors and ensure I had nothing to worry about, and it was effective. They were very good with timing even after we ran a little late from the church. All of my guests continue to mention how wonderful the whole day was and how lovely the Villa was. The food was amazing and we never wanted for anything. I would truly recommend The Villa at Ridder Country Club for any event, but especially a wedding.

It was my dream since attending a wedding a couple of years back to have my wedding at Saphire Estate in Sharon, Ma. The grounds are always kept beautiful, and the inside of the venue was perfect for our smaller, more intimate wedding of 115 people. Our wedding coordinator Ron Porzio was terrific, making sure we were completely satisfied with every detail. Highly recommend this venue for your dream wedding!

My fiance and I looked at 5-6 different venues before arriving at The Villa. From the moment we stepped into the building we were met with welcoming, friendly and unobtrusive vibes from the property itself as much as the extremely accomodating staff.

The staff (specifically Jenn and Angela) were very responsive and knowledgeable and really solidified our confidence that we had made the right choice in hosting our ceremony and reception at The Villa. A lot of planning, correspondence and flexibility goes into the finished product of a wedding and that process cannot be overlooked. From soup to nuts, we felt that we had the support from The Villa to create the night of our lives.

Both portions of the wedding were set in the Madera Ballroom (we found that room to have a bit more character and being smaller than the other ballroom, more intimate (which is always a good feeling to have at a wedding!)) Additionally, it offered the versatility to carry the distinctively different moods that a wedding ceremony and reception each create.

I'd also be remiss not to mention how delicious the food was. We offered a cocktail reception (heavier emphasis on the hor douvres and stations and less on a sitdown / served dinner). From the lambchop lollipops to the lo mein station (huge hit, literally) to the ice cream lolliops there's no way any of our guests left unsatisified.

The Villa gets the highest marks in all categories, and although it's a little bit off the beaten path (there's not a major highway too close) it's well worth it.

If you choose to host your wedding at The Villa, you will be extremely happy with that choice. The Villa gets our 100% recommendation!

We got married on 9.10.11. It was amazing. The Saphire was the first place we looked at and we just knew it was THE place. I loved the the amazing exterior, wood floors and the intimacy it had while still fitting up to 200 people.

Sarah was GREAT! We started working with her about halfway through the process and she quickly picked up where our previous coordinator left off. She followed up routinely and let me know when items needed to be completed.

The day of was amazing!! When we arrived at the Saphire I felt completely confident in the Saphire's and Sarah's ability to pull off our big day with ease. All of my "drop off" items were right where I requested and everything went very smoothly. We didn't even do a rehersal at the actual Saphire, but Sarah and her assistant were there to direct us when to enter the ceremony.

We did a duet plate of stuffed shrimp and filet which was to die for. We received more compliments than I can count that it was some of the best wedding food we had ever done. Our dinner attendent was constantly checking on us (bride and groom) to make sure we had everything we needed. The add ons were great. They provide anything from ice martini scultures to late night snacks.

We got married on September 4th, 2011 at the Saphire Estate. From the moment we first visited Saphire, we knew that is where we wanted to have our wedding and reception. The grounds and landscaping were gorgeous, the location across from the lake was perfect and the inside of the estate was exactly what we were looking for. The interior layout with the couch sitting area, fireplace and the great lighting made it feel so comfortable and relaxed. The staff was extremely courteous and accomodating, and our wedding coordinator, Ron, was always on top of things and VERY helpful! We had an incredible experience at Saphire Estate and would go back for future events. The staff was incredibly easy to work with and our event coordinator (Sarah Bauerle) was endlessly patient with us as we made our way through the process of booking and planning a big party. The food was great and the grounds very nicely maintained. The interior and exterior spaces are really nicely done and access to Massapoag Lake for pictures and for guests who want to take a break was a great bonus. I can't thank them enough for how they helped make our day so special!!

