I selected 2 headbands and not only did they arrive exactly when I was told they would arrive, but they were packaged in a lovely tissue with a matching velvet ribbon and had a hand-made thank you card. I know that's not a functional point but it the special presentation was unexpected and made for an even lovelier experience. That says something to me about the artist. Also, one piece looked exactly like it did in the photo but the other was even prettier.

Historical costumer, writer, classically trained singer, painter, dollmaker, actress . . . whew! I've been designing and building costumes for twelve years or so, but I've really been obsessed with costuming since I was five. Since then, every bit
and scrap of paper, fabric, bead and bauble near me has been fair game and usually finds its way into something I'm making! I try to always be creating something, whether I am writing a new book, painting in acrylics on anything that will stand
still, or trying to figure out a way to make a fabric-sculpted dragon with articulated wings . . . well, my brain doesn't let me stop moving;)
I am totally passionate about what I create, and I want every woman who wears one of my pieces to feel glam and beautiful. What accessories do you provide?

Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
I sell from my Etsy store and I also do private commission work. I will communicate through email or phone with a client for a private commission, wotrking with them to acheive exactly the piece they want for their special day.
What specialty dress and attire items, such as a Kimono or Sari, do you provide?
I also create historical hats, from the Renaissance to the 1940's and '50's.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
Headpieces and veils take around two weeks to complete, though some pieces take a little longer.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
I am the seamstress/creator of all headpieces.
