Saz's did an awesome job during the whole process. We had an excellent tasting and then the day of we couldn't have asked for better food. We got a lot of compliments on how good the food was and we thought the same. The wait staff was awesome too!

We couldn't have asked for better food for our wedding day! Our tasting went so well we had a hard time even choosing what we would like to serve to our guests for our day! We decided on dishes that would satisfy all the pallettes on our guest list and would also offer healthy variety. Saz's food not only tastes phenomanol, but they are the automatic caterer for our venue and so we weren't paying extra to have them come in to make our food :) Everything was hot and extremely tasty :)

Clearly the best wedding caterers in town. Food was excellent and plentiful. Katie and Ashton were so easy to work with! Raves from our guests!

Katie Hoffman at Saz's was the easiest person to work with of all time. She was so patient during the planning process, and even took the initiative to do a draft layout for us (even though this was something the venue was supposed to do). She allowed us to use a family recipe for one of the dishes and her follow-up was impressive. During the reception, she also ensured everything was going smoothly (and it was). I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Saz's, and specifically Katie, for any event in the future!

Saz's was the only caterer that my venue offered, but it was a great choice. They brought all of their equipment and grilled the food on site. I had a casual wedding, so we had BBQ rib sandwiches and marinated Italian chicken breasts for dinner. The roasted red potatoes and caesar salad were also very good. Much better quality than I expected for the price I was paying. Everyone loved the food even though it was a little messy. No one had any accidents with food all over them. It was much easier to eat the BBQ rib sandwich than I thought. The fruit served with dinner was fresh and perfect for a summer wedding. The staff was did their job quickly and quietly so I had nothing to worry about. I would reccommend them to anyone.

We worked with Ed. He was amazing and his staff were fabulous. We did Internation Stations and it was amazing. They made a few changes that we asked for without batting an eye. We were the first to have a Rissotto Bar, instead of mashed potato bar, and we introduced a whole new group of people to the wonders of sushi and seafood.People are raving, still. Sure, we thought the same thing, Saz's and fine dining? We went for the tasting on a reccomendation. Our LAST tasting, we thought we had decided. In fact, they are so complete the first meeting is a consultaion, THEN you have a tasting. Be warned if you are a nervous bride and EAT at the tasting. My stomach was so tied up in nerves and excitement at my wedding I didn't get to eat much. Yet, I was never worried. Even people who cook and know their food were impressed. Go to one of their wedding showcases if you get the chance. Great service, and your guests mouths will drop.

Saz’s and the staff that work there, both in the restaurant and on the catering team are awesome. They were our first choice because we’ve eaten there so many times and love the food, and my work has had Saz’s caterer a few holiday parties. I picked up a card at the wedding expo, and then made an appointment almost six months later. I went in with Sam and we came up with a great menu. Another benefit is that they were able to take care of the chairs and tables and linens, so it was a one-stop deal. It was in our price range, but my suggestion is to have minimum appetizers, because people got so full they barely touched their main course plates. The food is incredible, and the presentation is really nice, too.

I can’t say enough about Saz’s catering. During our cocktail hour we had butler style passed hors d’oeuvres, which were fabulous. And for dinner we choose to go with food stations. There was a chef carving station, pasta bar, stir-fry station, seafood station, flavored coffee bar and best of all a mashed potato martini bar! I still have people telling me how amazing the food was at our wedding. The way they displayed the tables and the food was beautiful. Each table had gorgeous fresh flower centerpieces, which they provided. And they also made sure they were coordinated with the colors of our wedding. Their customer service was beyond what I expected. They were willing to change parts of the menu, so I could get everything I wanted and stay in my budget. I couldn’t find another caterer that could offer me as much as Saz’s did and still remain in my budget. Saz’s was so organized, professional, and offered very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend Saz’s to anyone, especially if you want to have food stations.