We got married on September 1, 2011 at The Villa. It was truly an amazing experience. We were married in the Madera Ballroom and the reception was in the Grand Ballroom. They were both beautiful, I was so excited to know the we could get married in front of the fireplace. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and we had amazing pictures taken at sunset (which our coordinator let us know exactly when the sun would be setting). They took the worry out of everything. The food was out of this world and our quest are still talking about the fact that the appetizers just kept coming. Our wedding coordinator had so much patience and walked us through every step (Angela L). Never had any doubts that everything would be taken care of, and for a bride that is a true blessing. We got married on Sunday, August 14th, 2011. Saphire Estate was the first venue I looked at and I instantly knew, this is where I wanted to have our wedding. The outside area is absolutely gorgeous. The ceremony space has impeccable landscaping, a stunning pergola, and amazing details like the fountain...and you cannot forget the area by the lake which is fantastic for photo ops. The indoor space is just as gorgeous as the outside space. We chose to have the sofa area for our guests and it made for a perfect spot to sit and rest up for the next dance! The fireplace is a stunning focal area as well. Every single person that we worked with over the past eleven months were very professional, yet laid back enough to mesh completely with our personalities. Ron was our coordinator and I cannot say enough about him. Ron made himself available to me via email and phone calls, but was not intrusive at all, he let me plan our perfect day while being there just in case I needed him[and I did!] The food was delicious! We wanted to make a custom hors d'evours and Ron worked with the chef to make the most amazing coconut chicken with mango salsa I have ever encountered! We chose filet mignon and chicken marsala as our entrees and people cannot stop talking about how delicious it was!
Day of the wedding, was flawless. The moment we arrived, I was highly stress[afterall, every bride is stressed on their "big day"] and the second I arrived, Ron told me to relax and helped put my mind at ease. They all were so helpful, setting everything up for us and letting us do our thing while being close enough that if we needed anything they were there. They helped kept us on a schedule and executed the day amazingly. All of our guests have said that the wedding was such a fun wedding, and they want to do it all over again. I honestly cannot say enough kind words about the Saphire Event Group, as they helped make our day more perfect then I could ever imagine.

Saphire has the BEST food and BEST service you will find that the place is beautiful!!! You also have the lake where you can take amazing photos. The prices are a little highbecause of fees and up grades but overall there is not a better place in Ma. to get married!

On August 12th, 2011 my now husband Geron and I had our reception at The Saphire Event Group. We first chose Saphire because of it's overall romantic, intimate, and elegant atmosphere. We worked closely with Ron on the details for the night. The reception was unbelievable. Many of our guests traveled from out of the state and had never seen a place like Saphire. They were blown away.

Ron was assertive, professional, knowledgeable, and sensitive to what we wanted through the entire planning process. He was easily accessible and most important to us, HONEST!!! The reception was everything we could have dreamed it would be. The food was unbelievable and presented in a timely manor. Guest wanted to order a second salmon to go!!! :-) The staff was almost unnoticeable. They were efficient and professional. Saphire allowed my guests, my family, and my fiance and I to have an unbelievable reception.

Ron - we love you and could not have done it without you!!!!!!!! Thank you for making us feel at ease and taking the time to get to know us on a personal level as well. You made all the difference!!!

I wanted to thank you and your staff for the excellent experience we had with having our wedding at Saphire. The food was amazing, and my compliments go to the chef and his team. We were extremely satisfied and for days after the wedding we are still getting compliments from family and friends on how well prepared the filet mignon was. In fact, my mother was so moved by how many compliments on the food we recieved that days after the wedding, she actually went back and gave the chef a tip.

All of our guests were impressed with the venue and the space and they all said that they had never been to wedding as classic as ours.

