We were lucky enough to stumble upon Sean's amazing photography when we viewed the wedding photos of dear friends of ours. Their photos were so beautiful and it was clear that they had an incredibly talented photographer. After seeing their photos, we never had any question about which photographer we would use. Because we were planning our Southern California wedding from Seattle, WA, we needed our vendors to be flexible and work with us even though we were so far away. Sean communicated with us frequently and our wedding photography truly went off without a hitch. What's more - our photos, the most important element to us in our whole wedding, are amazing. I would highly recommend Sean to every couple that for any occasion. You will not be disappointed!

Sean took the photos for my wedding and we were very happy with the results. You won't notice he's even there at the ceremony/reception and he's willing to go along with whatever schedule/timeline you have for the day. I didn't have the traditional photography time available, but we managed to get great shots in the short time we did have. I also love the fact that he gives your photos in high-resolution format on a DVD. For anyone looking to have GREAT photos and don't want to break the bank, Sean is the photographer for you.

Sean is truly an amazing photographer. He is very talanted and he has a great personality. Our wedding pictures turned out to be stunning! Every shot was done in a creative way. Sean did an amazing job--I was a bit afraid that he wasn't taking enough pictures because I never noticed him--I couldn't have been more wrong (he blended in really well)--he took the most amazing pictures and designed a beautiful album for my husband and I! He did such a great job that I have already recommended him to other brides!

It was a very enjoyable experience having Sean as our wedding photographer. He is laid back, easy to work with and flexible yet very professional and shoots awesome photos. On the wedding day he comes totally prepared to work and spends a lot of time. He even helped pushed our golf cart up a hill when it broke down. His packages also come with a complimentary enagement session which produced some amazing beach photos for us. I highly recommend him to any bride-to-be...stop searching, Sean's the man! Another bonus is that his wife Gina owns a bridal boutique, The Ivory Suite, where they have beautiful, high-quality gowns and wonderful service!

Sean is a wonderful person and great photographer on top of that. The combination comes out to everything I could have asked for in a wedding photographer. He made my husband and I feel very comfortable in front of the camera resulting in natural and beautiful pictures. And his flexibility with our schedule and with the kind of pictures we wanted made the experience of working with a photographer easy and stress-free.

Hands down Sean was our favorite vendor! Its sooo difficult to find a photographer of such high quality within a reasonable price range in L.A. We were looking for a photographer who could capture beautiful moments, classy pics, who was completely unobtrusive...that was Sean. He is very laid back and puts you completely at ease. I found him when visiting The Ivory Suite (side note: did not buy my wedding dress there but completely recommend. Wife, Gina, is so friendly and professional. Gorgeous dresses!) and sat down to talk to him too. I immediately felt comfortable with him. Our biggest fear was that we would have some cheesy photographer, instead his pictures are simple and classic, amazing! He doesn't try to do too much to them w/ special effects, his pics speak for themselves.It was very easy to get a hold of him and meet with him. We had an engagement session (highly recommend!), where he got to know us and let us take our time. He knew the type of "look" we were going for and also explored different ideas. I think he enjoyed it as much as we did! The day of the wedding we barely knew he was there. He was very good with my family, which is usually all over the place, especially my 5 yr. old nephew who kept trying to get in all the pics! His asst, Jeremy, was great too! We had both of them all day/night! His packages are VERY reasonable. I say, book him while you can!!

My experience with Sean J. Mason Photography was amazing from day one. He really exceed all my expectations of a wedding photographer. From our first meeting, I knew Sean was the person for the job. He was really down to earth and friendly, made us feel very comfortable by explaining all the steps leading up to the wedding day. Then he showed us his wedding photo collection and I fell in love with his style of photography. There was something unpretentious, genuine, and real in every single picture. And that's exactly what I wanted, beautiful story-telling pictures. I was also very pleased with the fact he offered us a whole day of shooting, unlimited hours, and unlimited photos at a very reasonable price.Fast forward to the day of our engagement shoot. It was one of the HOTTEST day in June (115*), not the ideal weather condition for an outdoor photo shoot, but we already made an appointment to shoot at a botanical garden. Needless to say, we were drenched after an hour of walking under the sun. Afterwards, I was unsatisfied about how the day turned out, despite some really gorgeous pictures we managed to took, then I asked Sean if it's possible to do it again at another time. Sean was on board right away, he didn't get offended, and didn't call me paranoid/annoying (even though I was a little), and didn't charge us for the second time. This whole thing just confirmed to me how much he is willing to do to please his clients and how great he is as a person and a photographer.Sean J. Mason Photography is just too awesome for words. I cannot recommend them enough. Our wedding day was absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed every minute of it and thanks to Sean and Gina, we have the perfect photos to remember it by!

