Made the appoinment a month in advance for a trial. I asked for the person best for a specific style. The recommendation was made and I booked. Came time for the appointment and the stylist worked for 40 minutes and acheived nothing. Said my hair would have to be cut to get the right look. So i said lets rewash the hair and cut it and get it done. Instead she continued what she was doing complaining the whole time and saying we can try it again in may when your bangs grow out and then we will cut the back. She pinned the hell out of the back of my head and sent me away so I could get my make up done. I came back and she put me back under the dryer. while she finished someone else. Wen I came back out. My hair was solid as a rock the finger waves were too big and the pin curls inthe back were already falling out. She asked if I wanted to book my may appt. Why waste another $80.