Our daughter got married at Saphire Estate on July 22, 2011. As soon as she and her then fiancé walked in (on a very cold and dreary day in November), they knew that’s where they wanted to get married. So much so, that they took the only Friday night left in the summer and gave up their wishes for a Saturday night wedding since there were no dates available. Although it was the hottest day since 1926, the ceremony was amazing! The outside area landscaping is unbelievably beautiful. We didn’t add anything to it except for some tulle on the gazebo and aisle markers on the chairs. The water station set up for the guests as they arrived was super and the outside couch and chair seating arrangement was wonderful for the older people that didn’t want to stand around chatting before we got started. Our photographer likes to do unusual settings for pictures and found some excellent spots around the grounds, not to mention the gorgeous setting at the lake. Earlier on the day of the wedding we unceremoniously dropped off several boxes of our “stuff” for the event. Ron and his crew did an awesome job of putting it all in the exact spots we wanted and the room looked amazing when we got there! Ron and crew made it so easy for us to just come in, get ready and enjoy the night. Just when I thought I would melt, Ron showed up after the ceremony with chilled towels for us all. The food was outstanding – as good as many of our favorite restaurants- and not something you usually hear about wedding food. Our guests are still commenting on it a month later! We chose the sea bass and filet duet. The chef was so accommodating for those that either didn’t want fish or meat, and we had also chosen a vegetarian dish for a few that we knew would need it. The word that keeps coming up in comments from our friends is “elegant”. Just what we were hoping for! My only complaint is that the night went by too fast!
If you haven’t been to Saphire, make you sure you go and check it out in person – as pretty as the pictures are, it’s even more beautiful in person.

We got married at The Villa on July 16, 2011. From the initial visit, through the planning process, to the wedding day, the entire experience with The Villa was amazing...I will not forget what our wedding coordinators, Lauren DeVasto and Katelyn Hill, did for us as we planned an extremely important day in our lives. They made themselves available whenever we had questions and didn’t hesitate to accommodate us when possible. The grounds are well kept, especially the ceremony space outside. Our pictures came out beautifully! Most of my guests had never been to the venue and loved the cocktail and reception space. My husband and I had our wedding reception on June 18 at the Villa. We had our reception outside in the tent, and everything was perfect! My vision came to life with the wedding expert, katelyn. The tent is brand new along with the bathrooms and bridal suite. The gardens looked superb, accommodated by the new outdoor lounge sets. I loved the paper lanterns that lit up the tent. The night had a luxurious ambiance without the expensive cost. The food was delicious. All the guests were raving about the mashed potato bar. I highly recommend the Villa if you want all your wedding dreams to come!

We fell in love with the Madera Ballroom the first time we saw it. After meeting with a coordinator the first time we thought we were not going to be able to afford such a beautiful venue, but they helped us put together a package and date that was in line with our budget.
Throughout the entire planning process our coordinator Katelyn was AMAZING! She responded to all of my emails (tons of them) quickly and always had an answer for me. She really helped put us at ease with the entire process. The day of the wedding she did an absolutely amazing job setting up our room and ceremony perfectly.
The grand tasting they offer is fun! We were a bit nervous because to be honest we were not that impressed with the main dishes that were served that night. We took a chance on two dishes that were not at the tasting and ordered the NY sirloin with madeira sauce and chicken tenderloin with marsala sauce for the wedding. Turns out both dishes were DELICIOUS! We received so many compliments about the food, even till this day!
They made our wedding day perfect and we would definitely recommend The Villa to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with excellent...

My husband and I got married at the Villa on 6/11/11 and it was honestly the best day of our lives! Choosing the Villa was the best decision we made. From the second we saw it, we looked at each other and instantly knew this was where we would get married. Both Lauren and Angela made our whole planning process simple and stress free. They are truly one step ahead and knew what I was going to ask, or knew what I was trying to describe before I even said it! And on top of that, I felt like they were almost as excited as we were! I got married in May 2011 at The Villa and had my ceremony in the Madera Room and my reception in the Grand Ballroom, and let me tell you, our day could not have been more perfect. The entire staff at The Villa are the most accomodating/organized group of professionals I have ever dealt with. She covered every single detail from helping us book a DJ to organizing the entire processional for me. We were married at The Villa in early April 2011. We chose the Madera ballroom because of the unique chandeliers, exposed beams, and double fireplaces. It had the cozy, intimate feeling we were looking for. It is truly a unique and beautiful room. The staff at The Villa is absolutely amazing – they are all very competent, experienced and professional. There were occasions during the planning process where an email would go unanswered for a while, but they always got back to me eventually. That is my only (very small) negative. We worked most closely with Jennifer. She was very helpful every step of the way.

