I cant say enough good things about Scott Brooks. Its a father/daughter team Scott and Nicole. We got the $1495 Basic Package, which included 7 hours of coverage, with no limit on the number of photos or locations, a CD with all of the pictures and a letter giving us the rights to the pictures so we can get them printed whenever/wherever we want, and either a 12x12 album or a $500 print credit. We ended up putting the $500 credit towards one of his more expensive books and spent another $700 on that. Scotts style is photojournalistic hes very into candid shots and just documenting the day rather than spending a lot of time doing posed shots. Hes very willing to accommodate any requests that you have for specific posed pictures, though. He doesnt bring any special lights or anything, so depending on the time of day that youre having your ceremony that may or may not be a problem. Our ceremony was at 2:30, and in June there was plenty of light so we were fine. He puts up all of the pictures on a private website and keeps your album there for either 60 or 90 days (I dont remember which one) so that you or your family or whoever wants to can buy prints through him. Then you also get the CD of all the pictures so you can get your own prints once you have that if youd rather do it that way.
I know that Scott also offers videography, engagement sessions, etc., but we didnt use any of that so I cant tell you how it is. We didnt look seriously at any other photographers because just based on the prices that we saw we decided to talk to Scott first and we really liked him. The album that he put together for us turned out great. I feel like we got a fantastic deal with him.
