Brigitte made my wedding day complete! I had a vision and was able to complete all of the pre-wedding tasks done with no problem. The most important detail was pulling it all together on our special day. Brigitte completed this important job with ease. Her presence instantly made me feel more relaxed.

The day of, she worked extremely well with the wedding party, family and vendors. She took care of every need and anticipated needs I didn't know I would have through the evening.

I highly recommend Brigitte and her services. She is trustworthy as well as very dependable. I know my day would not have been as perfect without her!

I wasn't planning on hiring a DOC but now I'm so glad that I did. Brigitte would correspond with me through email to see where I was in terms of planning. She was able to meet with me and my vendors the week prior to the wedding. She was also available for phone meetings days leading up to the wedding. On the day of, she worried about everything. She called me the morning of to make sure that the flowers were there on time. She made sure everything was set up to my specifications with the aid of the staff at the reception site. She made sure I was moving along with the timeline . There were several things that went wrong but she took care of them. My florist was late on returning to pick up the chair covers and Brigitte just rolled up her sleeves and started to take off the chair covers herself.

Brigitte was one of my favorite vendors. She is SO organized, professional, trustworthy, and calm and made us feel at ease immediately. I spoke with maybe 3 DOC before her and she was the best by far. She was able to handle our sometimes rowdy wedding party at the rehearsal and answered our endless questions before the wedding. We were able to enjoy our wedding because we knew that she would be able to take care of everything and handle any problems or concerns. It was great because whenever there was a vendor or guest question or concern during the wedding day, they would ask her and she would take care of it. She sends email reminders and checklists before the wedding day and will help you form a wedding timeline. I highly recommend her!

Brigitte was the best investment of the entire wedding. She was calm, professional, prompt, capable, and genuinely pleasant with everyone. She brought a wonderful calm to both the rehearsal and the wedding day itself. There was a snag with the number of tables the rental company brought and she handled it all beautifully. My family and my new in-laws just raved about how wonderfully she dealt with everything and everyone. On top of everything, she takes terrific pictures and you never even see her with a camera! I would highly recommend any bride hire her, without hesitation.

There were a few things that went wrong that day, and I am so glad that I had a DOC to help me handle it. I originally wasn’t going to get a DOC, but because I didn’t trust the coordinator the Hotel provided, and I am sooooooo glad that Brigitte was there for me. She helped me set up the reception areas – which took WAY longer than I expected it to and she didn’t come to ask me questions or anything unless it was absolutely necessary. I was able to stay calm and keep my sanity because of her. Even though she was only hired for the day of, she came to one of my venue meetings and was there to help me along months before the wedding. I had contact with her at least once a month before my wedding, she would check up with me and made sure that I was on track. When I had issues with finding a H&M person, she helped me find people to do trials with.

Wow, this was the one vendor that I would have totally regret not hiring. Brigitte from Save the Date Event Planning was absolutely 100% wonderful. She did everything for me. Prior to the wedding day, she and I met several times to go over timelines, plans, everything. It turned out, she wasn't only just going to coordinate my day even though that's what I hired her for! From the rehearsal to the day of, Brigitte took care of everything. There were times, I didn't even have to ask and she took care of it. If there were issues at my wedding, I did not know of them. At the end of the night, I could not thank her enough. I will not only think of her as my favorite vendor but I now regard her as a friend. Truthfully, my wedding would not have been perfect if it were not for her. If you are thinking that a day of coordinator would not fit into your budget, make the room. I will not remember that I did not have chiavari chairs or uplighting but I will always remember how fantastic Brigitte was. Book her now!