What we liked most about The Villa is that you feel like you are in good hands. The day we signed our contract, I was given a huge three ring binder full of information for the bride. It literally covers everything from how to do a seating chart to what types of decoration are allowed at the venue. The tasting was a fun night – they do it as a group! It allows you to experience what an event feels like there. The food is outstanding – our guests gave us rave reviews!

We saved a lot of money by choosing to have our wedding on a Sunday “off season.” We were able to get a lot of extras for free or at a reduced cost. For example, our ceremony fee was waived. This allowed us to chose some upgrades – open bar, ice cream lollipops, and an end of the night coffee and cookies to go station. I really liked that they offered these types of unique extras. Our guests loved everything!

I loved everything about The Villa. I never felt like I was on my own during the planning process. They literally do everything for you. Every question I had, they had an answer. I didn’t have to worry about anything on the big day other than getting there. They run a tight ship and stick to a schedule, but I never felt rushed. It is because of this that I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding day. I would highly recommend The Villa!

The Villa is such an amazing unique venue. I fell in love with it right away after my first visit. We got married on March 26 and it was amazing... our guests still talk about how perfect it was. Not only is the venue amazing but the staff is fantastic. We working with Katelyn and she couldnt have been better. She was very accomodating and friendly as the rest of the staff is. The service and food was great. Not one thing went wrong the entire day and it flowed perfectly because of the great staff at the Villa.

My husband and I recently had our wedding at the Villa on March 25th 2011. My husband and I just had our wedding reception at The Villa on 1/29/11 in the Madera Ballroom and it was amazing! The Katelyn and the whole staff there we so accommending, friendly, and attentive. We could not get over the amount of praise we heard from our guests about the food and the beautiful decor. We highly recommend the steak and if you have the chance try an ice cream lollipop they are outstanding! It was perfect for a winter wedding! Thank you so much for making our reception flawless!

We had my daughter's wedding reception at Saphire Estate over Thanksgiving weekend 2010 and could not have been happier with the whole experience. The groom is in the military and they worked with us as we tried to plan around the possibility of sudden deployment (which thankfully did not happen). Ron was terrific to work with - helpful and flexible during planning, and kept everything running smoothly during the event without being obtrusive. As my guests entered, they immediately felt welcomed with drinks and wonderful appetizers. The meal was delicious and served hot and the dessert table was so good that there was a lot of wedding cake left over. Comments about the facility were, "classic", "Intimate", "It felt like it was your home on the lake", "The dance floor was huge" (and constantly full). Most of my guests had never been to Saphire Estate for a Wedding before, but I haven't spoken to one of them that would not recommend it. I recommend it highly

My husband and I got married at the Villa on November 6, 2010. We truly could not have asked for a more wonderful wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect, and we almost can't believe that we were able to have such an amazing wedding at such a reasonable cost.

Since we were getting married in November, we weren't too concerned with the outdoor space. The inside of the Madera Ballroom is what sold us. It has fireplaces at either end, with wood beams and dark wood floors. It's absolutely stunning. The fireplace to the left served as the perfect backdrop for our ceremony. We liked that the whole room had hardwood floors--it wasn't carpet with a separate wood dance floor. The floors add a lot to the whole ambiance of the room. The wood and the lighting were really perfect for a November wedding. I have no doubt that the room would be beautiful in any season.

