Overall, Scotty was really easy to work with. He is a "call it as he sees it" type of guy. I have no doubt that the way he acts around you is how he acts around his close friends and family as well which was comforting because you knew there was no BSing going on. His prices are VERY competative. If we ever need to rent a tux again we will definitely be using Scotty Tuxedo again!

Scotty was so great through the whole process and he would find us whatever we needed, even if he didn't have it in his store. His customer service is EXCEPTIONAL and that is apparent when you see how well he relates to everyone (from the young kids coming in for their tuxes for prom to the grooms to the father of the bride). He is well known in the community and is a much better alternative to the major corporate chains for the guys!