Sean is an awesome photographer. My mother and I instantly took to him and realized that he was the photographer for us. His pictures are beautiful, and he's very unobtrusive during the wedding. When I received my photos, I was shocked at the angles that he got. I didn't even notice him during the ceremony and reception. He is aware of everything going on and doesn't miss a shot. My wedding was 11 days ago and I've already received the photo proofs. We priced other photographers and he is very competitive price-wise. I know people that have paid more and received so much less. He was there from noon (as we were getting ready) until after ten at night (after we left the reception). My friend paid much more for her photographer, and only got them for a few hours. They rushed her to cut the cake so they could leave. You won't ge that with Sean at all.My only complaint, which isn't really a complaint at all, is that there are so many great photos, I am having trouble choosing the ones for the album.

Our wedding was on very short notice. Sean was able to accommodate our tight schedule. The photographs were beautiful and classy. Sean allowed for flexibility and provided us with precious memories of our special day. I particularly like the black and white shots taken and the candid shots of us and our guests talking, laughing, hugging and embracing the happiness of the day. We also had a butterfly release. Sean was able to capture the beauty of these graceful creatures taking flight and interacting with us and our friends and family. My partner & I were treated with dignity and respect. We highly reccommend Sean's services.

Working with the Sean and Gina was the most pleasant of all of my vendor interactions. From the moment I met with them, I knew that I'd made a great decision. They managed to capture all of our special moments while remaining transparent....amazing. Most of my guest were surprised that they'd even been photographed. My husband and the groomsmen had so much fun that they still talk about their photo session when they get together. Sean is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Though we had a very sticky budget situation, Sean worked with us to help add and eliminate things we didn't and did need. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make the process so smooth! Sean is very quick to respond and was super flexible with meeting times. Any concern I had, Sean would settle within a matter of hours. He has a very easy going personality that immediately set my camera-shy self and my husband at ease. He is incredibly professional and yet friendly and personal. The photos turned out so much better than I ever imagined!The value for what you get is incredible. Obviously Sean is either undercharging or simply still gaining in popularity because he could have charged us four times as much and it still would have been worth it. If you get his assistant, it is his wife Gina. I worried at first about this since you never know if the assistant will be as good, but Gina got some of my favorite shots. Sean has a great eye and is very good about setting everyone at ease during the day. I felt like I barely saw him at the wedding, but when we got the photos, I was blown away by them and kept saying "Wow you were everywhere that day!". His style was so unobtrusive and laid back that he allowed my day to just "happen" and he captured it all. I love him for that! The album we got from him is of incredibly quality that we will cherish for years to come!Sean was by far the BEST vendor I had for my entire wedding. I cannot say enough good things and have recommended him to everyone I know. If you have any doubts, seriously just meet with him once and look through his work and your mind will be made up!

Sean is such a calm and confident professional. He has a vision and knows how to capture those moments when you don't even know he's around. He will make anyone feel relaxed and comfortable. Sean was pleasant and positive during all of our meetings and on the wedding day. He had a calm and professional demeanor, despite all the questions and requests a bride can make, and throughout the stresses of the wedding day. I particularly liked how efficient and quick to respond he was to my emails. He was easy to schedule meetings with and flexible on scheduling the agenda for the wedding day. I also enjoyed how low key and "behind the scenes" he was on the wedding day, I barely noticed he was there. But, when I did notice he was there, it was always at the right moments, staying until the last dance of the evening. He did an awesome job on the layout of pictures for the wedding album, and he has a wide assortment of album styles to choose from. I was very thankful to have Sean there to capture the images of our big day!

While we met with several vendors, we felt the most comfortable with Sean and Gina. They also supplied a link to share with our family and friends which allowed them to view the photos as well.