I could go on and on about how beautiful the whole building is, but I'll stop and move on to the food: in one word, DELICIOUS!! Even though we didn't include any upgraded options in our menu, everything got rave reviews. We only had one dinner option (chicken), but it was really fine, because everyone loved it. The few upgrades that we did were special add-ons (because we ended up with a credit when we decided to only offer one dinner option): little mugs of hot apple cider for guests as they arrived and ice cream lollipops during dessert. People are still talking about the ice cream lollipops!

Now on to the Villa staff. Everyone who works there is so professional and accessible. We worked with Katelyn, and she was really a pleasure to work with. She was totally "on" all the time, ready to answer any questions, no matter how minor they seemed to us. Everyone there really knows how to plan a wedding. I can honestly say that NOTHING went wrong on the day of our wedding (as far as we could tell), and we owe that in large part to the Villa staff. They communicated with all of our vendors to coordinate the day-of setup, and everything went seamlessly.

Really, I could keep writing, but I'll stop. The Villa is amazing. For us, it was truly the best day of our lives, and our guests had a wonderful time too. I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

We recently had our daughters wedding reception at The Villa (10/23/2010) it was AMAZING! The venue is exceptional. The food is excellant. The staff is outstanding (our coordinator Katelyn was wonderful). Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff never skips a beat & they do everything to meet your needs. We couldnt have been happier with our choice. Once we checked the Villa out we never went to view any other venues....VERY WISE choice on our part. My wedding was on Saturday October 9th, 2010 at The Villa in the Madera Ballroom. We originally had checked out Saphire Estate in Sharon and was looking for something a little different when one of the coordinators had told us about their new property The Villa in East Bridgewater. That same day we drove down to take a look at it, even though it was partial done being renovated we fell in love with it. We were told to come back in a few weeks and see it when it was fully renovated. We did and immediately booked our wedding date. In the ballroom we chose we fell in love with the two fireplaces on each end of the room ( which we had our ceremony in front of one) , the lighting, and just how intimate the room was. I would highly recommend this venue, the staff is awesome and is always a phone call or email away! From our ceremony to the reception everything went so smoothly with thanks to Lauren!!!! Our guests loved loved loved the venue, food and atmosphere! The filet mignon is the best I have ever had and our guest keep talking about it :)

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Saphire Estate a few weeks ago, and everything was perfect! They were very flexible to our needs and worked with us to keep us within our budget. The venue looked beautiful and so many of our guests told us how intimate the reception was (due to the lighting and set up). The food was incredible (beautiful presentation and every meal was served hot). A number of guests told my husband and I that they loved the food and a few people said it was the best meal they have ever had at a wedding. We worked with Ron Porzio, and he was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend using the Saphire Event Group for your wedding.

I just recently had my wedding in September 2010 at The Villa, in the Grand Ballroom. With no exaggeration, everything was beautiful and perfect. The food was delicious and the staff was impeccable. From the purple uplighting to the Tuscan table we chose, we had a perfect wedding. Lauren was our coordinator and helped us from the day we booked the venue until the day of our wedding. She even helped our photographer, giving him ideas where to take great pictures! We had so many compliments on our wedding, and even guests mentioning they would definitely think about having their own wedding there!!! I wish I could do it all over again, it was such an awesome night!!!

The Saphire estate is beautiful, i had the pleasure of having katelyn as my wedding planner she was absolutely amazing. She did everything i asked and a lot more. My day was absolutely beautiful and perfect. The staff was absolutely amazing and catered to my every need. I got so many compliments on the place the food and the service i cannot thank them enough. My husband and myself paid for everything ourselves and katelyn worked with my budget to the tee. Tahnk you so much for making my day everything i dreamed of!!!!!

Well where should we begin regarding our fairy tale wedding. From the moment me and my husband came to Saphire we knew that everything would be perfect. We got married on August 28, 2010. Up to this day everything went as planned. We worked with Lauren to make our day perfect. She was always there to answer question and always there to help an indecisive bride :) Her ideas and patience was greatly appreciated.
My day was absolutely gorgeous. Lauren reccommended Pink uplighting and I think that made it a unique touch. Would definitly reccommend that. The grounds were gorgeous as we had an outdoor ceremony. We had a perfect day for weather. Everyone that came to our wedding has said the food was AMAZING!!! We even added a few extra treats: icecream sunday bar and sliders and fries...Who wouldnt want a slider at 11:00? As we said I DO and danced our night away we couldnt imagine a better venue and time. We have heard rave reviews regarding how perfect our day was. We like to thank everyone at Saphire for making our wedding a fairytale experience and would reccommend to anyone :)

The Saphre Estate is wonderful!! I had my wedding here on June 19, 2010 and I do not have one single complaint! Lauren and Noelle were amazing to work with. I must have emailed them a hundred times and they got back to me right away. The food was hot and delicious and my guests still mention how good it was, which makes my mom very happy!! They day was beautiful and we were able to take photo's outside on their beautiful grounds. They were so accommodating, I would recommend anyone to get married here.

I got married June 5, 2010, and it was beautiful. Everything from the menu tasting to the planning each element Lauren was wonderful. It was more money than i had planned on spending, but it was well worth every penny. The food was delicious. And all the little details it takes to put a wedding together went smoothly. Nothing went wrong, and it was the happiest day of my life.

The Saphire Estate was wonderful to work with. They were prompt and professional with responding to any questions or concerns i had. It's a beautiful venue with a blank canvas so you can do any type of decorations and it would look amazing. The food and beverages were delicious. They even worked with the picky people. The event coordinators are wonderful at making everything come together so you can relax and enjoy your special day.

My husband and I got married at the Villa at Ridder Country Club in May 2010. I feel in love with it from our first visit there. The grand ball room and adjoining cocktail room have a fun and modern feel but they have kept the essentials of a typical wedding venue. We met with Katelyn who helped us though the entire planning process. I found myself emailing her all the time for her opinion; she was so helpful I don’t know if I could have planned the wedding without her. A few days before the wedding we dropped off everything to be set up and were completely at ease knowing the Katelyn would be handling it from there. Just as we expected, everything was perfect the day of the wedding! They were very flexible and understanding when we needed to move our wedding date up four months because my brother was leaving for boot camp to become a Marine. They were able to hold a second date for us until we had spoken with our other vendors. The food was amazing, I still having people telling me that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. I highly recommend The Villa; it is a gorgeous nontraditional venue, with a great staff that made our day flawless from the start of planning to the last dance.

My fiancee and I visited the Villa at Ridder Country Club for the first time on a rainy, Sunday morning. We had already spent the majority of that weekend visiting venues for our reception. When I woke up that morning and looked out the window to the rain, I immediately thought to myself that today is the day when we will choose the site to celebrate our union as husband and wife. And surely we did. We visited The Villa when it was still under construction - we literally stepped over nails as we manuevered through the rooms. And even though the renovations were far from complete, the rooms were still magical. I pictured myself, my fiancee, and our families in the Madeira Room right away. I fell in love.

Our wedding coordinator was Lauren and she was an angel. She is attentive, detail-oriented, patient, kind, and funny! And she is calm and relaxed! A pleasure to work with. We could not have been happier the day of our wedding. The staff was excellent, the food was great, and the room was gorgeous. And the grounds truly are picture perfect. Brian and I joke that we will divorce just so we can throw another wedding there next year! Every guest we have spoken with since the wedding have all raved about the food. And the food truly was delicious. My wedding was elegant and classy. Thank you to all at the Villa! Should you choose the Villa for your wedding, you will be so thrilled with the quality of service they provide. Service and food are very important to me having worked in the hospitality industry for years, so I assure you this is the place for you if you feel the same as I do.

Our wedding was at The Villa on May 21 2010 in the Grand Ballroom! It was absolutely PERFECT! Jon and his entire staff were attentive, prompt, and made sure that every detail that we had planned was carried out. Jon was all over the place the entire night. If we needed the littlest thing, he was there to do it. He was checking in with us, the guests and our parents to make sure that everyone was happy with EVERYTHING!
It was an amazing day and I cannot thank everyone at the Villa enough for their help in planning and carrying out a picture perfect day for us to remember for the rest of our lives! I highly recommend The Villa and the entire Saphire Event/ The Villa at Ridder Country Club staff and venues! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!

On Sunday June 29, 2008 we had my daughter 's Wedding Bridal Shower at Saphire Estate. I can not say enough THE STAFF and FOOD was OUTSTANDING. Our guest were so pleased and the compliments were unbelievable. I can not even imagine how her wedding will be. Yes we are having the wedding there as well. Why go anywhere else when you get treated like royalty. They go over every detail and even the owner John who is truly amazing comes in and make sure your day is the way you want it, not many will do that. Maureen is the wedding planner from heaven, Pierre makes sure every detail from food, decorating to our guest feel comfortable and Denise is a love to have take care of the special couple. Honestly, they go out of there way for you. One guest said to us "This bridal shower is like a wedding" and another said she took notes and has been to three this year and has never been to one as elegant as this. All I can say is Saphire Estate is a Five Star rating. We are so excited for the wedding in October. Thank you Saphire for making our daughters dreams come true.

To anyone who ever wanted a storybook wedding, this wedding venue is the place. My daughter Brenda had her wedding their on October 25, 2008. Saphire has an incredible staff. From start to finish there was not one mistake. My guest our still talking about it. We had family from very far away and all they could say is what a storybook wedding. The owner Jon, Maureen the wedding coordinator and the waitstaff were amazing. Lets not forget about the chef with fillet Mignon that just melts in your mouth. The grounds gorgeous, the hall set up fabulous and everyone from owner to valet parking a smile on their face and always asking what else they can do to help. I know as your reading this your saying sure a wedding without a hitch, believe me it was and I can actually say we were able to enjoy our guest, dance have fun knowing they were managing the flow. There time line was unbelievable there was no waiting between courses. I could write all day about this fabulous place, but to some it up, it wouldn't matter what type of budget you have you will still receive a storybook wedding, because of the service, dedication and how friendly they are. They will help you from start to finish and all you have to do is enjoy the day.

On Nov.14, 2009 my daughter Kelly was so amazed by her sisters wedding she decided to have her's at the Villa in East Bridgewater. Kelly had approximately 225 guest. Again, another fairy tale wedding. Why, because it is the same owner and staff. No matter which venue that you choose the Villa or Saphire Estate you will be so thrilled, excited and happy that you made the right choice to have your wedding at either one of these venues. There is nothing that can make you happier than seeing the Bride and Groom and guest having the time of their lives.

My wedding was June 26th, 2009 a Friday evening with about 200 people and the Saphire accommodated it BEAUTIFULLY.

The Saphire family and staff were beyond accommodating and did everything possible to see my wedding dreams come true. Immediately after booking the venue for my June 26th wedding i was given a big binder of all wedding planning essentials to help me keep everything organized! Lauren was my planner and truly invested in me and my vision for the day. I stopped by, often unannounced, with family and friends that wanted to see the venue and they always made time to see me and show us around. If Lauren was off, Maureen, the other planner, was always happy to answer any questions we might have with a happy attitude and awesome advice.

My mother and I are very much "an fabulous even is in the details" people and the Saphire staff made every effort to make sure that every little thing was taken care of. On the day of the event, Lauren carefully made sure that our timeline moved along perfectly so that everything happened on time.

Guests cannot stop talking about our delicious food! We had chicken statler, filet and a surf and turf option and even myself and my husband made sure that we ate every single bite!!! it was DELICIOUS.

When it came down to days before the wedding, they worked with the remainder of my budget to get me even more of the little things that I had wanted, and assisted me in working with outside vendors to get the best deal for what money i had left.

I cannot say enough good things about everyone working at the Saphire Estate, they worked diligently and gracefully and treated me as if my wedding was the most special one they ever hosted.

I highly highly highly recommend Saphire Estate, both for their beautiful grounds and beautiful staff! Thanks to Lauren and Maureen and the rest of the Saphire Family!

We got married in May and we loved this place. My fiancee came to this place and absolutely loved it at first site. There is a beautiful lake where you take really nice pictures. The food is amazing. The staff is wonderful and always returned calls. Maureen, one of the coordinators, made our day go really smoothly. The price was probably the most reasonable for the quality that we got.

I definitely recommend having a wedding at this place!

We met with Maureen at Saphire Estate, and it was the fourth place we had looked at in our planning process. Maureen was what sold the venue without a doubt. That being said, we also really loved the venue otherwise we wouldn't have used it. Saphire Estate itself is a good size, located close to the water. We did a winter wedding, so did not use the outdoor courtyard area, which is beautiful. Ultimately what we liked most was that we were able to do the ceremony there, as well as the reception, but they made it feel like two completely different spaces. At night, the outside was lit up tastefully and looks beautiful in some of the outdoor shots. The food was spectacular and they were very flexible. my wife's favorite meal is Thanksgiving dinner. Now, this isn't on the menu, but when she asked if they could do it, they said yes without hesitation. They even had us come in for a "stuffing tasting" to make sure we like everything. When the wine we like was discontinued from their list, they brought us in for a full wine tasting. Because it was the winter and they weren't fully booked, they even let us be a little more flexible with the times we could be there.

The place settings and table arrangements were perfect and there was a lot of room on the dance floor. We were very picky about how we wanted the room laid out and where we wanted our table (by the fireplace). Although it wasn't part of their normal "templates" they made it work and it was perfect. The DJ had plenty of room to work and didn't intrude on the rest of the venue, and there was a special area for the cake to be displayed. The hardwood floors are beautiful and the room is very tastefully done. Some places are very overdone, but we were looking for simple and elegant and Saphire Estate definitely delivered. The bar area was perfect for before the ceremony and during the reception as a casual are to hang out. Upstairs, the bridal suite to get ready is a good size, and that is where we did all the group photos after the ceremony - although I do recommend getting outdoor shots as it is very scenic.

Overall, the flexibility was amazing. Maureen is a absolute pleasure to work with, and we felt like we had an ally in her for the wedding. When we showed up for our rehearsal we found out that she was running behind because she had been in a car accident - she still showed up!!! Despite a snow storm and a car accident, Maureen was there for us. There are certain people that go above and beyond and Maureen is one of those people.

this place is terrible. the sales people are dishonest. you cannot trust anything they tell you. the minimum spend changed from one day to the next, depending on whom you spoke to. I am a business person myself so I understand we are all trying to make a profit but the dishonesty here is shameless. they could not even keep their stories straight. As a fellow salesperson, I am embarrassed by shady sales practices. in the age of the internet, it is not wise to piss off customers. I will blast you all over the internet. bad reviews spread like wildfire and you will never know exactly how many customers you have lost.

Saphire Manor (now called Saphire Estate) was a beautiful venue for my winter wedding. Our coordinator Maureen was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. She made the planning process and actualy wedding day easy and fun!

Saphire Manor (now called Saphire Estate) was AWESOME!! I LOVED my coordinator Maureen - she rocked! There was nothing for me to want for that was not done. She went above and beyond and I love her! I was very happy with my choice of venues. It was exactly what I was looking for.
One word of advice - (this is for using ANY vendor) get it all in writing and stick to your guns on what you DO and DO NOT want. It does not matter if some celebrity inspired wedding book says there should be 10 people at a table, if you want 8 then stand your ground. It's YOUR day with YOUR vision. Be creative, but if fru fru and fluff (and at extra costs) is not your thing then let it be known and don't give in.
